Great Place to Stay!

The tent camping sites were very small with no shade trees while the RV sites had many shade trees. The pool was absolutely freezing and we were unable to enjoy/use it. The mini golf was very outdated and the charge was $5 a game, we have stayed at other KOA's where newer and more complex mini golf was free. The playground could also use an update. Wish there would have been more to do on site.

2nd time staying at this campground. Ken and Beth are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you can meet. They manage one of the best KOA campgrounds I have ever utilized on my cross country adventures. Very clean restrooms with a ton of amenities. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the staff. Very friendly and engaging. The attention to cleanliness of the bathrooms was excellent. The campground was very peaceful and well ordered. Nicely appointed gift shop. But could have a wider selection of groceries, especially when the stores in town decide to close early. Being right on the Wind River is a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely RV sights. Tent sights too close to each other. Cigarette smoke coming right into my tent from neighbors. No hot water in showers at 1 pm! Dogs barking all day and well into the night. Need to start quiet hours at 9 pm, not 11 pm. Bottom line: great place to stay for RV, not good for tents.

We always enjoy Dubois KOA! Well kept grounds and facilities. Dubois is a quaint and cool little town. The river walk is a great feature.

A really nice quiet KOA! We stayed in a tent and like the set up. We were on hard pack and 20 feet from the showers! The showers were great - newly renovated. Dubois was a good little town with a lot to offer. The only con was that we were 90 minutes to the Tetons.

My second experience at a KOA. Facility was nice, right along the river which made it even better. Did a daily commute to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Took about an hour each way to the Grand Tetons. I rented a tent site #T5. T5 was the largest fit my Chevy Traverse and 8 person tent. No complaints. Bathrooms were clean but could use an update to offer individual room showers.

The campground was a little overpacked inmy opinion. The lights in the indoor pool didn't work so the staff would close it down when the sun began to go down. The ping pong table and paddles definitely need to be replaced. Certain staff members live in the campground and have large dogs that bark at everything that moves near them. We were unfortunate enough camp right next to them.

Great amenities like swimming pool and playground for kids. Close to town, easy access to main street and shops/restaurants. BUT would not recommend for tent camping. Tiniest tent spaces of any campground I've stayed at, absolutely no privacy, sounded like our neighbors were in our tent! Very loud road behind the tent sites and a severe shortage of bathrooms. Was a very awkward camping experience.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I travel all over Montana, Idaho and Wyoming and these guys have the best firewood and if you camp out there you know what I'm talking about

Staff at the front desk was very nice. Shower stalls were cramped and needed cleaning. Tent space was less than desirable. This was my fifth KOA in this trip, and it was the worst.

We stayed at a tent site. We used the facilities for showering, doing laundry, and swimming. We enjoyed our stay because it was peaceful, clean, and family-oriented. It was a great couple of days. This is why we always try to stay at a KOA!

They went out of their way to accommodate us! Some of the sites are right on the Wind River, which is amazing. The best bathrooms/showers we've seen. Their store is really amazing, selling beautiful blankets, bathrobes, all kinds of beautiful things. The backdrop are green/brown/tan mountains. Just gorgeous. DuBois is a destination. We regret we didn't have more time to enjoy the town. Magical.

Very few amenities for the kids. The first day when my kids asked to play mini golf a girl at the desk told them it was $10 which I thought was weird because we have stayed at several KOAs and mini golf is usually included. The next day we went back and was told there was no fee. Either way the playground was small and old. Also not enough bathrooms. There is a nice river on site.

It was a good stay, quiet campground, the small bathrooms near us were great….a stool, sink, and shower in a spotless room! Laundry services were adequate; there is a gift shop area as well that had something for everyone. The staff was excellent. I will stay here again!

Came from Deborgia, Mt. (Western montana) first time there. We just got a vsn snd turned it into a camper. The place had good neighbors. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Tent sites were closed for the season and manager allowed us to use an RV site. Clean, nice, and friendly management.
