It was awesome. I would recommend an evening/twilight train ride for the kids. You could call it the Neon Parade and sell the glow sticks, wands, necklaces, etc. We stayed at a campground that did it with the golf carts and they sold a ton of those things. Just an idea…the kids would love it!

Overall a nice experience and would do it again. Downsides - Neighboring campsites did not follow the curfew/quiet time and so sleep was a challenge. Foul language, loud, overly drunk, etc. Also, during our stay, unruly older kids caused a lot of disruption on the varied play areas for the little kids and ultimately ended with 2 main attractions broken/ shut down. Unfair for everyone else.

We enjoyed it once the meth heads next to us left. They fought non stop with yelling and screaming until check out. Nobody got any sleep or relaxation done while they were there. Even when talked to by staff it continued. Once they left it was peaceful and everyone enjoyed thier trip.

Our family stayed in the 2 bedroom cabins during our June stay. Linens were clean and cabin itself was in decent shape. Campground itself was well run with friendly staff. Great place for families with younger kids.

good stay but I liked site 105. I chabged from330 to that one after we arrived I was glad office help was flexible to do that for us. 1100 checkout a little tight

Love this campground, it is clean, well maintained and quiet. Enjoy the pool and fishing in the lake. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only draw back during this stay was poor internet / Wi-Fi reception. We were in 409 and the reception was not good. So much stronger closer to the office.

We loved it. The only reason not to rate it higher was difficult access to the laundry room.The room and the appliances were fine. But you either entered the room by descending steps or over a hilly lawn with no path, difficult for some of us carrying containers of laundry. The grounds are very nice, the wooded areas lovely and access to everything else was terrific.If back in the area, we return

This is a great facility. I was disappointed with the assigned spot as it barely held my small camper and truck. The site type I selected stated large and roomy. There were plenty of larger sites in the back of the same category. The site up front was very noisy and dusty from all the traffic and golf carts.

All was good, except the bath house near our stay. The shower rooms were way to small for someone my size. By the time I sat down on your stool, there was not anyroom to remove my pants. Had I known this, or stayed a second night. I would have asked for a handicapped shower stall. I know this is not an easy item to fix, but it was a problem. All all was fine. David

Too expensive, too noisy, and too dusty. The "train" runs around every day stirring up dust. At lease run the train around and let everyone "enjoy" the dust. Someone should have suggested other camp sites/canp location to suit our needs.

My stay was ok. Feel like it was very kid friendly which is great if you have children. Every time I wanted to get in the pool, there were too many kids and not to sound gross but I know kids urinate in the pool. Kids m were everywhere. I would have liked it better if there was an adult pool or if there was adult pool time. It was also an expensive stay with not so many amenities for adults.

We had a wonderful time at the Covert/South Haven KOA! Lots of stuff for the kids to do, and super friendly and caring staff!

My wife and I recently stayed here. My wife broke her ankle badly three years ago. Matthew did a great job of resolving a dilema we had with the distance to the restroom. Excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you and we will return.

The person that helped us find our spot was very kind. Really enjoyed the extra kids activities this year. We were told some things were only Monday through Friday like the kids train ride and they did extra rides on the weekend which we loved!

Would like more of a walking path. Camp ground is very unlevel and sandy so biking is more difficult. Very friendly staff and nice water amenities

We had a great weekend. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. When we got there our site was on the total opposite end from our kids on the buddy site. the lady in the office was so kind and found a site we could switch that was closer. we will definitely be back. One of our favorite KOA Holidays

The amount of guests on e-bikes & scooters speeding through the campground was disappointing. A large party with a barking dog tied up at another site that just kept barking was not too fun. Our water pressure was not good this time. ���‍��� We do like this campground, and will be back. I love the communication of your daily events! Friendly staff!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lot of things for the kids to do. After staying at Hog Lake in Indiana being so bad it was nice to see that all KOAs are not like that

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
