Had a long day of travel and selected this KOA because they advertised a great BBQ place on site. When we arrived, we were told it was only open on Saturdays. Very disappointed that we had to go elsewhere to eat. You should really update the info

The camp was very clean, pool was clean, people were very friendly. Not much in the store. The dumpsters were overflowing. Not much of a recreation center or activities, but they did have hayrides and an outdoor movie. Would have liked to have fire pits at every site.

Great wifi - cable available - utilities great - reservation was great - BUT smelled like dog poop everywhere and the dumpsters were overflowing with garbage. Dog area blocked off - found out later there was an additional entrance

Nice amenities, but this campground was much too crowded and noisy for our preference. We like to sit outside in the evenings, but could hardly get our stairs down in the spaces between us and the next campers and there were many live-in campers here. There wasn't much grass (none at all in our site) and camp K9 was too far of a walk for our old dog, so the stay wasn't quite as comfy as we'd like.

I spent an overnight. It was close to where I needed to be in Denver. The grounds were very well kept and the personal were very helpful.

The whole camp is well maintained and the folks there were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my patio spot and was impressed with the activities they offered. Recommended!

Very easy check in and check out. Had a nice easy site to pull into and out of and was even shaded. Bathrooms are very nice EXCEPT they use those matts with nubs on them that are not very comfortable on your feet. Toilets don't flush very powerfully either. Just saying. They only do pancakes for breakfast on weekends. I would stay here again if I am in the area again.

The people that run this campground are “Angels”!!! We will be back an have told all our camping friends “the best an most wonderful KOA we’ve ever stayed at!! Helpful, kind, thoughtful!!!

Stopped in for overnight stay traveling out west. Really nice campground with plenty to do. Ladies at the desk very friendly and gave us a shady spot. It was 100 degrees and we were so appreciative for offering it to us.

A little close to the noisy interstate hwy but otherwise very, very good in all respects. Great for our quick overnight stay.

Very nice stay. All employees were helpful and kind. My wife and I enjoyed the stay very much so that we booked our stay on our return trip home. The pizza and chicken was great. You guys do a great job.

Very nice park!! The main drawback is the attitude and rudeness of the male manager. He could certainly benefit from some communication classes. We always stay at KOA with our motorhome because we can rely on consistent service from staff. Not the case with this man.

Camp sites are way too close together and the interstate noise is annoying. Will not stay here again.

Very nice staff and amenities. We loved the movie on the lawn. Breakfast was great too. We had only issues which was the women’s bathroom had 1 shower and toilet available due to others out of service. Pool Closes too early at 6:45p when not dark til after 8:30p.

This was our second stay and have scheduled another. The friendliest staff possible, fun activities, great pool, nice dog park, clean shower rooms, food on site & nice restaurants close by. We were within minutes of the events we came for. The pricing is also very reasonable. Thank you - really like this KOA!

This KOA is very convenient to Rt. 70. The campground is well kept. The check in was great as we were greeted outside the office and escorted to our campsite. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. There were so many little extras( like a pancake breakfast and little train ride for the kids. A great place to stay, for sure!

Very pieceful and relaxing. The air conditioner in the motorhome drowned out the highway. Very nice people. We would stay again.

The park is not maintained, dirty and not a good representation of koa. Dumpsters are right next to camp sites and overflowing. Pool is not filled. There is no grass anywhere. The list goes on. We won't be back. Price was a rip off for what we got.

The review posted here is NOT for the Denver East Strasburg KOA. Our pool if full and very clean. Dumpsters are located in the North East Back corner of the campground. We have grass areas between many of our sites. See other reviews to get better idea of our campground.

We love staying here. Even though it is a ride to my hospital checkups. Yes, it is near a highway, but it is fine. Weekend breakfast is great! There is lots of Fun for the kids, nice pool and showers. I used the laundromat and it is clean and well taken care of. Husband loves the local pizza, but I am an ice cream lover, so guess where I go nightly? We just sit back and relax here

We stayed 4 nights. It was quiet but much further from Denver than we expected (our fault for not looking at a map). I thought the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and it was nice to see tile that wasn't crumbling. A decent shower head would have been an improvement.

Camped in a 40ft motor home with a towed vehicle. I think the accommodations were ok, but the price was steep even with my KOA discount.

Nice pull-through trailer spot. No table or shade but that is fine. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great and well-maintained dog park! Lots of fun areas for children to play. There is not a square foot of this KOA that is not thoughtfully landscaped with gravel, rock, wood chip. It is nice to see all the thoughtfulness that goes into the upkeep of a property. We needed to have a cabin for a family member joining and were told there was only one left. It was the higher-end of cabins and there were several simpler ones not rented. You may want to ask about that if you are a cabin person. There are also "old western wagons" for lodge and placed in a wagon circle. That would be a huge hit if you have small children.

We stayed here for one night while traveling west. It's right off the interstate. Nice playground. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Hole in the wall bar across the street if you want to grab a drink or food after a long day. The only bummer was that there was a big sign advertising free breakfast on the weekends but it never opened up. Would stay here again.

This KOA goes the extra mile to please customers! Their attention to detail is evident in the carefully landscaped are among the Conestoga wagons they rent, the cushioned armchairs under the covered outdoor area, the pancakes for sale on the weekend, the updated bathroom ..... This is a great place to just hang out!
