We have an awesome, fun Playground for them (completion in July 2023), as well as for your four legged kids - a 2'400 sq ft KampK9 Park play area, which is fully enclosed.  Enjoy some relaxing time at one of our complimentary propane fire-pits with lounge chairs right by the river and roast marshmallows. If you are in the area before May 21st or after August 21st, you may want to stay up past midnight and get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to watch the Northern Lights dance throughout the Alaskan skies.

Northern Lights

Northern Lights

If you are in Fairbanks before May 21st or after August 21st, you may be able to see the Northern Lights dance across the great Alaskan skies. During Aurora Season (August 21-April 21) in the Fairbanks region, the aurora borealis also known as the northern lights, almost always appears when the sky is relatively dark and clear. The Aurora Borealis Tracker provided in the link below, correlates aurora forecast, weather conditions and time of day to determine aurora viewing possibilities in multiple locations. During the Midnight Sun Season (April 22- August 20), Fairbanks experiences 24 hours of sunlight for seventy days from May 17 to July 27. The Midnight Sun Tracker calculates the number of daylight hours, also known as civil twilight, 365 days a year in multiple locations.

Play Horseshoe Pitching

Play Horseshoe Pitching

The history of horseshoe pitching can be traced back to Roman soldiers. During their idle hours, the soldiers occupied themselves with games that consisted of tossing metal rings over stakes pounded into the ground. Whether these first metal rings were actually horseshoes is a matter of some debate. Enjoy a fun game that is suited for all the family and enjoyed by many men, women, boys and girls.
