New Year, New Lodge

We are busy over here upgrading and updating one thing at a time. Colder rainy weather has us searching for projects indoors. Mother nature has played a part in this next project. We have discovered that having an overhang on your roof line is super important for keeping water where it ought to be - outside. Our lodge will be getting a new roof with a dormer to provide a bit more shelter when the door is opened on a rainy day. New siding, windows, and a paint job are in the works, too. In the meantime, the inside has gotten a new comfort-height toilet and new bathroom fixtures. All new bedding, including 500 thread count sheets and soft, fluffy down pillows, will help you have sweet dreams. Convenience features have been added, such as bedside tables and charging ports, to help make your stay a bit more cozy. Games sit on the shelf just waiting for you and your family to come play them. New Adirondack chairs are cozied up to the fire pit. New curtain sheers blur the outside but still let light in, or add in the second layer of complete light-blocking curtains if you'd like to sleep in a bit more. A brand new 50-inch smart T.V. is ready to stream whatever shows or movies strike your fancy. The coffee bar has everything you need to enjoy a cup of joe or tea in the morning out on the porch to soak up the trees before you start the day. A full-size fridge and freezer make it easy to store your grilling supplies before they are thrown on the included propane BBQ.
