1 of the cleanest and friendliest KOA we have stayed at. The setting was great, the peaceful, quiet and nicest KOAs you could ask for. The staff was extremely helpfulin iur accommodations. We will definetly be back.

Sites were very tight Sam’s not inviting looking at all. Uneven pull through that took a lot more leveling than we normally do. The electrical and sewer were almost too far apart for us to hook up. We made it with our hardware but barely. Host was “short” at check-in and acted like she wondered why we were even there. Just not real friendly when we came in excited to be there!

The pull through was hard to enter with my 42 gym rig pulling a jeep. Too tight of a turn. Otherwise a good stay.

Very enjoyable stay at Wellington KOA! The campgrounds are super clean and very nice! The lots are good sized and w out so you don't feel 'crammed in'! The staff are extra nice and accommodating!! The whole area is just beautiful!! Clean swimming pool, nice laundry facilities, cute little store where you can purchase snacks, drinks, ice-cream, etc for very reasonable prices!! Loved it!!

All was good for our short overnight’

Showed up after long trip only to find someone parked in our spot. It was after hours with no one answering our phone calls so we had to bang on doors. Our camp spot had work done at the water spicket with mud everywher from workers digging. I had to track mud into my motorhome due to no one cleaning it up. There was also mud on the spicket handle.

Grandkids really enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. We also enjoyed the game room-played a lot of "Scary Bingo". My husband loves the showers. And I love the full hook-ups. We didn't have any issues with electrical and could run our AC, microwave, and water heater at the same time, something we couldn't do at our last camp ground.

Have stayed there 3 times in the last year. Friendly, clean & pet friendly. The staff is outstanding. Last year I left my glasses there and they were shipped to me.

We loved this campground. We stayed in several KOAs during our trip across the country and this was by far our favorite. It was clean, long concrete sites, shady, plenty of places to walk the dogs and beautifully landscaped. Everyone at the front desk was always friendly as well. We wish you were closer to us from Georgia!

Very tranquil spot for an overnight stay. Close to the highway but not close enough that the noise was a concern. Pool was refreshing especially considering how hot the weather was that day. Great pull thru site that allowed us to stay hooked-up for a quick break down the next morning. I did see some sites were not as level as ours so that needs some work.

Very nice staff and nice renovations that have been done to the park. The swimming pool is excellent. The only complain is, finding a level site. We were given a site that was extremely hard to level the RV. We eventually did, but we ended up having a sizable drop on the exit steps. We saw RV after RV hassle with leveling. I would recommend to use the off season to address the leveling issues.

I took our grandkids out camping for for their first time overnight. They had a good time. very nice place to stay thank you. Your staff were very friendly also.

Overall, a nice KOA campground; nice staff. Some deceptive site descriptions. Our site was described as “asphalt”; however, turned out that our site was made from recycled asphalt - basically gravel base. While entire campground sits on a gradual decline, poor site construction leaves most, if not all sites unlevel left to right. Occasional pungent odor from nearby feed lot with helpful win

The only thing I have to say is that they need to put a hand rail to get in to the pool. Because it is a salt water pool it is very slippery to get into. My family looks the pool. Thank you for reading this. Leslie

Only thing I had a problem with was the wind coming across the open field and just about wiping my tent out. Other than that it was great!

Very clean, listened to my spot preference, a host of amenities, easy to get to just off I-25 Colorado. Only recommendation is a light at entry into campground at night, totally black easy to miss drive.

Very well maintained and friendly staff. Plenty of room for our Tiffin RED 33AA towing a Jeep Gladiator. Some reviewers noted the smell from the local cattle and feed processing plant and farms, but being from the Country, we had no issues. Will put this on our list of places to stay when back in the area.

We had a great stay, the whole area was very clean and well kept. We didnt have a single issue at our site and the staff were great. Hoping I can convince my wife to come again to the rodeo, if so we will see you next July!

Great staff helped with our Cheyenne Frontier Days campground reservations. The new sites need surface compaction. I had to spread the weight on my front jacks with two layers of 2 x 12’s because of sinking into the surface. Otherwise I could not get level or high enough for the entry steps on the motorhome to extend.

We stay about 65 nights a season at KOAs and we’re very disappointed. The site was nice we had a patio grill and fury it the lot was so uneven. The worst we’ve ever had. We were at the end of section B ne t to the sewage. Couldn’t sit outside due to the smell. WiFi is non existent. At $150 a night can’t stay there again!

Wonderful host, campground was well taken care of and maintained. Employees were wonderful to talk to and watch work. Watching the employees made you feel like they enjoyed and cared about what they were doing

Beautiful campground ! We stayed in a cabin. It was clean and had everything we could need. The staff was kind and engaging. The restrooms and showers were kept immaculate. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Sweet pups to greet you in the office. Our only wish was that coffee was ready before 9:00. We would definitely stay again.

Site was clean but all rocks, no grass. Could not level motorhome properly. Pool was clean. Be prepared for heavy farm aroma.

We had a great stay at the Wellington KOA! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. One thing that surprised us was how quiet the campground was, especially considering its convenient location right off I-25. It was much more peaceful than we expected! We also enjoyed some beautiful sunsets during our stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and having a great laundry room and well-stocked store made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful campground with a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Great campground with really nice sites. Laundry had plenty of machines and was very clean. Particularly good if you are looking for something right off the interstate. The only reason I rated this 4 instead of 5 star is the really weak wifi. The campground would benefit from upgrading the system. In spite of the frustrating wifi we would stay at this campground again.

We stayed just one night in early September. None of the complaints we read about were present. It is near the highway, but far back enough you don't hear it. The place is clean, quiet, and seems safe. There are lots of amenities including a small pool, a playground, and a dog park. I would definitely visit again.
