We only stayed one night but we had a wonderful experience. The campground was perfectly level which made our set up very easy. We're traveling from Fl and had a tight schedule to meet. Staff was amazing.

Excellent facility, Very clean and the people there are extremely helpful. We checked in early and they were very accommodating. The site was excellent clean and in order. We will be back soon.

The workers were all nice and accommodating. We got escorted to our spot, they had everything we needed & the showers were real nice.

This campground looks like a gravel parking lot. Spot was not level. It was between the highway and a train. The train blew it horn at 6 am , woke us up, sounded like it was right next to us and shook our trailer. Very noisy.

We loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and helpful!! And having the Asian restaurant on property and Rookies within walking distance was a bonus!!!

Park was nearly full even in the off-season. Site 97 was spacious, long, and level. Bathrooms and laundry were very clean. Two restaurants are just steps away, as well as on-site pizza and wings. There is some train and highway noise, but manageable with windows closed and sound machine. Staff were kind and helpful. I’d stay again and recommend it.

4/2026 - Staff is so kind and friendly, food prepared in the office if you didn’t want to cool or go out and very yummy! Clean bathrooms and laundry area. When we arrived they took us to our site and no wondering where to go. Love it!

Although there was no water, due to freezing temps, the bathrooms were toasty, super clean, and had water. The best part of our stay was the Asian restaurant at the corner of the property. The food was amazing, and such a treat while travelling.

Staff was friendly and helpful, however there were so many people who were living there because they were in the construction trade that I felt like I was in the 1930s Hoover Dam construction town. The grounds were nice but I felt overwhelmed but non-camping types, not families on vacation but in a work environment. I booked online but would not have come here if I had known that.

Office staff was terrific, helpful, & informative. Appreciate the recommend for the Asian restaurant (Yatai?) next door...delicious & outstanding! The campground itself is basic but it was a nice place to overnight.

Absolute amazing staff, clean everything! 10000000/10 will come back to stay as often they have openings. Been to multiple parks around Denver airport and this is the one I’ll always go back to first!

We stayed for a month while my husband worked nearby, clean park, kind staff and lots of space to go walking. Love the park for the dogs and kids.

Very busy and active KOA. We had on of the special patio sites which was very nice. Semi-private and great for all our pups. Strasburg is a nice base-camp for the Denver area in general, though about 30 miles out.

The campground was not maintained. I understand that there are campers that live permanently there. But clean up. The site next to us was leaking water or sewage from his hose. They parked their vehicle out to far . I could not make the turn. Luckily the site in front was clear. Pulled through and clipped a low branch. Damaging my RV. Maintain your campground trim your trees.

The campground is awesome! Randy and Tracey were exceptionally gracious hosts! The site was roomy and level! Bath house showers are awesome! Instant hot water and very clean! I will be back!

Traveling for work is stressful when it comes to finding a safe and comfortable place to park for an extended amount of time. These guys gave me peace of mind and a quiet, CLEAN place to call home for a few months. Road noise isn’t that bad, I rarely noticed it. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. The campground is pet friendly and safe to walk at anytime. Highly recommend this KOA!

The staff are all incredibly helpful and kind. In times of hardships and living in an rv for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect and the folks here exceeded my expectations. They’ve all started to become very amazing friends, and have put a lasting impression on me. Thank you guys

We made a last minute reservation for our drive through the day after Thanksgiving. The woman I spoke with (I believe her name was Tracy?) was very friendly and helpful. We did not stay long enough to use any other amenities, but the bathrooms were pristinely clean and warm!

Nice Koa but it’s getting to where you can stay at a hotel cheaper seems like they have an extra charge for everything. Just saying.

thank you for choosing to stay with us. Not sure what you are referring to on the extra charges ?? We have a great Pizza area inside the office as well as laundry room. It is normal to charge for these things if guests chooses them. Come back and see us next time you are in Colorado.

We want to thank the staff for their support and patience. We arrived and found we had a broken leaf spring on the RV. We were supposed to leave in 2 days. We had a horrible experience in trying to find someone to fix it which delayed our leaving. The staff were supportive and compassionate in letting us stay until it was fixed.

Nice pull-through trailer spot. No table or shade but that is fine. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great and well-maintained dog park! Lots of fun areas for children to play. There is not a square foot of this KOA that is not thoughtfully landscaped with gravel, rock, wood chip. It is nice to see all the thoughtfulness that goes into the upkeep of a property. We needed to have a cabin for a family member joining and were told there was only one left. It was the higher-end of cabins and there were several simpler ones not rented. You may want to ask about that if you are a cabin person. There are also "old western wagons" for lodge and placed in a wagon circle. That would be a huge hit if you have small children.

We stayed here for one night while traveling west. It's right off the interstate. Nice playground. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Hole in the wall bar across the street if you want to grab a drink or food after a long day. The only bummer was that there was a big sign advertising free breakfast on the weekends but it never opened up. Would stay here again.

This KOA goes the extra mile to please customers! Their attention to detail is evident in the carefully landscaped are among the Conestoga wagons they rent, the cushioned armchairs under the covered outdoor area, the pancakes for sale on the weekend, the updated bathroom ..... This is a great place to just hang out!
