I was told you have a military discount when I booked my stay, when we arrived I did not receive it was told that you have to be active military. Our cabin was dirty, the bathrooms was dirty and there hand rails by steps to the restroom was broken. Not ADA place to stay. I told a worker about handrail and he said that was a different person job. Overall I will not recommend a koa to anyone.

The day was wonderful! The kids wanted to stay longer. They loved the pool and jumping pillow. Breakfast was great and affordable thank you to the friendly staff!!

Staff were great and knew a lot about the area, had lots of recommendations of things to do and see. The one thing I would suggest is having AC in the cabins. There was an extreme heat wave and it was so incredibly hot with only a fan.

Staff are very friendly. Bathrooms and showers were nice and quite clean. Adequate laundry available. Only wish the kids activities (pool and jumping pillow) were open a little later so could be enjoyed by the kids after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a nice option too.

The newly renovated house “cabin” was perfect for our family gathering. So very spacious. We could not have found a better place that fit our needs. With the master bedroom and two more bedrooms… perfect! We enjoyed all the amenities and the outdoor living space was fantastic with a sense of peace and solitude. Thank you!

Wonderful campground! So close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area! Kids loved the pool and jumping pad! We will definitely be back!

The camp hosts were very rude! I camp at KOA alot and this was by far the less hospitable that I have been to.

We stayed at the vacation rental home and it was AMAZING. Hot tub, private fire pit, separate gas fireplace as well as regular large fire pit. Tastefuilly decorated throughout the home and enough elbowroom for all of us. Custer is also centrally located to the cute town of Custer.

We stayed in a wonderful cabin (no bathroom), close to the pool and the main bathroom/showers e-walk. The hosts and workers were fantastic! As was the breakfast in the morning. Great place to stay!!

We had a great stay at one of your fully equipped lodges. It was clean and had all the necessary, supplies. The campsite was very nice. Our grandchildren loved the jumping pillow, and pool. The only thing I would have liked in the cabin, would have been an ice tray to make ice, and a toaster. We would highly recommend this KOA for future campers.

We recently had a 3-night booking at this campground. Washroom facilities were exceptional in condition and around-the-clock cleanliness. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The numerous breakfast options (for a cost) are tasty. The grounds/property are rustic (rocky, not many trees), but well-maintained. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the campground! The kids loved the pool and jumping pillow. Everything was clean and comfortable. We checked in late and checked out early and everything was smooth sailing despite our unusual hours.

Nicely updated. Clean and very well maintained! We will definitely return! We staying in a camping cabin with our doggo and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay.

Check in mix up... front desk unwilling to help when they thought it was my error even though three days later the park was half empty. No apologies for their mix up or even apologies that they might not be able to help. Was annoying. Rest of stay was fine.

The campground was really great, clean , and extremely well maintained but the best part is your folks that work there. Everyone there were knowledgeable about the area and attractions and were super friendly. It was like being with family. We have been to a lot of KOA’s but this was our favorite stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities and amenities. Absolutely enjoyed staying here and will stay again in the future. Kamping Kabins are one of our favorite destinations and allow us to enjoy the surrounding areas and provide a quiet and quality place to stay!

Wonderful campground. We had a cabin. It was very cozy and had a nice heater. It was quiet and had a great place for the dog to run, and a separate enclosed area. Has a cafe for breakfast and people were very nice. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our cabin was great. Almost everyone went out of their way to make stay great. The items in the shop were not price gouging, the cafe was fantastic. The bathrooms were immaculate! The location was very convenient to where we were wanting to go yet still quiet and secluded. I would stay here again and would even request the same cabin. I wasn’t feeling in tip top shape so the little things matter

Great KOA. Check-in is easy and they tell you about the whole area, give you a map, and local restaurants list. Stayed in a cabin. It was clean and typical KOA cabin. Staff is so friendly and breakfast is delicious.

Great campground with lovely amenities. Bathrooms were clean, common spaces were often, and having a pool was AWESOME! They even had a sink to do dishes which was so appreciated. The service was great and we just enjoyed the overall vibes of the campground.
