We had a nice site overlooking the woods. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The bathrooms need work there, otherwise place was very nice.

Very nice, helpful staff. Very clean campground. Lots of fun things for campers with kids. We enjoyed our stay! One constructive comment…..our site B202 was in dire need of some landscaping. Pulling weeds, trim back the trees/vines that were hanging over grill and the paved RV site. Definitely need to get rid of the poison Ivy.

The campground is nice and has a lot of amenities for young families. We enjoyed the text and delivery pizza service and the bill to site features. However, we reserved a secluded spot. Our spot was right out in the open and while we only had neighbors one night- the site was as close as any other. Thankfully it was cool and we weren’t out in the blazing sun since our awning faced into it.

Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Chris. Area was kept clean. Campground was quite despite being very busy. We enjoyed our stay.

Second time to stay here! Very professional staff! Maintenance staff included! Refrigerator handle was broken and maintenance was right there to check it out! Thanks for a great stay!

It had rained and getting to our site with a 45’ Coach was a little difficult, particularly trying to stay out of the muddy road.

Absolutely love this beautiful KOA. It is the best we have visited this year. Large sites for our Entegra 44. There are so many options her from tent camping in the woods to staying in a super nice cabin with cement patios and fire pits. The grounds are very nice including the Dog play area with its grass and tree. There is a nice walking trail and rows of blueberrie all around the property.

Very nice KOA, our space was plenty large for our 43' Class A towing, without having g to unhook! Good shade, level gravel pad. Didn't use amenities, but there is a large swimming pool, was very popular! Good campstore, they will deliver pizza to your lot. We enjoyed our one night there.

We spent 2 nights at the Covert/South Haven KOA in Sept 2023. The office is nicely appointed with friendly staff. Great amenities throughout the park with lots of improvements since last year. Our site was gravel, but fairly level. Good utilities on site. Garbage pickup was great. Easy to get in and out. WiFi was ok during the day but negligible in the evenings. Did not try the cable tv.

It was a very clean and nice campground. My only complaint is there was no internet connection. In the cabin I could not connect to the internet and the TV did not work at all during the entire stay.

We love this campground. It is always clean and well maintained. They staff is great. The only issue we had was that a fifth wheel pulled by a diesel truck, (noisy) next to us pulled in at 10:30pm and it took him over 30mins to park his rig and set it up. A little late in our opinion.

It was an overall great experience! Our 5 year old had a blast. We'll definitely be back. I would say, though, that it'd be cool if we were able to rent a bike (doesn't have to be the kind you have!) that also has a kiddo carrier. I had to stay behind with our 1 year old while my husband and daughter rode around. Well done, guy! Will leave a Google review, too!

There was confusion with our reservation and our sites weren't has discussed a year prior, when the reservations were made. There was a lot of construction going on, we didn't know about. I feel like they should have made us aware. The kids were disappointed because some of the things they are used to weren't there. Otherwise, the campground is always nice, well maintained and friendly staff.

We have been coming to the South Haven/Covert KOA for over 10 years. We love it here. The current owners are working hard to bring new improvements to the campground.

Was really looking forward to a labor day weekend camping trip, but overall very disappointed in this KOA. We've stayed in KOAs across the country and I expect more from the KOA brand. Two of three bathroom toilets were nearly overflowing and wouldn't flush. Pool looked pretty dingy/dirty by Sunday and we told the kids not to go in. Staff was chippy (not chipper).

I love this place!!!!!!!! I have been coming here for over 15 years. I heard there are new owners, however; the same quality is still present!!! The staff is AMAZING - extremely kind and very accommodating!!! I always get a feeling of comfort and tranquility when I pull up, knowing it is going to be a great time!! Everything is clean and tidy! I love always seeing new changes each time! :)

The camp ground itself was fine. The issue was with the site itself, # 50. It was had a road on all four sides of the site. People or cars were constantly walking or driving what felt like right through the site. Then the site faced the three site on the other side of the the road, which gave us no privacy what so ever. The site was also too narrow to set up our clam and was in direct sun all day

The tent campsites are in a lovely forested area of the campground. The bathrooms are close by and clean. The kids loved the pool, splash pad, and bouncing pillow. I loved that we could text a request for pizza or wood and it would be delivered to our site by a friendly staff member. We had an awesome Labor day weekend!

Overall we enjoyed the camping experience. Staff are very friendly. Swimming pool is great and heated and with water play facility. A new playground is being constructed. Restrooms are clogged occasionally. Roads are unpaved with sand and dust, not the best walking experience.

The stay in the deluxe cabin by the fishing pond was great. It was nice being a little secluded as well. We did hear that that pond will be going away next year which is a little disappointing as there were bunches of kids fishing and catching frogs, tadpoles, fish and turtles all weekend!

Always a great stay. The cleanliness of the facilities/lodging and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff always top notch here. Only thing, keep an eye on the glamping tents especially the deck. Had to alert staff due to multiple hornet and wasp nests on site. They really were hidden and the structure seems to be a happy place for those :). Thank you!!

Bathrooms by tents (west side) need to be cleaned and fixed (leaking toilets, women's stall rocks unstable). Men's bathroom only 1 tiny stall. Showers need tile, regrouping and better lighting. They are getting gross. Seeing investments in play areas but no upgrades or basic maintenance for bathrooms.

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
