You have a beautiful campground and have everything and then some that anyone would need. The doggie playground is amazing and swings so relaxing. Wish we would of had time to sit on the deck and play games.

Everything worked as it should. A descent distance between sites, good water, elec. and sewer. Very good WiFi and OK air TV. Cable would be nice. Clean bathrooms & showers. The CG was well maintained with a good staff. The Location to Fairbanks was good, but the army base with it's helicopters could be a problem, but wasn't for us. Nice spot on the river. Would stay here again.

It was very clean and we liked the beautiful setting on the river. We also enjoyed the dog park and swings on the river's edge.

Well kept, but road is close and campers are packed tight. Staff was friendly. Leisure time setup on river bank was very nice, playgrounds are spacious. The filter of my water hose was black and full of dirt after taking on water.

Thank you for staying with us for 4 nights. We are happy you enjoyed the nice setup by the river. Our water and treatment plant is regularly tested. We are not aware of any issues and just checked the water at the site you were and could not reproduce any of the mentioned symptoms.

Nice place! Glad we got a back in....way more privacy and room! Suggested a parking area, or a few spots to park at bathrooms and for sure.... a path that cuts through the middle to the bathrooms so not to walk through people's campsites!

We love that you can drop your trailer for a day or two so you can leave it in a secure place for a small fee. The free truck/ trailer wash was awesome after our trip to the Arctic Ocean! There did seem to be some confusion with some of the reservations so make sure to keep your confirmation receipt. Other than that the people were very nice and the facilities were clean.

Nice campground, friendly staff, sites are long and wide enough, dont feel cramped. A little extra gravel to level sites would be nice. Would stay again

We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us and appreciate your feedback. The time for improvements here in Alaska is very short and we have been busy this spring with other upgrades. Adding more gravel to the sites in the area you stayed in, is in scope for this fall.

We arrived earlier than expected, using this as our base in discovering the Fairbanks/ Denali area. The space was good, as well as laundry and showers. Good experience on our bucket list trip!

Love this campground, very accommodating staff and the laundry and rest rooms are the cleanest I have seen. Extremely helpful staff.

Everything was good. TheCG was everything you would want in a CG. Very happy with our stay. Good and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, very clean restrooms & showers. Situated on the Chena River with great relaxing area to view the river while swinging, playing horse shoes, corn hole or Jinga. Easy in and out sites and roads within the campsite.

The bathroom, shower and laundry room were all very clean. The camp area was also nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This was my first time staying at a KOA and I couldn't believe the attention to detail that each staff member showed. I was in the RV for most mornings into early afternoon and watched them bike around. They were wiping down all the electrical hookups, trimming trees, repairing fences, raking the gravel and just being available and friendly. It was clean, quiet and safe.

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved being near the river and enjoyed the swings at night after a long day of sightseeing! Enjoyed a nice conversation with the very friendly owner!

This KOA was a great location for our Fairbanks trip. Sites are long and level. They have a great staff. We will definitely be back on our return trip from Homer, AK

We have stayed here before and it was nice then. Now we see staff constantly during the day, doing a variety of chores. If is nice to see people out and about. They volunteers were all friendly and knowledgeable. The campground looks great. We are local but we try to stay here a few times a year and support local. We will definitely be back. Well done!!

The grounds were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, hardworking and helpful. The facilities were pristine. The entertainment area by the river was fun and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. So much that we actually stayed an extra night!

They were completely understand of our situation from our recent move to Fairbanks and extending our stay was not an issue. Would stay again!

Personnel were friendly, park was well kept and clean. We didn’t use the restrooms or laundry room but from the outside look like the we in good condition. We liked the deck by the river but unfortunately it was cold and rainy while we were there. Good luck.

The recommendation for the restaurant that served UNLIMITED ALASKAN KING CRAB for only $19.95 was outstanding, we each must have eaten at least 2 pounds. It is a locals treasure off the beaten path.

Great stay! Beautiful campground on the river. Super nice deck with tables right on the rivers edge. Park was super clean from Restrooms, laundry, grounds. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful.

The campground was quiet and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed taking with Judy (in office) who was a ray of sunshine!!

Great friendly RV park. Easy parking with pull through and back in full hookups. Staff was great, sites were well maintained. We are local but we still like to get away for a few days. Stayed here many times and will continue to return for the occasional weekend.

Campground is good. It has cleans showers and a clean laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. The only reason I did not give it a 5 for service, is that I thought the owner could have made a little more effort in accommodating us. We were staying 2 nights. We were traveling in 3 separate RVs, and thus made 3 different reservations. It was the start of the season so the campground was not sold out. It was going to be a whole ordeal for her to put us close together, so we were spread out throughout the camp, despite there being plenty of open sites throughout.
