We spent 3 nights here with our grandsons ages 7 & 9. Despite some rainy weather, we had a great time. The property is well-maintained. Our drive-through patio site was perfect, with the cement pad, especially considering two little boys who don't mind getting wet and muddy! We appreciated the friendly staff and so many amenities: store, game room, pizza, ice cream, pool, and playground.

The owners are the sweetest and most helpful people. They go out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed when my camper slide wouldn’t retract. They let me have the last of the coffee which I needed!

Our first KOA stay and we were extremely pleased. The showers/restrooms were clean and modern, there was a lovely dog park area,a great breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings and a restaurant very close. The facility was wonderful but the real reason for a high rating was the staff! Every one was always helpful, smiling and cheerful.

What a nice KOA. Well-kept grounds, mostly level sites, friendly staff, super clean bathrooms, nice pool, lots of kids activities. There appear to be some long term residents, but no issues with that. Tight turns if you have a big rig. Close to the highway so easy to get to but lots of constant highway noise. Get a pizza from the office so you don't have to cook! They deliver to your site.

We updraded our basic cabin to a very new deluxe cabin. Thanks to Scot and his crew we had a pleasant stay. The deluxe cabin had everything you need. Outside porch with bbq and firepit. Comfortable beds with tv in bedroom. Lovely nee kitchen. KOA offers snacks, pizza and icecream. 30 minutes from Denver airport and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was our second stay and we want to come back.

The camp site was squeezed between the Hwy and a bouncy house for children, which had a loud motor. The pool was closed even though it was memorial weekend. The staff is amazing and so kind and will go out of their way and did. The best part of this place was the staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The site we were in did not exactly fit our RV. They moved things around to accommodate us. We stayed here to visit family in Denver. Easy access to Denver without having to drive through traffic.

We love Denver East/Strasburg! Each staff member is so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and laundry room are impressively clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Park is fine for an overnight stay while traveling. The sites are very close together and there is the freeway noise on one side and an occasional train on the other. All the hookups worked fine. Looks like there are several long term tenants. The welcome flyer does say they have some entertainment and they had a pancake breakfast when we were there.

Everything was great! From the owner to the staff, everyone was extremely kind. Our grandkids enjoyed the park and the train ride. We had pizza and ice cream many times and that was a great convenience. Nice to walk to the stores along Colfax.

A good campground, but the dump station needs to have a wider space! In a motorhome I had to step on and over large rocks from the steps of the motorhome to get to the dump access! It is very easy to fall, or twist an ankle! It is dangerous. Some of those rocks could easily be moved to allow more space to walk!!

It was very clean and had tons of stuff to do in the area. The only down side would be it was right next to the highway so it was super loud. Next time I'll bring my rv to minimize that issue. Would stay again. Good job people.

Nice pull-through trailer spot. No table or shade but that is fine. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great and well-maintained dog park! Lots of fun areas for children to play. There is not a square foot of this KOA that is not thoughtfully landscaped with gravel, rock, wood chip. It is nice to see all the thoughtfulness that goes into the upkeep of a property. We needed to have a cabin for a family member joining and were told there was only one left. It was the higher-end of cabins and there were several simpler ones not rented. You may want to ask about that if you are a cabin person. There are also "old western wagons" for lodge and placed in a wagon circle. That would be a huge hit if you have small children.

We stayed here for one night while traveling west. It's right off the interstate. Nice playground. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Hole in the wall bar across the street if you want to grab a drink or food after a long day. The only bummer was that there was a big sign advertising free breakfast on the weekends but it never opened up. Would stay here again.

This KOA goes the extra mile to please customers! Their attention to detail is evident in the carefully landscaped are among the Conestoga wagons they rent, the cushioned armchairs under the covered outdoor area, the pancakes for sale on the weekend, the updated bathroom ..... This is a great place to just hang out!
