I can't say enough good things! Friendly & helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. 2 large dog parks & poop bag/trash stations throughout campgrounds. Very accommodating to both short & long-term campers. Large laundry room. Quarters provided in office. Free showers. Gas station w/ convenience store right next door. Short distance to many resources in Fairbanks area. Won't be disappointed!

5 nights. Great place to base out of to see the sights. The sites are close together, but it is a Journey which isn’t unusual. My only real complaint was that the grass between sites wasn’t mowed. The grace was at least 6” and gave the mosquitoes more places to attack from.

Nice clean park with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Super large laundry facility and wonderful RV wash area. They also have a super friendly RV gas station. However, the grass around the RV sites needs to be cut a lot more often. It was way too high.

Great place to stay when in the Fairbanks area. The grounds are well kept and the staff very friendly.

We had a nice stay at this KOA. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The man that showed us our site was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that we did not like was that the sites are too close together.

It is a nice park. Our personal experience wasn’t that great. Our dog was attacked by 4 dogs busting through the rv screen. The people appeared to be there long term. We booked 2 nights and some how they only had us for one. Kim was kind and professional and fixed the issue. It just was too much fixing of things.

I had my scheduled site cancel last minute. I called KoA and the lady was more than willing to help me get a site right away. The washroom and shower were both clean and the park was well maintained!

Our space was right near the public restroom where guests were going all the time. There were clearly other spaces that we could have been parked. The laundry room is terrible. It is expensive at $4 for wash and and $3.25 to dry. The washers/didn't work very well. 3 dryers were broken. *there is not enough space for telling about my stay*

Bathrooms/Showers were very clean. I would recommend a few shelves/hours for towels and for shampoo/conditioner.perhaps a mirror on the inside of door. Overall the RV Park at Chena River was very nice. From Horseshoe pits, to playground for kiddos. Very pleased.

The staff was happy to help us book a spot, I had thought that I already booked but didn’t. The campground is clean and quiet. We will stay again in the future.

The staff was especially helpful and friendly. We were traveling out of town and had some issues with our vehicle and needed to store some things while we took it in for repairs. They gave us a place to leave the items and one of the staff even helped us to load it back up. We stayed there several nights and definitely recommend this KOA.

Nice place. Very well kept, priced as expected. The staff was wonderful. Sad to say, but the water is terrible. The water smells bad, and taste worse.

We relocated to the area and needed a place to stay in our RV while looking for a new home. Facilities are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are the best we've had during our 10-day drive to get here. Two large dog parks for our dogs to get some exercise, many common areas for various activities, and adjacent to a gas station and convenience store. Couldn't be happier.

We stayed several days and everything was clean and well taken of. The shower area was great with lots of hot water. Laundry room well maintained and clean. The grounds are kept very neat. Good space between sites with grass. Very happy overall.

Sewer drain all the way back by the road is plain ridiculous. Class a towing in pull through had to disconnect car to hook up. Defeats the reason for a pull through. 2 dog parks was awesome though.

Management is very accommodating to our needs and a pleasure to work with. Restrooms and showers are extremely clean with ample hot water. Campsites are clean and well maintained.

Nice campground. Stayed here 4 years ago under Riverview RV name. Price has gone up significantly since then. Close to 60 %. Prices are high everywhere, people are kinda stuck with over inflated prices at some campgrounds.

From arrival to departure. Excellent stay. Clean site, prompt check in, staff was friendly and professional. We stay here a couple times a year and keep coming back because of the items stated above.

It was very quiet. Loved the two areas for the dogs to run. And also loved the swings by the river. Extremely peaceful.

This is a beautiful RV Park where there is a lot to do in the area. The campground is well maintained, the showers and bathrooms are practically spotless. Also, the Manager: Kim, went out of her way to help us while we were there. Good internet service and cell signals (for T-mobile). I would definitely go back to this KOA if ever back in the area.

Every stay at the Fairbanks/Chena River KOA has been great. Office is friendly and helpful, laundry room extremely clean, campsites clean and level. We will always stay there on our Alaska trips. Thank you!

Been staying here (almost) every year for decades. Very welcoming, very well maintained, and friendly (including pets). Park had many nice amenities and KOA has added even more since taking over. However, the WiFi has gotten too slow recently - and I wasn't streaming or downloading/uploading large files. Just email and some minimal browsing. Thanks for another great stay!

I managed this campground from 2000–2021 when it was known as Riverview RV Park, so I don’t hand out praise lightly. The improvements made over the last few years are outstanding. Beautiful upgrades, spotless grounds, and a welcoming atmosphere. Easily one of the nicest RV parks in Alaska now. Highly recommend!

Great facilities, but owner could have been a little more accommodating. We were traveling in 3 RVs, and thus needed 3 separate reservations. After making the reservations, we called and asked if we could be given sites close to each other. When we arrived, it was going to be a major ordeal to place us close together each other, even though the park was not even halfway occupied.
