Seems for the price being charged for cabins they could use sprucing up. I know the ambiance is aimed at rustic however some attention should be aimed at maintaining the structure to condition equal to the price being charged. We have been KOA customers for quite some time and feel that the conditions do not reflect the corporate image.

Clean, great place for children and adults with so many different activities. Enjoyed the weekend breakfast burritos under the large covered patio. Very nice burrito chef and cashier. We liked the cute paintings on trees of deer and birds, and fox painted on a rock while walking around the lake. Very clever and talented. Didn't think it was good to charge a visitor an extra $10.

Everyone was very accommodating, it was quiet even though it was the Fourth of July, and the kids were able to freely do things without a worry. We will definitely be back! Also, the second you set trash out it is picked up. Very quick!

We had the site right next to the bathroom so it was less than pleasant. Guests should be told in advance that they are assigned the worst spot in the campground prior to their stay so that they have the option of declining. A significant rate reduction should be given to those put in that spot. What's worse is that is your campside...3 ft separate you from toilets/showers & constant foot traffic.

Definitely a great place for the kids although our son is grown our granddaughter would have loved this place we have two fur babies now that travels with us this was a stomping ground on the way to Mount Rushmore in South Dakota we stayed here for a couple nights we would have loved the endsights however they were all taken we had pull through with the table and charcoal grill with a semi/grass

The staff was tremendous. from serving breakfast under the shelter to taking care of our day visitors they did great. I would particularly like to call out, I believe it was Melissa? Very tall woman working the front desk who helped with our check-in, visitors, and even a restaurant recommendation. Great customer service!

We truly enjoyed our overall stay. The RV site we stayed in was clean and having a tree for extra shade was for sure a bonus to beat the heat. A bit upset kids pool was down. Our family members stayed in cabin K05 and it needed some tlc. Lots of cobwebs/ceiling fan and outdoor light. Staff members were friendly and enjoyed the daily activities. We’ll for sure plan to stay again.

We stayed for one night while heading out to our final destination and one night on the way home. The camp staff is awesome and the camp has a large variety of activities and spaces. The camp is such an amazing place for children and adults alike.

Our back in spot on the perimeter was wide and spacious and close to the dog park. Large park with many amenities. Pool, lake with rentals. The laundry was large, clean and had well working Dexter front loaders. 3 miles from Old Downtown and all the restaurants and breweries. Would stay again.

I felt that the resort was not as nice as in the past. The hot tub at the pool was not working the whole time we were there. The sites were not mowed or trimmed well and the dogs were not well policed. They were very good about keeping us informed about upcoming activities, weather issues, and pool safety issues. I understand about going zero landscaping but weeds are not landscaping

Very friendly staff. All the RV sites were dirt (some gravel). Table/chairs on wood decks were nice! Full hookups. Bathrooms in the RV park were old, but clean. Facilities were great for the kids, lots of different activities! Pool was nice. Somewhat small. For the price to stay here, I would like to see more put back into the park (paved roads/cement pads, remodeled bathrooms.

We were here for one full day in order for us to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. For the most part, it was just what our family of 4 needed. It was a little disappointing that the hot tub and splash pad area was out of order (this was not known to us before hand) and the pool was very crowded. We did laundry here and it was great. We rented peddle bikes and they were good too.

I enjoyed the pool, fishing, volleyball, and riding bikes around the lake! The fire pits by our campsite was fun and we are beginner campers so the rv sites were level and easy to park and set the camper.

Great place as always except there's additional fees for boating and other activities that used to be FREE. I was disappointed due to that fact. I feel we pay a good price to stay and it should be free for all activities or sportsThe pool area has improved with fencing and tables and chairs....looks awesome.

The staff were above and beyond, kind! Very friendly. The site had nice ammenities. Campers were respectful and followed quiet time rules. RV hook ups were very easy and had on site dark/grey septic dumping. No complaints.

We only stayed for one evening as we passed through on a long family vacation. We stayed at many resort RV parks across Colorado and New Mexico, and though we were only here for less than 24 hours, we enjoyed this campground more than most of the others. The staff was always very polite, campsite was clean and a lot of ammenities.

I have stayed at least once a year at the park for about 4 years. I really like the improvements that have been made and the added things for kids. Great job. All of the staff we interacted with were also friendly and professional.

Staff seems less helpful than previous times we’ve stayed. Both the pool and breakfast pavilion were closed for the days we were there even though it was over a weekend in the middle of summer. The planned activities were as good as they use to be. We won’t be back.

We had a great time staying in deluxe cabin! It had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and there was plenty to keep us busy. We will definitely return.

Great layout! Activities (rentals) are pricey when already paying $100 a night. Everyone was nice and friendly; well kept facility. The pool being closed was not a hinderance to us. Loved the walk around the lake!

The campground is clean and well maintained. The only thing we didn’t like is that you are very close to other RVs. Probably 20ft apart at most. It was quiet at night, which was most appreciated.

This is an amazing KOA. The roads are wide, it's clean and they have super friendly staff. The park is beautiful and in a scenic location. We'll be back!
