Thankful for trolley that picks up and delivers to Deadwood early hour! Very tight RV sites, with an up and down the hill walk to the bath and showers !

So very small no room to open awning Lady that helped us check b in was nice guy was rushed and busy hurried us to our spot so I didn’t get a chance to buy any drinks or souvenirs also not open for coffee first thing 830 ? So not even sure if they have ? Would not stay here again

We have a 40 foot fifth wheel and the spaces were so tight. Our awning almost touched our neighbor. The Internet was spotty. There was a trolley that would transport you to and from downtown, which was a nice amenity. Petting zoo for the kids.

View is great, but sites are quite packed together. Staff was helpful. Nice pool area. Goats and donkey were cute, kids loved that! Trolley ride to Deadwood from the campsite was nice to have. Didn’t have to fight with parking downtown.

Had a spot (15) with the little deck behind us. Very shaded and a nice breeze helped during the hot spell.

I arrived early for my reservation, was unaware of the time change, towing a 33’ trailer. When I arrived at 100 the office was locked with a sign saying back at 3. I found a place to park in the campground which seemed to be out of the way, the place wasn’t busy. I was directed by the staff that I had to leave the property and park along the side of the road and wait 2 hours in the heat.

This KOA is the greatest. The staff is very respectful and responsive to your needs. Gary is always checking to see if there is anything that is needed. The KOA is very clean an well maintained We also enjoyed Jasmine, Pete and all the goats. Thanks for a great and memorable experience. Highly recommend

The goats pooped in the pool, pool was closed. my kids thought I was lying to them. Gary was super helpful for all arriving guests.

Convenient to Deadwood with trolleys and inexpensive taxis available to make it very convenient to visit the town. Bathrooms were clean and lovely with memorable details that added personality. All the amenities were there. Lots of trees. Only comment would be proximity to neighbors…tight quarters.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! The campsite itself was beautiful and clean. This was our first visit to a KOA and it was such a wonderful experience that we can hardly wait for our next trip! There were so many fun things to do at the camp that my kids never even complained about being bored. It was wonderful. Thanks for the great time!!!

Ver pleasant location. The trolley to downtown is a big plus. Campsites are a gravel parking lot, very close together, much more so than I like, but level and we'll equipped. Office staff very congenial. I'd stay again, but it's not my favorite campground or KOA. Quiet and scenic, generally agreeable and no major complaints.

We arrived at 2:00 p.m. They refused to let us check in until 3:00 P.M. It wasn't the woman at the counter, but a grumpy guy sitting front of the check in counter. Told us to drive down the road, park in the hot sun, wait, then come back. Only KOA with late checkin. Sites are up on a steep hill, full SUN, bathrooms are either up a steep hill or down a steep hill. Shuttle was at the bottom of hill

Absolutely loved our stay! The owners are super sweet, kind, and so accommodating! It was super convenient that the trolley comes to pick up folks and takes you to deadwood. The showers are not only clean, but spacious and love the showerheads! The convenience store is great and appreciate it's there. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice stay. friendly staff. We had a deck site that was perfect with shade in the day and propane fire at night. Trolley to get downtown was great.

Very friendly. Nice staff. Great facilities. Only negative...needs a sign at top of rv sites that says tent only above. Accidentally went past my site up the hill and had extreme difficulty getting turned around and back my site. Highly highly recommend. Do not accidentally go further up the hill with a trailer. Very hard to get turned around.

Nice campground, pretty steep, service was good and staff is friendly. The shuttle to and from Deadwood is very convenient.

Great location in the Black Hills. Convenient location to Deadwood and area for sightseeing. The pool wasn't open yet. The restroom and shower area was always very clean. The host was friendly and helpful. My only concern is the RV sites are small and don't provide much privacy.

This KOA was a nice place to stay. It is on a hill with 4 'steps' carved into the hill to stay on. Larger campers should stick to the lower levels. We have a van camper and we had a spot at the top. The view was spectacular. The camp is quiet with hill top cabins, all with great views. The laundry room had newer equipment and each rest room had it's own shower. The pool was closed, maybe it opens in June, we were there in late May. The trolly into town is nice...we chose to hike. While the park does have a few rough spots, it was a beautiful and quiet place to camp.

Wow, this place is beautiful! Check out the adorable Conestoga Wagons and some of the remodeled rooms! Clean bathrooms and showers, nice playground, great trolley that brings you right into downtown Deadwood. Very peaceful!
