The campground is very well kept, clean, well managed, we had zero issues. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating is location. Strange choice to build a campground between the railroad tracks and the freeway and under the approach to the airport. It's a noisy place.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Our campground was built in the middle 70's. That is BEFORE I-70 highway was built. Hard to control that highway noise but our staff does amazing taking care of the things we have control over.

The owner really cares about his property. This KOA is just ½ hour from Denver where there’s so much to do. Or take a retreat. The train passes by a few times a day. Road noise isn’t as bothersome as I would have imagined. I’ll be back!

It was a one night stay as we travelled home. Friendly staff and easy access off the interstate. We would stay here again.

We have stayed here before and it was very nice. Unfortunately, we were visiting relatives that we have not seen for some time, we spent the days and evenings with them leaving no time to partake of the activities that the park provided. When we were here the last time, we loved the pool, our granddaughters loved the train ride. They were upset that they had to miss that. Great staff too!

We had a quiet pleasant stay at this KOA. The only downside is there is not much in the area but you can easily drive 20 minutes to restaurants etc. They keep the park clean and it is super cute. They have great patio sites, when we come back through we hope to book one! If you have kids this would be a great place for them. We had a 43' 5th wheel and it was easy to get in and out of the spot.

Luckily only a one night stay for us and would not have stayed any longer. Campground was unkept and not to the usual KOA standards in my opinion. Not good area if traveling with dogs. Staff great!

The service is exeptional, as well as the sanitary! It was do clean, and the restrooms are the prettiest I’ve seen! The landscape is beautiful, and overall I would totally recommend this for a family. The cabins are great! Clean, great AC and beautiful patio. Thank you!

Park is very nice and clean. Quiet nights. Friendly staff. We have stayed 2 weeks there due to our daughter being in the hospital with a stroke. The stalk has been so accommodating . Thank you so much Scott for your kindness.

We had RV an issues and Scott allowed us to stay extra days stating that “he would never leave anyone stranded”. I highly recommend!!

Very nice camp grounds. They were very helpful and curtious. It was clean and well managed. Having a breakfast truck was a plus, especially we're part of it goes to children with cancer.

My husband and I were impressed with the service we received at Denver East KOA. Our propane tanks were cheerfully brought back to our camper by a KOA worker after he filled them. The owner manager was easily available and happy to discuss any questions or concerns. We loved the pool, the gift shop and the pizza!

Nice, quiet campground with decent sized sites. Nice facilities with a clean laundry room and shop/office area. Facility is a bit dated, but still well kept and is right on the edge of a nice little town. Don’t miss the museum and downtown gift shop.

Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, our site was horrible. Some of the sites, such as ours, are way too narrow. The neighbor's smelly sewer connection was right by our steps. We couldn't even sit outside.If you stay here make sure you get a patio site which is much wider.

Great place for a one or 2 night stay. Sites are level but very tight. Expect to have your neighbors sewer connection about 3 feet away from your camper. It’s actually right in your campside area. I’d say that’s the biggest negative, staff is great and park is well maintained.

Denver East Strasburg is one of the most well run, clean and friendly KOA’s I have had the pleasure of staying at. Scott and crew are the best. We have been going there for 11 years.

Easy and friendly check in with them taking me to my RV spot. There were a lot of activities for the grandchildren to participate in. Bathrooms and showers were clean and functional. Enjoyed the friendly staff and the overall camping experience.

from the minute I drove up until the time we had to leave...these folks at Denver/East Strasburg were terrific! Extremely helpful checking in, escorting me to my spot, helped with logistics for planning a future campground in another state, Pizza was better than expected and Pancakes/sausage was over the top! I Highly recommend this KOA. Thanks again, A very happy Camper

The ladies in the camp office were very friendly and accommodating! Park is clean and pool was a good size. The sites were small but we were only there for the night so it didn’t matter to us.

Super friendly staff. Loved the quick check in. Greeted and did not have to get out of car. Escorted right to the site. Lodge was beautifully made up and ready for us. Enjoyed our stay.

This KOA has some nice amenities, but the sites (all gravel, I believe) were not kept well -- unmoved and weeds on many. We'll likely not stay here again. We've stayed at better KOA's that cost less. Sorry Stausburg :(

I love this place! The people working here are friendly and helpful and fun to be around. They work together as a team and keep the grounds in tip top shape!!! Way to go Strasburg KOA!!!

I give 2 stars because the staff was extremely polite and friendly. That being said, the grounds are unkempt. There is no real grass to speak of, just weeds and stickers that need to be mowed and tended to. Freeway noise and train noise was insane. We were put next to a couple that is living there full time. Their setup was unkempt to say the least. All in all a very unappealing KOA.

This is a well maintained campground with fairly clean amenities but very close to I-70. Good pull thrus for larger rigs and readily accessible off the interstate. My only cautionary warning is if you have a pop-up camper or primitive tent camping intentions, bring your ear plugs because the interstate is quite loud.

Very easy to get into, even with big rigs. Staff was really nice. It's right off I70 but I didn't notice the hwy noise.

Great RV park! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rented a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful. We will stay again!
