Great property with lots of great activities for all ages. My one complaint is that the bathrooms available truly need a face lift. Toilet paper dispenser not close enough to the toilet, cracked flooring and shower basins. Puddles of water around drains. It’s time for an update. But I do like the family bathroom style of the bathrooms.

It was a nice peace full place I love the outdoors and I wish I could stay however I will be staying out hernd ae as long as we can it is cheap and affordable

This is an awesome campground, everyone was extremely friendly & very helpful. The laundry & bathrooms were very clean & updated, sites are spaced well. Lots of fun things to do at the campground & in Fort Collins. Loved the walking path! Our back in spot was too short for rv & vehicle.

Very nice park, super friendly and helpful staff. Great spot for an extended stay with fun activities. Sadly no 10 or 5 stars as we had campers with barking dogs ���‍��� We were not able to enjoy sitting outside on a nice early spring day.

It was a great stay, our tv didn't work well and our toilet was clogged, maybe adding a plugger in the bathrooms would be helpful. Other than that we loved our stay and the staff was so friendly.

Park was great for us . We here visiting family at the college and could drive there in a few minutes . Park was clean and quiet at night . Hooks ups were perfect. Employees were helpful and very polite .

This was the first time that I took my two young sons to a KOA location and they absolutely loved it! We had an amazing experience. The cabin was more perfect for their first time.

We stayed here a few years back & loved it. Hence, we were excited to return this past summer & bring our friends. Boy, had things changed. The camp now nickel & dimes the average American family for everything little thing. While sites are expensive & basic, all the fun activities used to be included. That's why we went. Now they charge extra for almost everything. It's a rip off. Go elsewhere!

I won't be staying in the cabins again since there is a $10 charge for each of my little dogs. I can stay in a hotel with a bathroom for that amount.

We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed every time. It is so quiet and restful when we stay out is a nice place to go when you want a few days away from home

Check-In staff, Mary, was very friendly; acquainted me with the property. Bath House is cleaned and appeared to be well maintain. Handicap stall and shower are spacious. Though, lack of lights along the road when driving out of the property at night/before sunrise.

The only complaint and only reason that I didn’t give it a 5, is because the heater in the cabin was so loud. It woke me up every time that it came on. Other than that the stay was great!. Staff was very friendly. I would like to stay there again in the summer.

Our cabin was perfect, the hot tub was delightful and not chlorine ridden, loved the fire pit and the lakeview with the foothills. We will be back when we can enjoy the amenities this campground offers!! Staff was always friendly too. Our dog loved the little dog park ��

Love it here didn't want to leave. This might be my last camping trip getting too old for camping But highly commend staying here. The staff are great.

The stay was great. I got ready for the day in several different bathrooms in the bathhouse closest to me, they could all have used a significantly better cleaning especiallythe floors. I look forward to my next visit.

This was the first time we did a "long term" stay at a KOA, and it was a very nice experience.. the office folks were very helpful and addressed our needs... the site was nice and quiet and well maintained... I would highly recommend this KOA if you are in need to stay awhile using the U of C Vet college facilities in Ft Collins...

Our check in was simple. Jen was great. We were able to check in a couple days early and put directly into our long term spot so we wouldn’t have to move. The campground is easy to navigate, tons of family activities, very pet friendly. All the accommodations are right here. Great location as well.

Upon arriving at Fort Collins KOA, we picked our information up off the board. Went to our cabin and unloaded our things. Needed to use the restroom, we read through the information left for us on the board. The bathroom code was not written down in the info. We called the after hours number that was listed and got a recording saying that the number was either disconnected or changed! No response!

Our first RV camping experience at KOA Fort Collins was delightful. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even providing a much-appreciated 10% discount for veterans. The grounds were immaculate, and the bathhouses were notably clean—I found myself preferring them over the cramped bathroom in our RV! The atmosphere was serene, with guests respectfully not traversing through others' campsites. However, we did encounter a minor issue: our site was not level. As newcomers to RV camping, we didn't have leveling blocks, which made the situation more challenging, especially with the slide-out extended. I had assumed that KOA campgrounds would be perfectly level, so this was a slight disappointment. Despite this, we were overall very pleased with our experience and plan to return, this time equipped with the proper gear!

Great local KOA, our kiddos love to go on activity weekends. We always have fun. Christy the activity director is awesome. She is always coming up with fun things for the kids.
