Beautiful campground. Well kept and plenty of room between sites. Staff was great. Fellas running around in the golf carts could improve by smiling at folks as they pass.

Spacious sites, nice laundry facilities, good cable TV channels, good wifi. Staff is very friendly. Highway noise is very minimal. River sites are pretty. Close to restaurants and outdoor activities. This is one of our favorite KOAs.

THIS IS OUR THIRD STAY AT YOUR KOA. VERY CLEAN FACILITIES. NICE STAFF. WE HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A KOA WITH SUCH TERRIBLE WIFI CONNECTIVITY/SPEEDS. THAT’S THE ONLY REASON WE WOULD NOT LIKELY RETURN.

We just wish some of the people working… one in particular was rude. My dog ran out of my trailer with no leash on which I know is a rule but I was trying to get her back when I lady comes out of her own trailer putting on her yellow jacket telling me that my dog needs to go on a leash now in a very rude tone.

Let's start with the fact that there is no “West Glenwood Springs”. The town the KOA is in is called Silt, Colorado. Glenwood Springs is a town approx. 25 mins east of Silt. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the rude behavior of Camp Host Jim. During my stay, he was highly discourteous and even harassed us multiple times, which made us feel truly unwelcome.

The shower / bathroom was dangerous The floor was completely wet from the previous user and very slippery, no hand rails of any kind and the shower was nothing but a trickle of water

Stayed in a cabin by the river, it was beautiful. The only thing would be the mosquito’s. There was too many of them we were not able to be outside. Maybe put up some mosquito zappers would help.

Stayed in spot #30 for three nights. Facilities were very clean, and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Wished that the "hookups" were a little deeper into the sites, but I'm assuming that there are flood concerns. Really liked the Campground, but I'd only stay with a river site. Thank you!

This is one of the nicest KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Facilities are clean and you can easily see the pride the staff has at this location.

The people in the office were very nice and helpful. The site was pretty and easy to get into. The only thing was the noise from the semi trunks down shifting to come into the gas station next to the campground all night and the train noise.

This is one of the nicer KOA parks I have been to. Designed to flow with the Colorado River that runs next to it. Store is very nice. Staff was great. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is due to the fact that the site I was in wasn’t well defined. Meaning grass, gravel and some mud were intertwined. In my opinion, watering of grass was a bit extensive. However, most sites were manicured bett

We always enjoy our stay and the cleanliness of the park and pool and bathroom facilities. Staff is accommodating and helpful. If we could just do something about those doggone mosquitoes!

Loved it and would stay again. I would only stay if guaranteed a spot that does not share common space like 419 and 420. There are quite a few sites like this in the park. If we don’t know the people, why would we want to walk out our front door just to cook breakfast next to the neibhor whose front door opens into ours?

Wonderful. Gas station at off-ramp too. It is NOT in Glenwood Springs. 18 miles west. How do I know? Drove to the springs and had to retrace back to SILT CO. Worth it though! Stacy was an awesome hostess.

This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds I have stayed at. We were backed up to the Colorado RIver with a patio and fire pit that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the water and gazing into the fire, doesn't get much better than this. And the dog parks!! Green, clean, spacious! Excellent!
