We usually come a few times every year. The place has gone downhill big time just over the last two seasons. Basketball hoop i still broken, no backstop anylonger, fewer thing to do, food truck closed, etc. Staff pushes the fact to have all dogs on leashes but drive around in golf carts with their own dogs off leash. Corporate should pay a visit.

Enjoyed our stay and had a nice concrete pad for the rig. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and did a great job of maintaining the property, cleaning bath houses, getting sites prepped between each visitor. The campsite itself was just “ok” as it was just sand and dirt and we had to put down outdoor rigs to keep from tracking dirt and mud into the rig. The amenities were great for kid

Great stay except for the cat roaming near our site. It belonged to the campers in the site two spots over. If dogs are required to be on a leash, then the rule should apply to cats as well. This cat roamed near our camper daily and it agitated my dog who was on a leash.

This facility has steadily gone downhill over the years since we started going there. 2 examples are: The patio firebowl was broken (missing a screw which should be holding a leg on and posed a huge fire issues should someone build a fire in it. The deluxe patios which cost more, have burnt wood dividers from the fire pits causing major tripping hazards. The location is still great though.

the only downfall was we had to pay for extra vehicles on site, which we have not had to do in the past. Otherwise everyone there was amazing.

Staff was very efficient and cordial. Park could use a "refresh" on the park setting itself. Updates are needed for outdated features such as pool, putt putt etc.

We had a wonderful stay, as usual, but were disappointed the campground was so dry and grassless. You must no longer water, but maybe that can’t be helped. The loss of trees that have died is also concerning. We were also very disappointed that the four square pingpong table was no longer available. . .our family had enjoyed that so much in the past. Otherwise. . .everything was great!

I felt that the amenities and facility itself was poorly maintained and not displayed correctly on the website and app. For the cost of this site in particular I felt like it was a rip off. Very disapointed.

Although the only spot left for us was a back in, it backed up to the lake outside the campground that had lots of wildlife to look at and pleasant views. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We originally booked two nights, but we enjoyed it so much that booked three more nights. Our friends who live near by visited us, who also enjoyed the relaxing environment. We will be back.

It was a pleasant stay, easy access, no problem parking our 45 ft. Coach. The amenities were awesome. If we're ever back this way , this is where we'll stay. Happy �

Very clean, quiet and comfortable campground. Staff does an excellent job keeping all facilities clean and neat. Updates are given in a very timely manner if there is a change to activities and weather.

We live in Fort Collins and enjoyed Lakeside KOA for an easy, get away weekend. Our site had a great view of an adjacent lake, easy full hookups, level site, and a nice patio. We enjoyed swimming in the very clean pool and appreciated the comfortable poolside lounge chairs. The trail around the lake was beautiful in the early morning light for my dog and me. The park is very pet friendly.

First time at Fort Collins campground and loved the facilities (nice pavilion, very clean restrooms and especially air conditioning) Too bad each cabin doesn't have a grill with propane but overall very nice. Next time will remember to bring charcoal. Would take propane over television. Loved the large swimming pool. Also staff at front desk were very friendly

Campground was very dusty and they need to try to enforce the speed limit someway. I know it’s a very difficult thing to do other than that Campground was very clean and organized would stay there again.

Very nice RV park, well maintained with a helpful & courteous staff. Many well-maintained recreational facilities for fun family activities. Also a nice well-stocked camp store. Staff members were out & about, frequently coming by camp sites to pick up trash and keep an eye on the park. They even delivered firewood right to our campsite. One of the nicest RV parks at which we have stayed.

Nice welcoming KOA. Patio site furniture was nice colorful hard plastic. Site was level. Loved the flowers at check in and on the porches of the cabins. Friendly staff.

Your bathrooms are not desirable. I opened a door and a man was in there getting dressing after his shower. Why in the world did you design the bathrooms that way. It wouldn’t be hard to separate with a wall in the hallway. One side for women and one side for men. Imagine if my young daughter had walked in on that sight.

It was only an overnight stay on our way to Seattle but Daisy (corgi mix) and I had a great cabin and stay. Cabin was clean with A/C, small fridge and TV, nice walkway around a small lake, restrooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We had planned to arrive by 6pm, but had a flat tire 100 miles away. Spoke with Tammy to cancel as not sure how long it would take to get a tire replaced on our class A. She recommended a late check in to avoid boondocking. Fortunately the tire got repaired and we arrived at 10:30pm. Tammy saw us enter the grounds and met us to lead directly to our site. Thank you Tammy for your support!

The main camping area around the site was dirt. They really need to add gravel. The picnic table was a splinter hazard. I went for a walk one evening and experienced a strong sewage oder throughout the campground. The nightly rate was way to high for this campground. This place needs some work!
