We had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay again. Very clean! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Victor and Della, from the friendly greeting, to anything we needed wood, pizza etc delivered within no time with a smile. Stayed in the glamping tent, as a typical tent pitcher, this was absolutely amazing, everything you could need and also no bugs inside. Amazing stay!!

Absolutely loved it here! Plenty of activities for the kids, amazing staff and facilities, and of course the cabin itself was fantastic!! Considering how busy it was the grounds are immaculate. Also, I noticed they completely remodeled their bathrooms! Nice to see people put some money back into their business :) We already have our next visit reserved; thank you all again <3

New bathrooms were amazing. Staff was awesome as usual. Pool water was so hot kids didn't even want to swim in it... which on hot days left lots of grumbling kids saying "I'm bored, bc it's too hot to jump or play gaga ball etc" We stayed during the week this trip and the and the camp store closing at 7 was a bummer.

The staff is friendly and amenities are great, including the zip line, bouncy pillow, and playground, however there are maintenance issues with the cabins. Our cabin is pet friendly, and was obviously not swept between campers (dog hair everywhere). Also, 3/6 blinds were broken and unable to be opened. Incandescent bulb in fixture above the bed got hot and burnt my wife when she turned it off.

The Covert/SH KOA is the NICEST campground I have ever stayed at. The staff were superb and available to assist me whenever I stopped by the office/store. Every facility and area was clean and well-kept. The grounds were in outstanding condition. This campground is an example of how a facility should be run. Thank you for a wonderful visit. All of our group will be back next year!

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean facility with new and updated bathrooms. Quiet small locations with a nice pool that our family enjoyed almost every day. The kids also enjoyed spending a ton of time mining for gems all day too. Very nice place !

Always a great time, however when we arrived last Monday the temp was in the 90’s and our Deluxe Cabin’s A/C was off. It was over 100 degrees inside the cabin. After about 6-8 hours it cooled down, but when it’s this hot don’t turn the air off. The other 2 days were great!

They are very friendly. The grounds are clean and well kept. Even though it is a communal experience staying at a campground/RV property, you are given plenty of privacy at Covert South Haven KOA! We haven't had a bad experience during our 3 stays at this property!

This KOA is very nice and clean with A LOT of activities for kids! The staff were all very friendly. I didn't love that the cabin we booked advertised that it was close to the pool/playground, when it was actually in the back of the campground and only 1 of the 5 similar cabins was by the pool. But it was maybe a 5 minute walk to the pool, so not horrible. Definitely recommend this campground!!

One of our favorite campgrounds. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Our criticism would be the pool needed to be cleaned and the bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been. Paper towels were empty in bathhouse or stuck. Cabins were very nice and clean. We loved our stay and recommend this campground.

We had a wonderful stay this past week! We loved our cabin. It was so cozy! We loved being able to have family time together around the fire pit making smores! My girls especially loved the big bouncy cushion! All the staff were very friendly and made us feel so welcomed!

Great place great people! Those glamping tents are awesome. Have every thing you could want. The only thing not great was the RAIN!! But it was still great to sit on the covered porch.

This is our 3rd time staying at the KOA South Haven. And we will be back!! The cleanness , service and attention to detail is amazing. There is so much to do for the family , we love the new addition of the kids playground and pickle ball courts. This was our 1st time staying in the Glamping tents, and this is now a must for every future stay.

The cabin areas have no privacy no yard people have to cut through people's campsites to get to their cabins the bathrooms were always flooded and nasty

We endured high winds & a storm & cool temps in one of the Glamping tents. I like the Glamping tent for a lot of things but not so much in others. The tent was flapping in the very windy conditions (that’s to be expected but noisy) & the heating/ac units did not keep up with the demand. The bathroom is tiny but hey we had an inside bathroom & that’s a big thing for us seniors. Great time!

Nice park, overall very clean, a lot to do for families and kids. Cabin we were in had nice amenities, was mostly clean but some trash was left from previous tenants. Would recommend parks to other families for sure.

We stayed in a glamping tent for the first time and truly enjoyed it so much so, that we plan on doing the same every time we camp! The tent is spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy all the things you love about camping as well as many of the conveniences of being home. I would recommend glamping to anyone who may be wondering if they would like it !

We had a surprise birthday celebration for my mother this Mother’s Day weekend. There was 30 of us. We stayed in cabins and tents. The staff is awesome! The grounds were nice and clean. Very kid friendly. Loved the extra activities they had as well. Highly recommend!
