Had a good experience. Nice campsite! Great amenities! Just wish the pool would stay open longer. At least until 9:00 pm., not 6:30 pm! It was really hot when we arrived and the grandchildren were really disappointed, they couldn't swim! That was our only complaint. The staff was wonderful!

The park was nice & the staff was nice. Bathrooms were clean. 4 instead of 5 b/c it was very noisy. Just too much road noise.

Great stay for a night on our way east. Wonderful front desk staff! Appreciated the escort to the site. Note that it is 30 miles from Denver, though. The name threw us off in our planning.

A nice campground with very friendly and helpful staff. If you’re coming in from the east and are going to be in and around the Denver area, I would recommend staying here so that you don’t have to endure the insane Denver traffic pulling a camper!

We had met our grand son for our visit in Denver and we were in need of a barbecue on this site so the staff was able to grab one from a vacant site so that we could have steak from a local butcher which was very kind of them . Very accommodating.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean. We only stayed for one night but if we ever make it back that way we would definitely stay there again.

Campsites are level and easy to get to and set up. The park is clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful.

The staff were prompt and efficient. The spot we were in didn’t allow for extension of awnings to allow for cooling and the dumpster 20 yards away was intolerable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We show the site you were in was on the North West END spot of the campground. That site is close to 70 feet long and most guests have plenty of room for their awnings since it is end site. The dumpster you refer to is for the Restaurant NOT part of the KOA

We had a level pull through site that had plenty of room. The staff was real nice and helpful. The only ding was that we had no shade on our site and it was 100 degrees out side.

From the guy who guides you to your site, the ladies in the office, to the girl who makes your pizza, everyone was very accommodating. The bathrooms, laundry, pool and common areas were all clean.

Great staff. We had to adjust our stay several times due to family situations and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our changes. Definitely would recommend this manager and team.

The location was convenient from the interstate, but it was so close, we heard traffic all night. The site could also use some updating overall.

We were there for an overnight stay. Access to interstate was very easy. The campgrounds were very clean and the staff is amazing! The campground store is well stocked and they serve pizza and ice cream! Perfect after a long day of travel.

The staff here was absolutely great and very friendly to us. The sites were fine and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. It made for a really pleasant and easy stop on our trip.

We come here once a year because our grandchildren live in Strasburg. They love the pool and playground. We also enjoy any special activities and the recreation room.

Fantastic stay! Scott, Randy and Tracey were awesome hosts! Friendly and helpful! Spending Independence Day in the campground was a wonderful experience. There was a DJ and barbecue and other activities! A very memorable experience. This is a beautiful well maintained campground! I will definitely be back!

Nice campground, very easy in/out -44ft motorhome towing pickup-didn’t have to unhook tow. Guided to site which is always appreciated. Clean, well kept park, amenities & office. Pleasant staff. Plenty for children to enjoy, pool + wading pool. No working internet, storage area for rv’s etc…is visible & detracts from the park. Would stay here again.

Nice pull-through trailer spot. No table or shade but that is fine. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great and well-maintained dog park! Lots of fun areas for children to play. There is not a square foot of this KOA that is not thoughtfully landscaped with gravel, rock, wood chip. It is nice to see all the thoughtfulness that goes into the upkeep of a property. We needed to have a cabin for a family member joining and were told there was only one left. It was the higher-end of cabins and there were several simpler ones not rented. You may want to ask about that if you are a cabin person. There are also "old western wagons" for lodge and placed in a wagon circle. That would be a huge hit if you have small children.

We stayed here for one night while traveling west. It's right off the interstate. Nice playground. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Hole in the wall bar across the street if you want to grab a drink or food after a long day. The only bummer was that there was a big sign advertising free breakfast on the weekends but it never opened up. Would stay here again.

This KOA goes the extra mile to please customers! Their attention to detail is evident in the carefully landscaped are among the Conestoga wagons they rent, the cushioned armchairs under the covered outdoor area, the pancakes for sale on the weekend, the updated bathroom ..... This is a great place to just hang out!
