The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our cabin and surrounding area were clean and tidy. Our grand children enjoyed the jump pad and pool.

We met up with a bunch of family at this KOA, the place was clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly too. Lots for the kids to do on site, and very close to several attractions for day trips. Would gladly return to this location for another trip

Cleanest Kabin I've ever stayed in. Nice clean grounds and bathrooms. Great laundry room. Kids loved the jumping pillow and pool, which was also nice and clean and updated.

We just loved the KOA! We loved that there is plenty of shade- such a beautiful location! The kids loved the pool, bounce pillow, and playground. They also rode their bikes around. Everything was very clean- the bathrooms, the cabin, campsite. Loved having the ceiling fans and mini fridge in the cabin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. THank you so much for everything! It was all so nice!

Friendly, professional, cheery, competent staff! Clean facilities. Lovely cafe and excellent service at the food counter and short order chef and wonderful food. Cafe decorations were so, so cute! Beautiful pool and excellent maintenance on it! We would definitely stay with you AGAIN!

This KOA was nice. Bathrooms/showers were clean which is always nice. It would be nice if they would open the cafe earlier in the morning for breakfast or at least have coffee available earlier. Very quiet, had a good time.

Nice and clean cabin, didn't have ac but it was not needed, had a fridge, overall quiet campground. Close to all the main attractions in the area without the crowds. Bathrooms were a bit rundown (1 was broken in the men's), the floors were always wet, stinky, and not near enough showers for the amount of people. It was fine overall, but the Koa at rapid city was better in terms of facilities.

We had the best time! The cabin was clean and cozy. The fire pit and deck were perfect for gathering for our group. The pool was immaculate. The bathroom and showers were very clean. We can't wait to come back and vacation there again. (Not to mention we all lost our hearts to the Black Hills.) Thank you for everything!

Very friendly staff. Clean and well maintained property and bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Great options from the camp cafe and store. Great kids area and pool. Nice clean dog area. We will stay here again as long as we are not traveling with our dogs since they are not allowed in the cabins.

The personnel at this KOA made our 4 night stay so welcoming! Very clean facility, I would highly recommend to anyone going to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Badlands its a great location.

Cleanest and nicest KOA cabin! Very friendly and happy staff who were "spot on" for recommending areas to visit and explore. Really enjoyed our stay. The Custer area is gorgeous with lots to see and do. Everyone really enjoyed the Wildlife Loop in Custer State Park.

Nicest people running the place. Very friendly and helpful. Cabin was in great shape. Bathroom and showers were clean. I cannot think of anything that could be improved. We will stay there again!!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Custer KOA! The staff was great! They all went above & beyond to make sure we had the best vacation and they were all so kind. The grounds were well maintained & bathrooms were extremely clean at all times. My husband and I brought our 2 daughters here and they LOVED the jumping pillow & playground. Everything was a 10/10.

The Custer KOA Family warmly welcomed me and immediately felt I was home. The cabin I had rented was perfect, cozy and warm. The facilities were immaculate and the campground was situated just outside of town, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse and other South Dakota destinations were easily accessible. I plan to stay again next year with my family. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

What a great place! We stayed in a Deluxe Canin. It was the most roomy KOA Cabin we have stayed in. The bathroom is spacious, as well. A large front porch with a gas fireplace and gas grill makes for great outdoor dining. And a wood fireplace is available off the porch. Plenty of linens an amenities! The one draw back,for us, re is not a cook top. The two private bedrooms, one with 4 bunks, space.

Wonderful location, serving as a home base for many day trips. Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. Good food. Exceptionally clean. Definitely would go back and have already recommended it to others.

The staff is truly exceptional, kind and welcoming! The campground and cabins are very clean and so cozy! We loved all of the family friendly activities available as well. Definitely one of the best experiences we have had at a KOA!

Great campground with lovely amenities. Bathrooms were clean, common spaces were often, and having a pool was AWESOME! They even had a sink to do dishes which was so appreciated. The service was great and we just enjoyed the overall vibes of the campground.
