Mostly everything was all right except the bathrooms were constantly filthy and we were camping with a couple other families and told them that when we booked and they put us in cabinets on opposite sides of the campground.

It was amazing! Our group/family rented 3 deluxe cabins and 2 basic and 1 RV space. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary with all 9 of our children and grandchildren. It had something for everyone, plus the pavilion areas were helpful. It was comfortable for the older but enough to do for the young at heart. I can’t say thank you enough for such an amazing time.

It was so fun. Everyone was so nice. Our cabin was spotless and so comfortable. My boys had so much fun exploring and being independent. I enjoyed pool time with them, mini golf, shuffle board, bikes, pickle ball, bingo. The store prices were reasonable. Great mom and son trip!

The front of the cabin could definitely use some repair. It’s either rotted wood or t termites. We stayed in the one right next to the dog park. It let the sewage smell out front under cabin. Otherwise this was a very nice koa.

Really great place. We had a basic Kabin and it was very clean and the site was well maintained. The walking trail around the pond has lots of little surprises. We had thunderstorms so we weren't able to enjoy the pool, but it did look fun!

I was there for 10 days. People were friendly and things were clean. We got there and the AC did not work good. They immediately replaced it with another and all was good. I highly recommend staying in this location!

We stayed three different ways in one night. RV , Tent and Camper cabin. A great way to have a sleepover together with family/ grandkids. We are already planning another KOA adventure.

Great clean cabin. Minor issues with bathroom- water ran in tank entire stay, no cold water at sink and hand rowel rack falling off wall. Too busy to try hot tub. Great breakfast at food truck.

Everything was very nice. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was well stocked with the basics that you could need. Rented bikes for the grandkids, they had a blast! Fishing was great! Everyone was able to catch multiple fish! They were very excited. Our stay was nice. My only suggestion would be to have an earlier check in or later check out, so you have more time. I do understand the constraints.

We like staying at Lakeside, however, are disappointed so many things that used to be included now cost additional money. It’s also expensive to have a family reunion there with cabins being so costly and campsites over$100 a night. That being said, we will still be returning.

Honestly the amenities were great my kids enjoyed the park but after a less than pleasant experience upon arrival we will not return. I had called ahead of time to see if we would be able to enjoy the amenities before check-in to which I was told yes to stop at the front desk and we’ll give you a visitor pass. That was not honored and their were no apologies made.

We did this stay as part of my 80th BD celebration. All the kids and grandkids were with us at one time or another. It was great!

Very friendly staff willing to help you in every way. Great accommodations especially the deluxe cabins. Our only disappointment would be the hard bed and couch. Also loved the large pavilion with the chuck wagon. Would liked to have seen a few more food items from the chuck wagon but still a nice variety.

We stayed in a cabin and there was no hot water at kitchen sink or bathroom sink. The hot water in the shower took forever to warm up then the water pressure was none existent. Should not change for the putt putt golf (course needs a lot of work most of the greens have holes in the green turf). Bingo was fun and the train was enjoyable. Pool was freezing. Fishing was great!

It was very clean and the sites were taken care of. We stayed in the deluxe cabin with a hot tub and it was extremely clean, every single part of it. I also appreciated that the front office was well staffed when we checked in.

Rain water leaked in by A/C unit getting out stuff wet. A/C unit so loud could not use. Fan loose and made loud noise. K07 loud until 2am We stayed at K08. Restrooms dirty and shower handle leak so no pressure. Ones closest to our cabin. Charged $2 for putt putt turf was ripped and debris was all over. turf ripped by cup in #18. VERY disappointed. We have stayed here camping prior to KOA

It was our first time at this KOA location and we loved it! One thing I'd like to suggest is looking at adding more umbrellas and a shade structure around the pool area. It was very popular during our visit and we were slinking along the fence to get out of the sun.

We had the deluxe cabin. It was wonderful. The hot tub was great for my teen daughters to use after a long day in the car. The beds were comfy. It was amazing having a stove and microwave so I didn't have to grill. We were able to cook a simple supper, enjoy tv and enjoy our own bathroom as well. The service was great. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great time at Lakeside. The checkin process was easy and the staff were great. The boys loved fishing, the pool and renting the pedal carts, and the gold panning bags were full of awesome rocks. It was so convenient to have firewood delivered right to our site as well. We look forward to our next visit!

Our lakeside cabin was great. The pool area is not inviting for people who want to lounge and hang out. Very few chairs, hot cement all around with some astroturf and only 1 small umbrella. The rec room is outdated and smells. This KOA could use more scheduled activities and a feeling of fun for the kids.

Well managed, well-organized KOA. Lot of activities for all ages. Cabin was clean. Easy access to doggie bags and disposal. Nice walking trails. Laundry area clean and had plenty of washer and dryers. Nice size Club house with huge TV, Lounging area, books, tables, fitness equipment. Workers all really SUPER! Thanks Ft Collins/Lakeside KOA for making our Colorado stay great.

WOW!, is all I can say. This was the best KOA I've been to so far. Food Truck at Pavillion, trails, peddled go carts, paddle boats, kamping Kabins on the lake, putt putt, pickle ball, train rides, and more! Lots of things to do! Bathrooms at main building were clean, nice laundry and clubhouse. Staff all was super friendly. I seriously thought our Deluxe cabin was new it was so clean.

We really enjoy the Fort Collins area. It feels like this campground could use some upgrades. For the type of campground it’s supposed to be somethings are feeling run down. We had just done a cross country trip and had been staying at KOA’s along the way and most seem to be upgrading and felt cleaner. They are offering many things to do at this campground which is great. Staff is very friendl

Nice camp ground. Terrible cabin experience. Toilet wouldn’t flush and they came twice but couldn’t fix it. Also refrigerator was set way too cold: froze all the food, knob to adjust was broken off.

We were in for overnight stay in a cabin. Check in was easy, staff was pleasant. It was a hot day and the cabin had all blinds open and AC had not been turned on prior to us getting in. Cabin was hot. The cabins could use some maintenance. The door blinds in the cabin were broken. Some of the boards around the cabin were rotted and one of the steps was very wobbly. Amenities were outstanding!

We had a great time. The site is clean and well maintained. The fishing was amazing. The activities were so fun. The food truck takes the stress out of cooking. My 3 boys loved every second of this trip!

We have always enjoyed our stays at Ft Collins/lakeside, and my kids and their families also enjoy their stays. The only negative thing that my family and I have is to use several of the amenities there are fees when this used to be all free. I would like to mention Rachel who was so friendly and helpful, she gave me such great service and was very helpful. v/r Tony G.

Our first time staying was last year on a tent site, we had so much fun riding all the of bikes, it was their first time experiencing fishing, we were on the water with the paddle boats, so many activities we enjoyed all of them. We rented a cabin this year 2023, all the activities were up and running, we had so much fun again! But this time fishing was a poor experience, the pond was trashed!

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
