We had a pull through, KOA patio site. It was gorgeous. Campground was clean and friendly. We were very impressed! Great job!

Enjoyed our stay. We have camped here many times in the past until the rates skyrocketed. Didn't appreciate people cutting across our campsite without asking while we grilled and ate outside.

For the most part our stay was great! Most of the staff members were so so kind! Especially Chris! We did have one issue we brought up but the manger, Lisa, on staff that day was very rude even when the other staff members around were trying to be kind and accommodating. Hence the four stars and why I see why others said the customer service was lacking. But for us it was only the manger!

This year we booked a deluxe cabin and so did our friends. Their cabin was larger in both bathroom and bedroom space. They also had a stove top, which we did not but were expecting. Matt said he could not move us and would not credit us some money back. I paid the same as someone else for less and had to adjust my meals. Please adjust your website to make it very clear what we are paying for!!!!

As usual, the staff is very friendly and helpful! I did notice our patio site had bird poop on the furniture and it could have been tidier—sidewalk chalk was left, etc. while I can see how the new pet fences are attractive to dog owners, those were our favorite sites and they won’t work for us any longer. I appreciate that blueberry picking is free now!

Wonderful 3 night stay. The staff was so friendly, the pool & splash pad clean, lovely campground, & the Saturday activities were a hit for the kids! Already planning our visit back!!!

We had a buddy site, which was all paved, the park was always clean. The staff are the most helpful and friendly people I've ever met. We will return for certain.

We stayed in the glamping tents and they were VERY clean. The staff there was also very accommodating and friendly. If you're looking for a chill camping experience, I would definitely recommend the south haven KOA!

The park was dirty but not anything management could do. Due to the lack of rain, the ground was so dry and dusty. Dirt and dust was everywhere. Spent so much time cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay. We will be back. It would be nice if you offered a few activities during the week days for kids. Plus better communication through your email would be helpful. An email with closures and activities for the day would be great. Since we had checked in during the week, we did not get a schedule of the weekend activities.

We got cabin C6 which is probably the worst cabin out there without air conditioning( portable air conditioning didn’t work and tripped multiple times during the night). Help was provided but it was disappointing that the cabin didn’t have swings and portable air conditioning didn’t work..

1st time staying here. A bit more expensive but I'm guessing it's the area. Coloma/St. Joe is comparable in price. I liked that this campground was a quick trip to Coloma, So. Haven and Saugatuck. The grounds were clean, the pool was nice, and staff friendly. Weekend activities for kids was nice. I'll be back if they have any i0en weekends left.....

My Husband and I loved our first stay in the Glamping tent G3... It was our 20th Anniversary and getting away during peak soccer season with three kids was simple and the two nights were great! The Tent is so cute, Sparkling clean; The Front desk gave us an aim a flame (which we accidentally took home - sorry!) Needed a warmer blanket as the heat would not turn on? But the FireWood was so dry :)

For never being to a KOA you guys rock! Super friendly very helpful staff. Never seen shower/ bathrooms so clean in a campground. Camp itself was so appealing to the eye. My almost 2yr old loves the splash pad! Thank you for a great stay..looking forward to our next visit!

Nice, clean, well equipped facility. My kids absolutely loved all the activities and splash pad. Some areas could use more shade, but overall it was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pull-thru site long enough to accommodate our 35 ft. Class A plus tow. It is a wonderful RV park for children with many extra play areas. One negative is the location of the laundry room. You either need to be able to manage steps down one floor beneath the office area or maneuver a significant grass area to get to the back entrance of the room.

We brought our grandchildren to this location for the splash pad which was closed! Arrived Monday, checked-out Thursday - had some beautiful June weather, but the splash pad was closed the whole time (was told, "due to high chlorine levels"). Of course we want it safe, but this seemed an excessive amount of days for getting the chlorine level under control. Pool was open, but very disappointed!

We had a wonderful time at the south Haven/Covert KOA. It was out first time in the area and at a KOA as family of 6. We loved the cabin and all the activities at the campground. We will definitely be back!

All the employees were great! The pool, splash pad, bathrooms, showers, etc.... were all very clean on a consistent basis. The only issue was that they would not let our daughter and son-in-law pull in the opposite way so they could face us. It did not interfere with anything. They had several buddy sites but none were open. We have spent many, many trips at KOAs and this was a first for us.

The staff was completely wonderful! They were so friendly. We loved our paw pen site, it was big, clean and beautifully decorated with plants. This was our first visit and we loved the fact that even our site was surrounded by blueberry bushes. I am only bummed we didn't come while they were in season. Well, we will just have to come again. Thank you so much! :)

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! Our cabin KL5 looked nice and updated, but we saw at least 20 dead and dying large brown stink bugs inside the cabin. It appears that the cabin may have been treated recently just prior to our arrival because they were crawling out in droves, and they were either dead or dying when we found them. That was the main point of frustration for us.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
