Have you ever had snow with a daytime high of 22, and then the very next day, it was 66 and sunny? That was our weather this past week. Mother Nature is confused. All those bulbs I planted last fall have started peeking out, but then… it will snow again. I'm hoping that they ultimately know what to do and will still put on a glorious show this spring.
The ladies' bathroom is done. We unveiled it Tuesday. The campers that have been through are giving it good reviews. Come on out and judge for yourself. Our lounge room has finally been reclaimed from the tons of boxes that have been rolling in to stock the camp store. They have been unboxed and have migrated to our store shelves. We have all the essentials for the RV, we've got you covered should you forget anything from home, and best of all, we have tons of fun things that celebrate Kentucky. Come in and see what's new.
Next, we are undertaking the staining of ALL the new picnic tables that have finally arrived. We need to wait until it warms up a bit for that, though. Don't worry, we aren't without a project. As I type this, all the goods for our cabin refresh are on a truck traveling to us from Montana. New windows, doors, heaters, and porch swings are just a few of the upgrades our cabins are getting. We can't wait to sand them down and get a fresh coat of stain on them, too. We are all just patiently waiting for warmer weather. Are you sensing a theme? Hurry up, spring!
