Not enough room in this section for an accurate review. Put away umbrellas during a windstorm cleaned the pool. Same day lady had big inflatable in, blew mine up brought but didn’t put in. Next day brought but didn’t put in, too crowded. Larger float in pool. Didn’t put mine in, crowded. Got scolded anyway. No respect. Last time, 15 years. Bad management. Eff this place! Hate

The back lake sites are excellent. The one bathroom building has been closed over a year???? How can that be? Shouldn’t take 2 years to reopen a shower/bathroom building

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We apologize for the inconvenience. The facility was open from July 2025 until it closed for the winter season. We are replacing the plumbing this year and are dependent on contractor schedules. In the meantime, we have 13 showers and 20 toilets available for guest use.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family. The grandkids had so much fun swimming, playing at the playground and camping.

The staff was great and very helpful. The RV park is good except for the bathhouse. The showers need some work and better cleaning. If the showers were redesigned that would help the condition completely. Other then that we were very pleased.

Staff is friendly and helpful...they are clearly working on some things to not only beautify the campground, but they have upgraded Wi-Fi, as well. On average, we stay at least 20 night in this campground per year, and we are never disappointed. We appreciate their many efforts--keep it up!

The only reason I don’t use KOA camps is they are extremely expensive. I can stay at a hotel cheaper than I can basically park my unit in your park. I didn’t use any hook ups. You’re just very expensive. And I found that for almost every facility I’ve stayed at now. Don’t get me wrong. Your parks are nice, but there’s just as nice out there for less.

Site 96 was off camber more than three inches in ten feet in the north south dimension and across the pad the differential was more than one inch in ten feet. The resultant was that I did not carry enough lift blocks to raise my RV to a level condition. The power stand breakers are rotated 90 degrees from "normal" positioning and there is no lighting to clearly see this discrepancy. Hazardous!

Clean and well maintained, bathhouse closed for renovations made for a long walk to get to another but will be nice once completed. Enjoyed the amenities and would definitely stay again. The cleanest campground we have stayed at.

Just a layover/rest from a cross country trip. So much to do you don't even have to leave the park. It is located far enough outside the city to feel like camping but close enough to go have a nice dinner in Ft. Collins. Should be used as an example for all KOA campgrounds

It was nice bit was disappointed in the putt putt hours. Very hot during the day and wanted to play mini golf but was not able to get a putter. Ended up playing the next day but coarse needs major maintenance and the water feature was not filled and was dirty with debris. We liked that you had food trucks and all in all enjoyed our stay.

This was our 2nd year to gather the family at Lakeside. For us, it is absolutely the best place for families with children or (in our case) grandchildren. There is so much for them to do: fishing, pickleball, swimming pool, bike rentals, jumping pad. We had two sleep cabins, and one RV site. The cabins were comfortable and clean and included a mini fridge and A/C. We will be back!

It's one of the most beautiful KOA's I've stayed at. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This is a location I hope to visit again!

What a wonderful KOA! Spacious sites, plenty of shade, very clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Loved hiking and fishing around the lake. Activities galore for every age group, occasional food trucks and entertainment for the whole family! I highly recommend staying at this location.

This is a lovely KOA. I stayed there two years ago and didn’t know if I would ever get back. I was excited to have the opportunity to stay once again. The facility is clean. The services are fabulous. There is always something to do, or you can just hang out at your campsite and enjoy the peace and quiet

The location is great! The staff were nice! Here is my concerns… The pond is an absolute disaster. Bugs because the smell. Needs a big fountain in the middle so the water isn’t stagnant. There isn’t any grass, it’s all weeds. The worker/residents do get grass at there spots. Weeds, dirt, and mud, worse than state parks. For the price you should have grass, gives dirt parking lot vi

Absolutely one of the best KOA's we have stayed at. All the staff were excellent. The amenities are the best we've seen. This will be our go to spot as we visit Ft. Collins every three months to see grandkids.

We stayed in the Fort Collins/lakeside for three nights. We would have stayed longer, but had to move on. The place is excellent for any age. They have many fun activities available, including pickle ball, swimming, volley ball, a big jumpy area for kids, bikes & more. There are food trucks that come right into the campground.. We enjoyed an iced coffee in the AM and BBQ for dinner.

It was great! Perfect location - close to town but quiet and away from the bustle. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. Lots for younger kids to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

The park was clean and very well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly. The bathrooms near our sites were very nice. We had so much fun at the campsite between the playground and the bouncing pad and the mini golf, etc. that we really didn’t want to leave. My only suggestion would be that the showers in the far bathhouse by our sites did not have soap dishes, and that would’ve been

We always enjoy our stay at Fort Collins KOA. We've stayed here several times, The staff is great, restrooms are clean and there are fun activities to do. They have a nice, clean laundry room as well.

Very impressed! We stayed only one night in tent, however there is a lot to do for families. Staff was hospitable and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door. Highly recommend.
