Wonderful stay, stayed in Cabin, was very clean, everything you could need was their! Lovely friendly hepful staff, grounds well kept. They deliver firewood and pizza to you and have hand dipped ice cream for your sweet tooth! Would definitely recommend

Everything was exactly as described. Staff welcoming and attentive. We camped second week of September and was quiet and relaxed. Very clean and well-kept grounds.

It was a very clean and nice campground. My only complaint is there was no internet connection. In the cabin I could not connect to the internet and the TV did not work at all during the entire stay.

A very great visit. Thanks to all who helped when my friend fell down the stairs and needed 911 My only suggestion would be to change the outlets in the cabins K1-5 as things do not stay plugged in

The stay in the deluxe cabin by the fishing pond was great. It was nice being a little secluded as well. We did hear that that pond will be going away next year which is a little disappointing as there were bunches of kids fishing and catching frogs, tadpoles, fish and turtles all weekend!

Always a great stay. The cleanliness of the facilities/lodging and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff always top notch here. Only thing, keep an eye on the glamping tents especially the deck. Had to alert staff due to multiple hornet and wasp nests on site. They really were hidden and the structure seems to be a happy place for those :). Thank you!!

Had a great time! All staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and splash pad were refreshing. Few things that could have been better were bigger TV w/ better wifi or just local TV package of channels and more outlets in cabin and a little bit of extended store hours. Would definitely stay again and recommend though.

Proximity to South Haven was awesome, but there was also so much to do at the campground! Pool and splash pad kept my kids busy for hours and the jumping pads and basketball court kept them busy after they dried off. All employees were super helpful and always friendly and patient with my 10,000 questions. Especially loved the scoop ice cream and Bigfoot cutouts!

Clean cabin! Well maintained campground with a heated pool which was great for everyone. The splash pad area was fun for the kids. Nice quite location. We couldn’t believe there was a TV. Hubby was happy about that!

This was a first time camping trip for me and my family. Or as I like to call it a Glamping trip due to staying in a cabin not a tent. We all loved it, and can't wait to do it again. The camp ground was clean, the deluxe cabins were totaly awesome for a family staand tha staff was awesome. We all were all able to truly relax and have some well deserved family time that will never be forgotten.

Rented a Deluxe Cabin. The kids (age 7, 5 and 2) all had activities to keep them entertained. The splash pad and pool were especially enjoyable!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations were clean and provided necessary provisions, such as bedding, lines, soaps, etc. very nice surprise. Campground easy to get around. Wonderful things for kids to do. Loved it!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin and had a great stay. One of the livelier KOAs we've been to but that may have also been because of August and upcoming school for many. Cabin was clean, no stove was a bit annoying but made do with our camp stove outside. It was clean and well stocked, just what we've come to expect from the KOA deluxe cabins!

South Haven KOA is a great place to stay! Friendly staff! Lots of things to do and see, on the grounds and in the area! This was my 3rd time staying there, and I'd definitely go back again!

We had a lot of fun however the beds sucked and were highly uncomfortable and there were ants in our cabin when we arrived. Lots of fun activities to do with our kids. Not a lot to do in the area however.

The bunk bed mattresses were paper thin. Felt like you were sleeping on wood. Otherwise, very nice. A little expensive.

The staff and amenities are great. My only complaints would be that our deluxe cabin was not very clean when we arrived. Bathroom smelled like urine and behind and on the lower end of the toilet looked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Also the shower had some mold around the dispensers. AC filters could use a replacement as well. Regardless we will be back, loved the campground especially with kid

It was pleasant. I would like to see some kind of water feature for the dogs to use. There were a lot of dogs at camp (mine included) and I am sure they would enjoy cooling off as well.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming again next year. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The blueberries were wonderful and all of my grand children enjoyed being able to pick and then eat them. My only wish is that more of the campsites and cabins had a cement patio.

We had an awesome time! We cant rate the actual rooms because we stayed in our fifth wheel, but our site was good! Tons of stuff for kids to do, especially on the Saturday we were there. They had crafts, tie dye, bingo, and a reptile exhibit available! In addition, they have a splash pad, pool, tennis/pickleball court, Ga-Ga ball court, horshoes, bag toss, 2 playgrounds (and another on the way!), hike trails, fishing pond (equipment available for purchase in the shop!), a train ride for the kids at 10AM every day, weather permitting, blueberry fields, and a jumping bubble! Propane was available for purchase, too. Their shop was also great. Ice cream choices were 🤌🏻. The top deck up by the shop was a great location for parents wanting to watch their kiddos play. The workers were also very kind (our absolute favorite was Chris!). The shower rooms/bathrooms were acceptable, and the water temps in the showers were awesome. Water pressure, too. Overall it was an awesome stay. We will definitely be back again!
