Staff was friendly. Campground was clean. Cabin itself was nice. Cabin was on stilts on the side of the hill. No flat area at all around the cabin. It did have a nice wrap around deck that held a swing and picnic table. Had to park almost on top of the cabin to allow for room for other vehicles to pass. No way to turn vehicle around once you parked, had to back out past 4 other cabins.

We stayed in the covered wagon. It was really windy that night, so the wagon rocked all night long. None of us got much rest. We opted for a hotel room for the next night.

We loved that cabins were more secluded on hills, more spread out. Loved that my daughter could feed the goats/donkey, swim, and search for gold. The individual bathrooms were amazing, PRIVACY IS HUGE! Only worry was the bathroom included a shower, I was nervous I was taking too long in shower. Would be nice to see a sign (using shower - 10 min) etc. BEST KOA YET, we will be back! Kind workers!

Such a cute KOA. Super friendly staff. The new owners were wonderful, and Bonita is the best! We absolutely loved staying in the cabin on the hill! Would definitely stay here again.

Hosts are great folks. Campground is well run and clean. It would be nice to have a few more toilets. When the place is busy it is hard to get a bathroom. We stayed in cabins. Stated climate controlled so I assumed A/C and there was only a heater. Hit 100 degrees so we left early. Also brought my laptop for work, but I couldn't even load a web page. Otherwise this is a 5 star place!

Only one bathroom faucet worked, lights above sinks didn’t turn on, no TV- gave feee coffee/donuts ( for no TV), and shower door stalls didn’t latch shut without a lot of force in women’s bathroom. I left my sweatshirt there and no one called to tell me

We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom and it was wonderful! Clean, modern and a great space to hang out outside the cabin. The view was awesome and the owners and staff were great. Traveling home to Michigan from Colorado and it was the best part of my vacation! Although seeing the Badlands was just as good. Thanks for everything

This was our 24th year in a row to have stayed at this KOA during this week - from tent to cabin to lodge. Dana is so accommodating, campground improvements have been made, cleanliness is evident. We have stayed KOA since 1972 from British Columbia to Florida and California to Ohio, so I think we can judge an excellent KOA from a lesser one - and this is one of the best! We recommend KOA!

We stayed in the Covered Wagon and it was great! Very clean and enough room for a family of four. The campground was very well maintained and the bathrooms we well taking care of.

The campground is very clean and well kept. Each staff member that assisted us at any point was kind and helpful. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was perfect for the two of us and was very nice. Everything worked as it should. Nice glider swing on the porch with a gas grill and gas fire pit with chairs on the patio. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a covered wagon & it was fabulous. The wagon was beautifully decorated & the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The pool area was a very nice place to relax. The washroom was spotless & well maintained as was everything in the campground. The food truck & trolley to town were nice amenities. Highly recommended & can’t say enough about the staff hospitality

As awesome as ever! I have stayed many times and have never been disappointed. I loved the updated WCs - great tile work in the bath houses. I understand this KOA is under new ownership. Congratulations!

Everyone was friendly. It was a quiet camp. The kids enjoyed the pool. The view was amazing and the porch swing was very relaxing. The restrooms were clean and the grounds were well lit.

Amazing experience and great service. Loved getting to stay here and love on the campground pets. Colby, cupcake, sprinkles and Pete were very friendly as well! Very clean and well kept. Best KOA by far.

Loved everything about our stay except the mattress in cabin #3 was VERY uncomfortable!! Too soft that it felt like both my husband and I rolled to the center when laying down. And very loud. Almost went and slept in our car after the 2nd night

Great time in the wagon! Tv only worked part of the time (kept freezing or wouldn't work at all). Internet needs work. Didn't work most of the time. Bathrooms clean. Liked trolley as an option to go to town. Owners were awesome...very friendly!

We had a great stay. Wish we could have stayed an extra night or two. Shuttle to downtown was a great extra. Host was very friendly. I would stay again if I get back that way.

Parking next to wagon was a nightmare between the tongues and blocks of wagons to get between then a parked trailer right where you needed to turn your vehicle to get into the spot and couldn’t do had to park next to wagon in road with other vehicles across from us made it very tight . Held out breathe every time someone drove through that they didn’t hit our truck .

The location is away from the craziness of downtown. The owners were very friendly and really helped us solve a problem. The view great, close in but beautiful.

Nice KOA, set up well, easy to access. Has all the hookups, multiple settings. Tent, cabin, campers and trailers and 5th wheel. Great view.
