I enjoyed my nine day stay immensely. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and everything "worked". I'd definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.... anyone I meet along the RV Camping Trail. Well done! ! Kevin K

We stayed here 3 different times over about 5 weeks and each time we felt welcomed and appreciated. The grounds are kept beautifully and the showers are nice, hot and long!

Very quiet and peaceful, hookups were in perfect working order. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well maintained, loved all the activities and space for the kids to run around. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend!

Great communication, easy directions to follow with plenty of signage. Our camping spot was great by the trees, with enough room for our truck, trailer, and 2 canopies. Downside is no fire pits currently (too many burn bans). But they have the propane fires near the river. Very clean, beautiful and lots for us to do as a family. Showers were warm and bathrooms were sparkling clean/ flushing toilet

This was the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. Wow! Beautiful. Sites are well spaced. Grounds are fantastic with the Chena River right there.

This campground was okay. I liked that it is located right on the Chena River which is beautiful and serene. The location is a bit noisy so close to the highway with cars, trucks, and motorcycles zooming by all night. The showers were okay.

Front desk are friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The showers are absolutely wonderful!! No running out of hot water and the water pressure is excellent. The pet area is clean (some places my dog won’t go in) and the swings are great.

We had a nice big site that fit the camper and tow vehicle. I needed a part for my camper and the manager came through for me. The park is very clean, and the laundry and showers are nicely kept up. The park is conveniently located in North Pole on the outskirts of Fairbanks.

The owners gave fair discount a couple of times after we joined the KOA membership, but after intial discount we were charged regular rate. I checked their website it showed $95 per night for nonmember, and asked her what’s the members rate, she said $95. This had happened a few times during my 9 nights stay, her explanation is depending on the day and season, but she never broke it down for me.

The campground and facilities were very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. My only issue was that The wash machine did not clean my blanket and towels very well. The center of my blanket was dry leading me to believe it did not allow enough water into the machine.

Unlike most other KOA campgrounds that are way over priced for what you receive, we felt that we received a good value for our money here! Other than the sites being too close together, it is a very nice place!

New owners were very nice and accommodating. Usually don't use campground showers but did and they were spotless. A bonus, a campground in Alaska with grass, haha! Would stay here again.

Nice sites, with hindsite I would not have needed to reserve the whole week in Fairbanks, it was nowhere full and could have found a better priced place elsewhere. Very expensive for just hookups.

Excellent location for all thinks Fairbanks. Long gravel sites with 50 Amp Electric water and sewer. Close to Fort Wainwright, North Pole and driving distance to Riverboat Cruise, and Dredge 8 gold mine tours. Electric is at the back of the site, bring an extra cord.

Very lovely park and wonderful setting on river the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was kinda noisy with car traffic and air traffic but the in closed dog parks were great too!!and kids play area nice

We had a great stay. It had all the amenities we wanted, washers and dryers-the building was clean with a place to fold clothes. The showers and restrooms were really nice. The evenings were quiet, the sites were clean and maintained.....will definitely stay at KOA campgrounds again and the cost was worth every cent. �

A VERY NICE place, well cared for with EXCELLENT laundry in a perfect location with plenty to do in the area. The staff and owners are super helpful with suggestions such as the nearby Riverboat cruise with its very nice large store with gift offerings which range into high end quality. Also, the University of Alaska Fairbanks Museum of the North and outdoor Botanical Gardens are very cool.

My husband and I enjoyed your campground very much. Convenient, however still felt so quiet and remote, and spacious and very clean. We return here each year. We make reservations a yr out. This yr we reserved the special pario site. Fireplace in table. Which we used at night. And loved we had a great clean propane grill we used. We did not have to drag ours out. We already have reservations next July. Staff. ESP one of the owners stoped by. Very nice. Loved the tour groups Fun to visit. Grounds were kept great.

The owners/front desk are incredibly helpful with adjusting stays and helping with mail. We used Fairbanks as a regroup point twice during some long boon docking. The other incredible benefit is the camper cleaning area. Two hoses with great pressure took a lot of the Dalton Highway crust off of our rigs!

Great friendly RV park. Easy parking with pull through and back in full hookups. Staff was great, sites were well maintained. We are local but we still like to get away for a few days. Stayed here many times and will continue to return for the occasional weekend.

Campground is good. It has cleans showers and a clean laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. The only reason I did not give it a 5 for service, is that I thought the owner could have made a little more effort in accommodating us. We were staying 2 nights. We were traveling in 3 separate RVs, and thus made 3 different reservations. It was the start of the season so the campground was not sold out. It was going to be a whole ordeal for her to put us close together, so we were spread out throughout the camp, despite there being plenty of open sites throughout.
