The campground is an older style. The people running it are exceptionally nice. I made our reservation on the wrong month online. When we arrived they were full but they managed to squeeze us in. They not only squeezed us in, but they delivered two giant chocolate chip cookies free of charge. Very nice people.

Clean, well laid out, site was fairly level but they are cut in to close down at the lower section. Makes for difficult hookups but otherwise good

Absolutely fantastic stay. Well stocked camp store, pizza delivery… and the host brought us fresh baked cookies to our site for free. Fishing pond was another nice touch. Everyone was so nice, from check in to check out. And the bath house was impeccable. Never seen a better maintained restroom shower facility in ten years of camping. Definitely our favorite KOA. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Lovely setting among tall pines, but campground is showing its age. Enjoyed the cookies treat upon arrival and friendly staff. Wifi is intermittent. Ask for location away from the highway to have a quieter stay.

Only stayed overnight. Clean grounds, nice wooded sites with ample room. The early evening food service had a decent menu. Appreciated the security gates. Thanks for the fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. God Bless

The park’s water supply failed at about 9:00PM 10/21/2023. We had to use our onboard fresh water, but weren’t prepared with a sufficient supply. It had us biting our nails. They restored the water supply the next morning about 7:00AM. We hope this was an isolated incident because we like KOA Forsyth and all their people very much. All other aspects of our stay were great! Thanks!!

I stay here frequently as it is close to Macon where I attend conferences on a quarterly basis. The staff is always welcoming and I am known as a frequent user of this campgrounds. The facilities are always clean as well as the grounds.

This is the forth time we have stayed here unless you are upfront right by the office WIFI does not work at all so if you need it make sure your upfront We stay 2 times by office worked perfect one time by bathroom no WIFI one time at bottom of the hill lot way in the back no WIFI everything else was perfect.

Quick overnight stop, nice park. All the desk workers at the campground’s we stayed at need to slow down when explaining the rules. We have not heard it before, even though they have said it many times.

We always like stopping here .. warm cookies are the best! Hope road repair is on the list for the lower section.. escort did point out the pot holes but it’s still difficult maneuvering a class A in/out around them

The si.te was very uneven, muddy and difficult to maneuver the rig in place. Plus the sewer connection was below ground level which made it impossible to but my connect secure. With the down hill part right there I was surely walking around in someone else crap. One of the worst KOAs I have ever been at.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks for a class I was taking at the police academy. During that time, I wrecked and subsequently totaled my tow vehicle. The staff was very understanding and helpful. I was scrambling to either get a friend with a suitable truck or buy a new truck so that I could go home. I was stressed about getting out by checkout but the staff accommodated me and made it stress free.

This was a very nice camp! They offer free cookies at check-in. They are AMAZING! We stayed in the lower open area for good wifi signal for Starlink. It was great! Sites were sort of tight (just a small strip of grass between sites, but ok) lots of spaces to shop close by. We would for sure stay here again if we are in the area

The stay was fine. The grounds were atrocious. The only thing covering the Georgia clay here is a little gravel and pine needles. At KOA prices it's unacceptable to have just clay. This campground is definitely subpar of KOA standards.

The check in was easy and the staff was polite and professional. She offered pizza and ice delivery and a golf cart showed us to the spot. The park is well tended and the highway noise wasn’t bad at all. It would be great to have a place to sit coming out of showers. but the fold down bench was not secure. It’s really my only complaint.

We camped here for one night on our way back from Florida. Upon arrival we were greeted by the office workers and offered warm cookies. We were also escorted to our site which was nice. We ordered pizza from the on-site pizza place and it was affordable and really good. We will stay here again on our way back from Florida next spring. Only negative is that the roads are very narrow in the park which could cause a problem if 2 big campers are trying to go opposite directions at the same time.

Nice Camp thanks for the stay. Fabulous chocolate chip cookies at registration WOW! We'll be back just for them. Wi-Fi was great Despite assurance at the registration desk, I had to disconnect to level our camper in our not-so-level pull thru spot Chicken wings (both bone-in and non) were not very good.

Always a great place to visit. Our third time here. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Beautiful campground. Easy on and off I65.
