Very nice staff and amenities. We loved the movie on the lawn. Breakfast was great too. We had only issues which was the women’s bathroom had 1 shower and toilet available due to others out of service. Pool Closes too early at 6:45p when not dark til after 8:30p.

We had a wonderful time. We took our grand daughters to experience the cover wagon. We had a ton of fun. The pool is so clean and perfect temp. The Staff are wonderful kind and helpful. The place is amazingly clean.

This was our second stay and have scheduled another. The friendliest staff possible, fun activities, great pool, nice dog park, clean shower rooms, food on site & nice restaurants close by. We were within minutes of the events we came for. The pricing is also very reasonable. Thank you - really like this KOA!

This KOA is very convenient to Rt. 70. The campground is well kept. The check in was great as we were greeted outside the office and escorted to our campsite. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. There were so many little extras( like a pancake breakfast and little train ride for the kids. A great place to stay, for sure!

Very pieceful and relaxing. The air conditioner in the motorhome drowned out the highway. Very nice people. We would stay again.

The park is not maintained, dirty and not a good representation of koa. Dumpsters are right next to camp sites and overflowing. Pool is not filled. There is no grass anywhere. The list goes on. We won't be back. Price was a rip off for what we got.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The review posted here is NOT for the Denver East Strasburg KOA. Our pool if full and very clean. Dumpsters are located in the North East Back corner of the campground. We have grass areas between many of our sites. See other reviews to get better idea of our campground.

We love staying here. Even though it is a ride to my hospital checkups. Yes, it is near a highway, but it is fine. Weekend breakfast is great! There is lots of Fun for the kids, nice pool and showers. I used the laundromat and it is clean and well taken care of. Husband loves the local pizza, but I am an ice cream lover, so guess where I go nightly? We just sit back and relax here

We stayed 4 nights. It was quiet but much further from Denver than we expected (our fault for not looking at a map). I thought the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and it was nice to see tile that wasn't crumbling. A decent shower head would have been an improvement.

It was a short day as we were passing through the night, but everyone’s very friendly and helpful. There were lots to do. It was great. What really made the difference for me was how nice and helpful the staff was.

Camped in a 40ft motor home with a towed vehicle. I think the accommodations were ok, but the price was steep even with my KOA discount.

The rate we paid did not reflect the site given. We had a patio, we were excited. We don't usually slurge on things like that. The site was not constructed or setup properly for use. My door was not facing the right way to comfortably use the patio. Staff was kind. The gentleman that showed us to our site was so sweet and informative.

Best KOA that we’ve ever been to. Scott and Marina and their two twin daughters are wonderful. From 1 - 5. We give them a 10 or higher. All their staff were friendly and helpful. Place is clean, neat and things to do for all ages. The weekend breakfast and evening dinner available are delicious. Thanks to all of them. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks

We shood stay 2 days, but because we liked it very much,we stayd for a week!! Personal very nice and everything clean and better than good. The park is nice; the people are great; nice activities (at least on the weekends). Restrooms were clean and bright and the showers were awesome (nice tile work). But it is much too loud with traffic noise for a tent or tent trailer; motor homes and travel trailers probably won't notice it.

If you are looking for a well laid out camping experience, the facility is great. If you need a good nights rest, it is practically on I-70. I am an extremely light sleeper. It didn’t work for me. The cabin had fridge and AC.

This park was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The owner was extremely nice and friendly. The park was clean and had lots of amenities. A kids paradise for all ages. Quiet yet bursting with fun. Will definitely make this park a destination.

We were in site 109 in a DP with toad. Gravel, level, long enough pull-thru with good utilities; all utilities well-sited and worked properly. Pool looked nice; didn't use it or other amenities. Check-in was fast and efficient; staff was friendly and active in their duties. Very convenient to I-70 exit. Con: park is sandwiched between I-70 and the railroad tracks but noise minimal inside RV.

Well worth the drive out of our way from Denver. And it was so nice having pizza and wings delivered straight to our campsite from the office. No one wants to cook after a long, hot day driving.

I stayed just overnight. Owner was very helpful and friendly. It is right next to the freeway though. Common among some KOA's. Conveniently located, easy in and out.

Staff was very helpful when we arrived. Bathrooms were less than desired for me the men’s bathroom had one toilet and that had a broken seat my wife was less than pleased. Make the girls happy and the boys usually don’t get to worked up.

We have stayed here quite a few times. Our only disappointment was we were unable to order pizza because it was 10 till seven when we got back to the campground. Also, the pool was already closed at that time. It would be nice if the pool was open until dark, my grandkids were very disappointed to not be allowed to swim

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the camp. The ladies in the office were very nice and the ladies working the pizza and ice cream station were amazing. The outside workers were very friendly and willing to talk. Great place to stay!!
