Staff was very friendly & helpful. The RV site was on the short side. Made it difficult to park the truck without sticking into the driveway. Also, on the pricey side, compared to several campgrounds we used on the way to Alaska. The internet service worked very well.

Well kept grounds, clean laundry room, ample space (we had 40’ RV towing F150), managers were a delight and gave us great information on the area’s restaurants and attractions. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Large sites for 40ft pulling a jeep. Very clean with the chena river bordering the campground. Very nice viewing platform overlooking tha chena river. Highly reccomend this KOA if you are in the faribanks area.

The people were very friendly and nice, the facilities (laundry room and bathrooms) were clean and very nice. Overall we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well organized camp, efficient staff, very clean, showers perfect, laundry also. Full hookup sites are spacious and leveled. Spent 3 days there, 100% satisfied!

The best part about staying at this location is they have a free auto/rv wash for guests to use. It made my day.

Great campground. Quiet and clean camping areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very large laundry room with several washers and dryers. Good clean separate individual shower rooms. Thanks for a great stay !

Just an overnight, but nicely paved, spread out (BIG property), right on the river. Great dog park, room to run/chase balls.

The staff didn’t know the limit for ‘the tap’ and told me my card was declined. Freaked me out. Just needed to swipe it instead. Site was a parking lot with everyone crowded together. No options to stay in no hook-up sites. Staff drove around in golf carts non-stop. Worst KOA experience ever.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry you were not happy with your stay. There was a systemwide credit card processing issue by the provider, which was resolved later that day. All our sites are full hookup as advertised. However, there are some inexpensive options for dry camp spots in the area as alternative.

Very nice. Very pleasant and accommodating employees. Lots of washers and dryers, showers are very clean and nice. Nice view of the river. Would definitely stay again.

Very helpful to us during our stay. Accepted a package for us that we had mailed to them. Extremely helpful! Stable power! Can wash your cars and RVs, small fee. Well worth it! Close to most things!

This is the second year we’ve stayed with you for a week and it’s excellent. Hot showers, laundry, clean facilities, a wash station for camp dishes, outdoor games on a deck with propane fires, 2 playgrounds, grills, picnic tables, friendly courteous staff, etc. We’ll be back next year!

We really enjoy this park. It’s clean, well-thought out, and has fun little touches throughout. The riverfront is especially nice. There are no mosquitoes (they must spray quite a bit), and the water is great despite being in North Pole where the well water is full of iron and sulphur. One thing I don’t love is the way they’ll put us directly next to someone even when the park is only 1/4 fu

Stayed here a few times before and the improvements of the KOA takeover since has made it very nice, not that it was bad before but, the few changes have made it some what better.

We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. We sat by the fireplace on the deck and we played the games, corn hole horse shoes and jenga and we used the swings. It was beautiful and very clean. We would definitely come back and recommend it to friends

We enjoyed the deck and the gas fireplace by the river. Cornhole, giant jenga, and horseshoes were played too. I liked how clean and quiet the grounds are and noticed the spraying to keep the mosquitoes at bay! All in all, a very nice stay. Highly recommended!

Great friendly RV park. Easy parking with pull through and back in full hookups. Staff was great, sites were well maintained. We are local but we still like to get away for a few days. Stayed here many times and will continue to return for the occasional weekend.

Campground is good. It has cleans showers and a clean laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. The only reason I did not give it a 5 for service, is that I thought the owner could have made a little more effort in accommodating us. We were staying 2 nights. We were traveling in 3 separate RVs, and thus made 3 different reservations. It was the start of the season so the campground was not sold out. It was going to be a whole ordeal for her to put us close together, so we were spread out throughout the camp, despite there being plenty of open sites throughout.
