They nickle and dime to death ....First time if you want internet that you have to pay a service and it doesn't even work .....Understaffed and had 2 trailers in same spot during our check in...... The park itself is beatiful, and that is sad when management make me rate this place really bad

We are tenters so it was nice to see there are areas for us campers. There are some unfortunate tent sites out in the open hot sun but the other ones near the Yurts have a lot of tree coverage. Love the security of the site and pool was refreshing. Wish postings about water shut off and pool closures store not open weekdays were told to us beforehand so we could plan better. Will be back.

They literally have one person working so there is no staff there one more person working was rude and unhelpful, the place is overgrown , You can’t get your RV around the campground because all the tree branches hang low and also stick out into the roadway, so the roads are unpassable without scratching or knocking stuff off your unit obviously they haven’t done maintenance to this place

We love staying but had problems with our neighbors this time. Smoking outside near our trailer and smoke coming into our trailer. They also had bright white lights on their awning which lit up our trailer after hours, They had them on all night. So, had to put blankets over our blinds so we could sleep. I finally had to go over and ask them if they could shut them off after 11 at least. They did

As a Group that had been there many times before, we were promised a group rate, 10%. The gate did not issue, they had to check with management?? We contacted management for the whole group, I'll check on it?? Still no response! Their phones are not answered timely, very hard to make reservations. The rest rooms were without toilet paper, very messy. Fire pit spots were all over our group area.

Quite time not observed by early morning construction tenants talking loud and slamming doors etc. A utv fired up and ran thru park at 5:30 AM!!. Showers and bathroom floors were muddy.

We LOVED this campground! It was our first KOA stay and we really enjoyed all the amenities! It was quiet and felt very peaceful and safe! The park rangers were very helpful and friendly! When I let someone know the ladies room was out of some things they quickly got it restocked. Very very happy.

My 2nd visit. Good place but lots of maintenance is needed. My H20 valve leaked from under ground leaving standing water. Trees need to be trimmed to stay off larger RV's. The bathroom out in main open area was damaged and dirty. Not much flow of water out of the hose at the dump station. On the positive side the people are friendly and there is plenty of area to walk my dogs.

The associate that checked us in was very nice! However, your campground is in need of work! All the gravel side streets to the designated RV spots are not marked. Simply giving each road a name and placing a post with the name on it would be a great help. Also not just posting do not enter simply post arrows and indicate one way road! Three different campers were unable to locate sites.

Need new and additional signage within this park. Also, bathroom showers need far better ventilation. When doors to shower closes it becomes a sweat box - zero circulation for fans to draw air from once door is closed.

did not get our group discount or my military discount.asked twice to pick up charcoal from fires burned outside the fire ring but no one came after we were told someone would get it. was told we would hear about our discounts at our site, but no one came. very disappointed.

our all everything was ok, but ok. the mens bathrooms in the office/store bldg were untidy and according to the check list near the door were last checked 7/20. our stay began on 7/21 - 7/24. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper. the staff personnel were great, but the resort is starting to show its age. trying to contact the resort is near impossible, and you must leave a message.

We have always enjoy our stay at Grandy Creek. The staff was very nice and they had fun activities for the kids. The bathrooms were not very clean!! We know its hard with so many people. But not having toilet paper is a big thing! !

A pitbull broke off its lead that was secured to the picnic table and Viciously attacked our dog. My bf and I immediately reacted to save our dog from being hurt. Both my bf and I have a few scrapes in efforts to protect and save our dog. Had we not reacted quickly our dog would have more than likely died. Our dog is a large old sweet Sherman shepherd who didn’t even try to fight back.

Fun family place with lots of activities- see their list. Also a creek to rock hound. Large grass fields to play catch or fly a kite, which we did. Bring your bikes to ride around the camp. Our family rented two cabins and an RV space near each other. The store was not open but maybe because we were there during the week. We enjoyed our time and would come back.

We had a great experience. Our campsite was nice and tucked in the back next to the creek. The entertainment for kids is great. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean.

No one cleaned bathrooms by office the 2 days we were there. No one on office as it and store was closed. Pool water very cloudy. Our Yurt was nice and clean. Staff was never around.

This campground has so much potential. They nickel and dime you for the normal things that you get free at all the other KOA's we've stayed at. The bathrooms very disgusting, the showes were just as bad, with mold, bugs and other people's bodily stuff/ hair, they were not cleaned the entire time we stayed. The guests at this KOA were definitely a different type of guest that we have experienced.

The kids enjoyed the bouncy pillow, and riding bikes around the campground. Our campsite was #60, and when we pulled in, it was hard to tell where we should park. The spaces aren’t clearly marked. Our fire pit was within 2 feet of the site next to us. Also the cigarette smoke was a real detractor from wanting to breathe fresh air. I’d love to see KOA ban all tobacco use.

Really enjoyed the location of our sites and the ease of making reservation. Many sites are too small and we got lucky. The grounds need a bit of TLC. Would have liked if the store was open more often.

Underground water leak caused the site to be muddy. Also, total lack of consideration for others when music is blasting loudly during the day.

Stunk: Sewer tanks, don't use 96 or 95!!! Long term campers should be put in the back, not 1st row you drive by. Speed bumps not labelled. Dusty. Potholes. Bathroom/shower needs to be spread out. Not 2 on one side, nothing in the back. Dog poop bag pole by lawn, no path to access, except through campsites. No one at booth to check in. Nails to get out. Really need that kind of protectio

Matt friendly, delivered ice right to our site. Sites too close. Hot tub closed. Store rarely opened. But, just having coffee available at 6/7 am in the hall would have fixed everything. When u you advertise coffee, it has to be available before 9 am for tent people.

We had a blast staying at the Grandy Creek KOA. The only downside was that the store was never open. There were a few times we needed firewood and ice, but had to leave the campground to go and get it since the store never opened up, which we were bummed about.

Still very disappointed that the store hasn’t been open during our stay. We stayed twice last year and once so far this year and still haven’t seen the store open.

I am happy to have stayed at this campground I recommend u stop in and check it out the employees at this campground are very nice and I always enjoy staying at this campground has very nice employees and they are very helpful as well thanks again for letting me stay at ur campground I will be back

We stayed at this KOA last fall while we explored North Cascades National Park. Nice RV park with great amenities. We upgraded to one of the premium spots and the patio with Adirondack chairs and log bench swing were nice additions.

Grandy Creek KOA is a great place. ALL Staff works very hard to make everyone stay awesome. I'm not someone who has only been here one time, I've been coming for over 5 years and always happy. It saddens me to see review of people complaining about stuff when I know there doing the best they can. Thank You Grandy Creek Staff. :) The Menzies
