Campground was amazing!! Very accommodating, quite peaceful. The staff was here are very friendly and outgoing! They have amazing BBQ that the owner smokes himself that is absolutely delicious and they deliver it to your campsite! 10/10 highly recommend staying here!

Amazing cabin stay with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs! Our cabin was spotless and had everything we could need, including a fenced in yard (with a porch gate!) and an outdoor rain shower! We will be back

The hosts and campground were amazing. The sites are spacious and everything was well maintained. The campground is right off the parkway with scenic drives and lots of history. The host also smokes meat, which was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed five nights. Staff is very friendly and keeps the campground clean at all times. Borders the Blue Ridge Parkway with close and easy access. Many small country towns within a short drive. Trees provide ample shade.

Staff are very organized and friendly. We had a perfect site for our 21’ van. Bathrooms are clean, spacious and good water pressure.

We enjoyed our stay, the campground was quiet and well maintained. The lots were spacious and shaded and ours was relatively private with the "bonus" private dog run in the back. These two items lead to my only "complaint", the cost. We mostly chose this site due to the more favorable times (for us this trip), otherwise we probably would have gone with a regular back-in site.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers says everything about a campground. This one is very well maintained. It is a very nice place to stay!

Second time there and enjoyed what they had to offer the BBQ was excellent along with pizza . If you forgot something they may have it in the store. When traveling in that area will be stopping there again

Our retreat at the Lodge was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was spotless, Dave’s Smokehouse delivered a delicious meal, and the staff was kind, attentive, and welcoming. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Staying at the KOA was wonderful. Tim and Joann helped us with everything we needed and more, including taking care of some items we left behind accidentally. The food there was excellent and the cabin was immaculately cleaned. We had everything we needed after traveling 12 hours to relax and have a great night's sleep, and our dog loved the AC. We loved it and will return.

A wonderful facility that’s well maintained and quiet. A beautifully wooded campground with a variety of sites. Staff is accommodating and pleasant and Dave and Angie are wonderful owners who make you feel like family.

Been traveling across country and have stayed at KOA’s the whole way!! Fancy gap has by far the cleanest restrooms of any KOA’s we have stayed at! I give them an A+ rating on cleanliness!! There store is also clean and has a lot of items a camper may need while on the road!! There was a terrible storm while we were there sevral inches in a couple hours, and there frainage handled it perfectly!

Great campground right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Wonderful customer service. They kept us informed after a power outage during a storm. The BBQ they sell is a bonus!

Stayed 4 days in 30' Gran Design. Easy quiet pull-thru site w/ full hookup, table, firepit. Shaded and cool even in August. Very friendly and helpful staff. Trash pickup at site. Groceries only 8mi to Hillsville. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful customer service. All of the KOA staff were delightful. The ability to order barbecue and have it delivered to your campsite was a definite plus. The campground was very clean and the best shower water pressure I’ve experienced at a campground.�Ϝ

We had a great time during our stay! Unfortunately, we had to pack up early and miss our last night due to a severe storm. We enjoyed our time there! This KOA is always clean and organized. All of the staff members are friendly. Very pleased with this KOA! We can't wait for our next visit! :)

Tent camping in site 83A was so nice. The pavillion at the site with picnic tables and a sink made spending time with our friends in the dumping rain very pleasant. Kind employees, very clean, nice amenities for the kids.

Outstanding KOA! The customer service was amazing. The park was decorated for Halloween which was beautiful! The owners definitely take pride of ownership. They also offer food delivered to your campsite!
