This was my first visit here and I loved it, already booked five nights for next summer with my RV. I stayed in a rustic cabin with my pups in a deluxe KOA patio site. Cabin was super clean. Restrooms are super clean. Very friendly staff! And easy access from the highway.

Definitely one of my top KOA’s. The campground is always clean and the bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve been to at a campground. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my second time staying at this KOA Holiday, and I plan on making it an annual family event! My grandchildren loved it! I have stayed in the covered wagon and also the deluxe cabin. I have thoroughly enjoyed both! The staff are very friendly and helpful and make everyone feel so welcome! The only drawback to this location is nearby traffic noise, but bring earplugs and you will be fine.

Staff was friendly and park is good but the location is not the best. we stayed in the wagons and they are maybe 30 feet from the freeway so it's very noisy and on the other side was train tracks that has a train. Our wagons also had a weird smell from the mesh on top of it and the door on it (and another wagon we tried) has a gap so bugs always get in. BBQ's also need an upgrade as they dont work

Very nice campground. It is very well maintained and nicely decorated, landscaped and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This wagon is something else.Camping 5stars. Was big enough, with a dining table, fridge, microwave and AC, a big king bed for the parents and 2 bulk beds. Sheets cleans and smelled good.The private bathroom was a plus, very clean with shower and AC. The lady in the office was very nice, called us to explain everything in case we arrive after 8pm. We'll come back when we'll visit west of the US.

I've always loved staying there in my RV or in a camping cabin. But this time we stayed in the deluxe cabin. It reeked with old cigarette smoke or mold. Our luggage and clothes took on the smell and we coughed through the night. Pulling out our pjs and clothes the next night it was still embedded on them. Wish I had closed the suitcases. Shower head needs cleaned or replaced it's stopped up.

Stayed in the wagon. It was great! Road noise is rough, but understandable. We love your camp and will recommend it to others and we will be back, for sure. Thanks again to the staff.

Wonderful campground! VERY clean! Friendly and fun! I took my 3 year old grandson and we had a great time! Swimming, hayride, playground, jumping pad, movie and pancake breakfast! The 2 foot kiddie pool was a super nice option. All staff were exceptionally kind and helpful! We’ll definitely go there again!

The cabin was very nice, tidy and clean. They were even thoughtful enough to turn on the air conditioners so that it was nice and cool. Keep up the great work!

K4 Big Outdoor patio area was great for me & the show dogs Thank you! I really appreciated having a microwave too Only issue I cant do my hair w the mirror- too far from either plug in hair dryer curling iron took longer to get hair ready for work unable to see while doing it Needs on other side of window at least Great staff Love pancake breakfast and coffee ice cream

Very helpful and friendly staff. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Well stocked store. Bathrooms clean. Pool was very refreshing on a hot hot day. We enjoyed our stay, only wish it could have been longer.

We had a wonderful experience at the Denver East/Strasburg KOA. Everything from the friendly staff to the excellent amenities was perfect. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!

The bathroom & showers were kept clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite pizza and pancake breakfast were good. My only complaint is the road noise but nothing you can do about that.

We stayed in a newer cabin. It was big and beautiful. Had a fridge and microwave. Nice patio and iron able. View of the wagon rentals. If it wasn't for having a dog I would have loved to try the wagons. Beautiful campground and great staff. Nice big dog park. You hear the interstate but inside it was fine. Nice location right off interstate for convenience when traveling.

The staff were very nice and everything was clean and shiny. Location outside of Denver is great. There was something off about the layout of this park. The amenities are far from the campsites. The pool was closed with the reason stated, “it’s too cold” - on an 80 degree day. ??? The decor of the campsite is disco meets wagon wheel. Just kind of odd and discordant.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry you missed the pool. With the night temps cooler and our pool heater not keeping up to get the water to the needed 83 degrees, we choose to replace the heater and just installed it on June 6th. It took almost 2 days to heat that amount of water but staff did amazing getting it ready ASAP

Nice campground on the eastern plains. Cabin clean and cool. There is a lot of vintage in mind all around the grounds. Great dog park and very nice playground.

Very safe place, clean with everything needed for a good stay. Only needed a better shower head with mineral build up to allow water to come out more. Otherwise a great stay. Pancakes on the weekends are so big and fluffy and the money goes to a great cause!

Nice pull-through trailer spot. No table or shade but that is fine. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great and well-maintained dog park! Lots of fun areas for children to play. There is not a square foot of this KOA that is not thoughtfully landscaped with gravel, rock, wood chip. It is nice to see all the thoughtfulness that goes into the upkeep of a property. We needed to have a cabin for a family member joining and were told there was only one left. It was the higher-end of cabins and there were several simpler ones not rented. You may want to ask about that if you are a cabin person. There are also "old western wagons" for lodge and placed in a wagon circle. That would be a huge hit if you have small children.

We stayed here for one night while traveling west. It's right off the interstate. Nice playground. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Hole in the wall bar across the street if you want to grab a drink or food after a long day. The only bummer was that there was a big sign advertising free breakfast on the weekends but it never opened up. Would stay here again.

This KOA goes the extra mile to please customers! Their attention to detail is evident in the carefully landscaped are among the Conestoga wagons they rent, the cushioned armchairs under the covered outdoor area, the pancakes for sale on the weekend, the updated bathroom ..... This is a great place to just hang out!
