Appears to be kid and pet friendly or just a nice place to stay overall but it was not. I’ve never in my life spent so much money to be treated with so little respect. My family and our dogs stayed for 10 days- and from day one it was awful, Only thing I will say is campsite was nice… but beware of the goat heads! We had 3 flat tires due to them…

We just needed an overnight stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. There is only one bathroom/shower area. The park is quite full and tight spaces. There is quite a bit of highway noise. I paid $80 for full hook ups. Would stay again if necessary, but would look for something else if possible.

Everybody was very very nice however I was wrongfully charged $150 for damages for smoking when I absolutely did not smoke in your cabin. You have an ashtray right outside the window of the cabin. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am very upset.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

the smoke inside our lodge was so strong we could not rent it for 2 nights. Tried to clean with several different things. If you were smoking outside it was coming inside thru the open door or windows. The other lodge you used the next night was left fine when you checked out.

Camping with club. Host NOT in 110. No body was in 110. Patio site was not worth the price. Will be back next year. Much work has been done to clean up the area. Might want to clean rocks off carpets.

Wonderful place to stay. Everybody who works here is so incredibly nice. Very clean and well decorated with all kinds of cute sculptures and other things. They offer activities for the kids and the playground is also very nice.

Showers are push button and no pressure takes forever to runse hair and body

guest must be commenting about different campground. Our nice bathrooms have no push buttons for the showers. We have nice, clean bathrooms and showers for our guests. Valves for hot and cold water simular to many homes.

We were really tired from a day of driving and we were greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. We ordered pizza and wings from the office at checkin and they were delivered to our site. Very nice over night stay!!

Easy to book, easy to get in and set up, easy to ck out and roll out to my next KOA ! They have everything you need right there and it makes the stay so relaxing. See you again soon I hope !

We have been here many times, Scott runs a tight ship and has good, competent folks that work for him. As for changes, I would have some canned music in the bathrooms so I don't need to hear the guy next to me pass wind. Also all sites need bbq grills as they are randomly placed at this time and one may not have access to one depending on the site. Other than that, GOOD SHOW!

GREAT service. We had automobile problems on our tow vehicle and had to reschedule our stay about 5 times until everything was fixed and we were ready to go down the road. The office was always courteous and respectful with each change and modification. This type of service is why we try to stay at a KOA whenever possible. The people and the beautiful campsites made this an enjoyable time.

Stayed for a contract I was working in Aurora. 3 months. Scott the owner is wonderful and always available to answer any questions. His staff is friendly. The campground is clean spaces are wide enough to sit outside and enjoy the colorado weather. Dog park is big enough for my large dogs to run and play.

Overall a very nice campground. They have a great doggy park and the spots are spacious. It is next to a major highway but the noise level is not bad. I do think they could probably spend a little money and purchase some decent shower heads. We did enjoy our stay.

We had very helpful staff, there is a large dog park. We could hear a rooster crowing in the evening, so cute. This one was safe place for a night.

The people running this Koa are amazing. Helpful kind, knowledge. I can't say enough about them. As Koa's are the sites are to close to eachother. Pack them in just to close. However the cleanliness of the place is 100%

Nice pull-through trailer spot. No table or shade but that is fine. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great and well-maintained dog park! Lots of fun areas for children to play. There is not a square foot of this KOA that is not thoughtfully landscaped with gravel, rock, wood chip. It is nice to see all the thoughtfulness that goes into the upkeep of a property. We needed to have a cabin for a family member joining and were told there was only one left. It was the higher-end of cabins and there were several simpler ones not rented. You may want to ask about that if you are a cabin person. There are also "old western wagons" for lodge and placed in a wagon circle. That would be a huge hit if you have small children.

We stayed here for one night while traveling west. It's right off the interstate. Nice playground. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Hole in the wall bar across the street if you want to grab a drink or food after a long day. The only bummer was that there was a big sign advertising free breakfast on the weekends but it never opened up. Would stay here again.

This KOA goes the extra mile to please customers! Their attention to detail is evident in the carefully landscaped are among the Conestoga wagons they rent, the cushioned armchairs under the covered outdoor area, the pancakes for sale on the weekend, the updated bathroom ..... This is a great place to just hang out!
