One of our favorite KOA's - park like setting with mature trees and big open spaces. Our only critisizm would be that the roads need some maintenance as there were too many pot holes to try and navigate around.

Love all the activities set up for making fun family experiences. We always enjoy our annual quick summer stay and try to make it back two or three more times throughout the year.

We had a very nice stay at your KOA, but there are still areas that need improving and have for years. 1. Often no one at check in station so can’t buy wood or check in without waiting, 2. The mini golf has many dangerous areas and needs to be repaired!!! 3. Restrooms are adequately clean.

It was quiet. As a non pet owner and unfamiliar with the park layout would prefer not to be next to the pet area without prior notification. The putt putt was not maintained, disappointing.

The only thing I did not like was the store was never open. We had to go offsite to buy firewood, food and whatever else we could have bought from the store.

The staff tried very hard to accommodate our site request, but it took 3 sites to finally get what we wanted. Everyone was pleasant and we enjoyed our brief stay. I think it’s a great family park and would recommend it for families.

The stay was good. The employees were nice and helpful. The only bad I have is I had no pressure on my water supply due to the spicket being broken. And miss every we’re. I told the staff but no one fixed it. But over all it was great

Staff was great. Pool and jumping pillow were fine and our grandkids enjoyed both. Huge grass areas were neat and tidy and the dog run was good sized. Mini golf course was fun but in really bad shape with some of the surface support either broken or rotted. The roads were dismal and really need to be regraded and potholes filled. Our experience was below par for a KOA.

We stayed over the 4th of July wk end with another family for the 1st time and we had an absolute blast. We are already trying to schedule one more trip over the summer.

All the park electric went off and we lost some food in the fridge but it is understandably cause other people for many miles around also lost electric. the elderly KOA men that we talked to and guided us to our site were very nice, polite and friendly. Disappointed that the rec bldg/KOA store was closed but they had a lack of workers. Can't find fault as that is a problem everywhere.

We liked the campground and the hosts were great! I think it would've been great if all the planned activities over the July 1st/July 4th weekend actually happened and weren't cancelled. There was a lot of hype and then to have to tell you child that it was cancelled because someone called in sick was pretty lame.

We were there for the 4th of July weekend, tent camping. Was told that we would have a Firepit/grill at campsite and actually it was a rusty wheel that made us go to a Walmart to buy a grill otherwise we would not have what to eat. Campsites don’t have any privacy, they are tight and you are really really close to people next to you. No shade at all as well, bring a sun cover. Clean bathrooms!

It's a nice place but some services are not accessible like water. The swimming pool was not available too when we visited this campsite.

We’ve been using this location for 10years. This was a more frustrating experience. And says a lot because we have seen it change hands so many times, we’ve been there under extreme weather conditions, and stayed true to you. But this last time had our hearts hurting a bit and it was more because of silly policy and the feeling that tent campers are not a priority and that RVers are catered to

The Women's restroom had several backed up toilets the first day of our stay. Very bad odor from one stall that remained broken and closed the 2nd day. We had to leave 2 days early due to our son being sick. I had also made reservations for 2 kids but only had one. I was hoping for some credit or partial refund. Store was not open due to staff shortages. But nice campground and friendly

We had the best Site (97) according to staff members. We arrived Friday at 16.00 and the shop was closed . The roads were very bad, bumps and holes. For children was enough to do, however the pool is very small. Indeed we had the best site compared to others. WIFI is a complete disaster. Cars passing by drove to fast, big dust clouds. Got breathing problems due to excessive useless wood burning.

It’s a beautiful wooded campground. Nice clean restrooms with showers. I stayed in a 2-bedroom cabin with en-suite bath and kitchen. Lovely. I suggest putting up curtains in the master bedroom. Room is awfully bright at 5am. Also, the roads are in desperate need of repair. Huge potholes everywhere. And the speed bumps need to be marked. Everyone drives very slow, however. A notice would be helpf

It was really great staying here. This was our first time and it was well worth it. We had really good spots and i would recommend it highly. We will be back for another stay.

We love it here and camp here annually. Because I know what it is like when fully staffed and all the activities are available and the hot tub open, I couldn’t give it the full 5 stars this time, but the staff and activities they do have are wonderful. 2 of the 4 Women's toilets were closed for the duration of my stay. I have ADA needs and their solution was to hire a stinky, nasty porta-potty instead of fixing the ADA stall. The campsites were piled on top of each other - I have never camped so close to my neighbors. We were told on check-in not to use the water but were never told when it was safe again.

While understaffed, the employees and rangers were fantastic. They made the stay very enjoyable for the kids with all the pirate and princess themed activities. That one staff member making breakfast on Saturday was swamped but kept on going. The only complaint that I might have, is that I was there were more trees near the cabins to provide some shade, as it was a scorcher this weekend!

Our stay started with the wonderful lady at the entry of the park. She was so helpful and patient with people coming in and out at the same time. Park was beautiful with so many things to do and big enough to not feel boxed in. Showers, restrooms snd laundry were wonderful. It was a good location.

We stayed in a yurt. The yurt was nice and clean. At about 9pm a large group of tents showed up next to us and turned on loud music that went until 3am. We tried repeatedly to get ahold of anyone to go ask them to stop and after hours never responded. We cut our trip short and left and at 8am as soon as whispering hours were over. On our way out there wasn’t an employee to be found.

I was in a deluxe cabin. My stay consisted mainly of a place to sleep, since my family was camping at Kulshan campground and I spent most of my time up there. But the cabin was cozy, very clean, and I enjoyed it very much.

Store was only open for a couple of hours in the afternoon, rec room closed by 5 pm. Wanted family to meet us there and stay in one of the three empty Yurts or 6 empty cabins, but they would not let them reserve because they said they needed to be cleaned but didn't have anyone to clean them. If they can't staff the campground, why are they open. Pay for wifi, come on, really???

Our site was very difficult to back into due to the many trees, narrow road, and large rocks. The gravel provided on the site was not ample enough for us to keep our rig off the grass. The camper next to us was so close, we could not extend our awning. Then in the middle of our stay the water stopped flowing. Besides the high cost to stay at this park, we had to pay for our internet connection.

We stayed at this KOA last fall while we explored North Cascades National Park. Nice RV park with great amenities. We upgraded to one of the premium spots and the patio with Adirondack chairs and log bench swing were nice additions.

Grandy Creek KOA is a great place. ALL Staff works very hard to make everyone stay awesome. I'm not someone who has only been here one time, I've been coming for over 5 years and always happy. It saddens me to see review of people complaining about stuff when I know there doing the best they can. Thank You Grandy Creek Staff. :) The Menzies
