We booked a one week stay. A Friday through Friday. On the wed before we were to leave i had to go get my furnace serviced. The KOA assumed I left early and threw away my property, destroying some in the process. Why they assumed I left and did that without contacting me is beyond me. I asked to be reimbursed and the manager said the owner would call me. Never happened. Not happy to say the least

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The site was left with a full frozen sewer hose on the ground along with food and trash stuff sitting around the picnic table. Office staff had no idea you were coming back and had to clean up the mess left in the site. You did not let staff know you were coming back.

Cold temperatures at 19 degrees and lower; heaters used appropriately. My cabin was very clean and warm upon arrival! Thank you staff for attention to details! AMAZING!

I would recommend this campground to all RV'rs! The staff is wonderful ! So helpful and accommodating. The park is clean and decorated so lovely right down to the colored lighted mirrors in the clean bathrooms. The owners are wonderful people as a single woman traveler I felt very safe there and also during my stay I went to a wonderful Halloween party the park put on for the guests

We have nothing but great things about KOA. Everyone is friendly. Everything is cleaned from the bathrooms, grounds, laundry. We enjoyed our time at this KOA.

Scott and his staff are pretty AMAZING Friendly. Outgoing and always there for assistance. The park is very well maintained rv park. Only bad is its so close to the freeway and trains coming and going through out the night. But definitely a 10 for us.

Had a great stay. Cabin was clean and nice. Restrooms were clean. Grounds were clean. Definitely staying again when I get this way.

Stayed one night, just passing thru. Campground is convenient to the highway. Staff is super friendly and the restrooms clean. Sites are somewhat close but easily able to manage parking and set up. Lots of amenities here. Fun for the kids and food too. Great KOA!

This place is very close to Denver, the staff here are very friendly and helpful, very clean campground. And they take PRIDE in their grounds. Best place to stay within the Denver area. Highly Recommend this campground. You will not be disappointed.

Easy access and friendly and helpful staff. Poor Cable at our site, they worked on it but could not get it beyond a fuzzy screen. All the other sites seemed to be OK. Yankees won so it didn't matter, I was able to catch the final game of the 2024 World Series at our next stop. Only issue was that I called the afterhours number and got no return call.

Campground was decent but the interstate noise was so loud we couldn't sit outside and talk. Had to use noise canceling strategies inside the camper to gobto sleep. 2 dumpsters were overflowing. They need more given the number of sites.

We stayed at the pergola site near the exit / dump station. Our site had leaves all over and a swinger that was so weathered it was unstable and did not swing. Interesting an employee blew off leaves at an area for a pumpkin carving activity but wasn’t able to prepare our site prior to arrival. An excellent dog park and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again at another site.

The onsite Pizza availability was nice. For an older campground it was very efficient, with help to find lot. Nice bath and showers.

I stopped in to the Strasburg KOA just for a bit to visit with family and to see the Big Boy train. The grounds were clean and well kept and the facilities were also clean. What stood out to me was the helpful staff, Scott in particular. He was first to greet me with a smile and also helped my handicap mom find a good spot to view the train next to the KOA yard. I would suggest this KOA to anyone

Enjoyed our cabin, very comfortable for an overnight stay. However, we received a phone call from the office at 10:45 reminding us of the 11:00 a.m. checkout and that we needed to be out because housekeeping needed to clean the room for the next guest. We felt like that was very rude and inappropriate to get a phone call when we still had 15 minutes left for a reservation that we paid for.

The campground was clean and the host was friendly. There weren’t many guests in October so it was very quiet. The only thing we didn’t have was a restaurant or grocery store nearby.

Very well kept place. All kinds of options for staying. Cabins, covered wagons, camping. Very friendly personnel. And they make some great pizza. I would stay there again

When we arrived, we found our spot to be quite small. The picnic table was sat next to the next sites sewer hookup. The store is very small and lacking. The pizza place inside the store is awesome and the workers were very friendly and helpful. We found there were a lot of sticker plants around. The dogs kept get ticking stickers in their paws and fur. Guests often don’t clean up dog poop

We had a fantastic stay in a clean and cozy cabin. Previously we emailed with a question and we got a reply right away and they were extremely welcoming and flexible. Their reply by email was the reason we booked here (sadly other KOA didn't even reply to our question) . Everything looks well taken care of and clean washroom facilities. We would return for sure !

We came in late, our packet was already for us. We were in a tent site and enjoyed seeing the bunnies, but we got quite a few goat heads or ground stickers in the bottom of our shoes. Everything was great nice clean bathrooms.

Nice stay! To improve: put on the website until what time we can arrive. Ee say we will arrive around 20h but no new if it will be Ok. It could avoid a little stress at arrival. Also put a change machine at laundry. Office open only at 10h and machine need coin only. No bill no credit card. We take the camping to do laundry and if we did not find a nice man with coin, my goal will not be successfu

We stayed 2 nights at this KOA and enjoyed some much needed rest and relaxation. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this KOA to others. Thank you for our stay
