Great job to the cleaning staff, the showers and restrooms were very clean (so was everything). Great WiFi and helpful friendly staff. Great location and easy access to and from the Highway.

This was a very nice KOA. Ladies restroom & showers were so cute! Building had nice heat so wasn't cold getting out. They had food amenities on site and there was a great cafe with full bar behind across the street.

Great staff. Meet us at the minute we pulled in. Didn't need to check inside. Muddy lots, needed gravel. A little noisy with road noise. Nice restrooms.

We didn't get our KOA Campground rewards credit and I gave my KOA account # when I completed registration online. We are extremely disappointed that this wasn't honored.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Scott has contacted guest. Researched issue and appears the VKR card had not been completed by guest and they will contact KOA Camper Services. Scott did give guest 10% discount manually. **Update- guest emailed back said that they did not complete the VKR card info online and glad it is now correct

Very efficient. Got Propane and they just charged my card instead of having to dig money out of my purse. Very friendly.

The laundry room was immaculate. The washers and dryers were fantastic. The staff was very helpful. They moved us to a different spot (I would have been good w/the original spot) and then charged me more for the spot they moved me to. I didn’t agree to that. Lastly, it was the ugliest most cluttered and cramped campgrnd I’ve ever been in. What a contrast!

Very friendly and helpful staff that met us and got us to our site. Easy access. Clean, well kept grounds and facilities. Definitely on our list when we’re in the area again. Next to the turnpike but not that noisy.

Very nice and clean KOA! Friendly staff. We liked the AstroTurf which helps keep the dirt and gravel out of our RV.

We brought our RV to attend a wedding in Denver. Pull through hook up was easy, location was quiet, we did notice I-70 traffic noise. Make sure you ask for a site with water hookup. Some do not have water hook up. Owner/manager very friendly and helpful.

It was winter time, bur all the sites and roads were mutty. Needs to be graveled so you aren't stepping in mud. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are grateful for the moisture we have had. Normally very dry during the winter. Yes, it has caused some mud and we have been brining in truckloads of rock the last 3 weeks. Very expensive trucking charges but was needed. Come back and see us.

Felt like we were camping in a mudhole. Needed 4 wheel drive to get camper out of sight.

Good afternoon, sorry we did not have the site prepped and ready for your arrival. We have had a lot of snow and cold then the warming temps sure did make for mud mess. We have brought in 8 loads of rock to help and are expecting more snow and bitter cold again next couple of days.

Had problems with our rv . Staff was very friendly and very helpful at trying to help us out. Bent over backwards to accommodate us in extending our time there. Very friendly staff well clean and upkeep of the campground . Would HIGHLY recommend this campground and WILL return next time in the Denver area. I can't say enough about how great this campground was.

I liked the attractiveness of East/Strasburg KOA. The Staff was welcoming, friendly, accommodating. I also loved being able to purchase a hot and flavorful Pizza when I arrived. It was a very comfy and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Easy access; surprisingly quiet, despite being located between I-70 and the railroad tracks. It was extremely windy the night we stayed; could have done without that, but KOA can't control the weather

Park looks run down and sad. The grassy areas are dead and the dog park was mostly just dirt. Everything looked old and not well maintained. Lots of TLC needed at this park. Wouldn't stay here for more than 1 night and only if I couldn't find something better in the area. Also lots of road noise due to the proximity to I-70. On the plus side, the staff all seemed nice and helpful.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay in October. It has been very dry and hot in our area for the last 2 summers. With the lack of moisture and soils we have it does make it very hard to keep things green. We do plant beautiful flowers during the summer all over the campground. Fall freezes them.

This KOA is adjoining the freeway which makes finding it extremely easy. But being next to a busy highway doesn't lead to a restful night. If one is going to stay, request a site that is at the far side away from the highway. This was also among the most expensive KOAs we have stayed at. Staff is friendly!

Nice spacious pull through sites. Easy access to I 70. Friendly staff, nice big laundry mat, nice dog park. Stayed for a week while visiting family in Denver, will be back.

My mother is a work camper for the second time at this KOA. I took my son up to visit her and were greeted by the most friendly staff, very peaceful campground, clean pool, and delicious pizza! We will definitely be back throughout the summer.

This is a friendly KOA. Nice lots and hookups. Fun things for kids including a pool. Could have a few more shade trees. Located right off I-70 easy to get to and there is some noise from it. Also a train track just north with 3-4 trains a day and 1 at night. They serve Hunts pizza and wings and ice cream and there are 2 restaurants you can walk to.

We've saved the best for last. This is the final stop on our 7,500-mile road trip across the US. We've stayed at 13 KOA campgrounds and a few non-KOA parks; this one was the best by far. It's very kid-friendly (even though we don't have children) with a wonderful staff. Watching the kids ride the little train was delightful. As a bonus, being here on a Saturday or Sunday meant we enjoyed a breakfast of pancakes, sausage, and orange juice. The park is fully matured and well-kept. Besides the standard pull-through sites, they offer cabins and wagons for accommodation.
