Everything was super clean and staff was friendly. The only suggestion I’d have is to add a park bench by the playground for parents to sit on while the kids play.

The campground was well taken care of, clean, and inviting. The laundry facility was clean and easy to use. The staff was lovely and informative. The free vehicle/RV wash was a valuable benefit.

It was wonderful. Best KOA I've stayed in in years. Clean and quiet. The spots were nice and level. That's a bonus for me.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The grounds and bathrooms are very well kept. The new owner has done a terrific job, would love to stay here again!

Accommodated us for early check in, everyone in office was very friendly. A few coffee mugs in the gift shop I hadn’t seen before. Loved sitting on the porch swings along the river. Fun dog park for puppies not used to being off leash. Beyond excellent laundry facilities. Many machines, all clean & maintained. Screen doors so we were able to sit outside & hear when machines were ready. ETC, ETC,

Campground was very nice. Staff was welcoming. Sites were easy to get into. Facilities were well cared for. Great location too. Will stay again if we ever return to Fairbanks.

The sites are VERY close together. There is a small swath of grass about 6 feet wide, makes it nearly impossible to put chairs out. Several areas needed the grass mowed. Pam was great at check in. Other staff not very personable.

We appreciate your feedback. Our sites are all between 25ft and 28ft wide between pedestals. If you need additional space, we have premium sites with more space to spread out. If you are in a site for a longer period and prefer to have it mowed during your stay, let us know and will take care of it.

Sites are a little close. The water was brown and had air in it, not good

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying with us for almost 2 weeks. We wish you had brought this to our attention during your stay. Our water is tested regularly in a lab, with no health issue. It however has high iron content and we have to inject air to oxidize it and filter it. Some air remains in the water.

We found everything well organized and clean. The office help was friendly and very helpful. We like the location, on the River and close to Fairbanks. However it would be nice to be able to access the River for kayak launch or swimming. We would gladly stay here again and would tell our friends and family to stay as well. Thank you.

How cool is it to say you stayed at North Pole Alaska. Sites are close but campground is quiet. Clean shower and restrooms. Great registration staff. Free rv wash station too.

We stayed 4 night and it rained part of the time but that was ok, we liked the spot we were at with the exception of the ground right outside our door being unlevel. The staff was great and very friendly, laundry room was really nice and clean. It was a nice place to stay and we would stay again next time.

They put us in a very tight and small spot for our 28’ RV and pickup truck even though we gave them all the information on the app since we are KOA members.

We are sorry that the 38ft long site that was booked online wasn't the right fit for you. After arrival and on the 2nd day we contact each guest to inquire if all is ok. Anytime, please let us know if you are not happy with the site and we will gladly see if we can find a different site for you.

Great friendly RV park. Easy parking with pull through and back in full hookups. Staff was great, sites were well maintained. We are local but we still like to get away for a few days. Stayed here many times and will continue to return for the occasional weekend.

Campground is good. It has cleans showers and a clean laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. The only reason I did not give it a 5 for service, is that I thought the owner could have made a little more effort in accommodating us. We were staying 2 nights. We were traveling in 3 separate RVs, and thus made 3 different reservations. It was the start of the season so the campground was not sold out. It was going to be a whole ordeal for her to put us close together, so we were spread out throughout the camp, despite there being plenty of open sites throughout.
