Just when I thought customer service was dead, the staff at this KOA proved me wrong. They were just amazing and super nice people. The campground is kept immaculate as well!!!

This is one of the nicest KOAs I’ve stayed in. Was a stop on our way to and from Utahs national parks. Clean facilities and grounds. Will definitely stay here again

One the best KOA's I have stayed with over the last 2 years. Many great features including boat access to the Colorado River. Super clean and friendly staff that was able to help me with my RV power connection needs. Internet speeds were very good and better than my two cellular connections. Only item needs attention is the cable TV; it had static on all the channels and not HD.

Beautiful campground with very well maintained facilities. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. We were genuinely treated better than family! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling through the area and would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Roomy pleasant Comfortable. I have already recommended to friends. One of nicest rv parks we’ve stayed in all summer. Will definitely stay there when traveling in the area

Just one might stay but appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Extremely clean and maintained campground, nice store, shuttle available to downtown restaurant and area. Nice dog park too and other facilities. Thanks for having us.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Simply put, everything works. Having stayed many times, we appreciate the great service, maintenance, and upkeep. Amenities are excellent as well.

We were in CC4 cabin and could not have had a better time. Quiet and so peaceful being creekside. We had marmots and deer (including a fawn) as well as chipmunks visit us multiple times during our Friday to Monday stay. Restrooms and showers were kept VERY clean and well stocked. Well maintained property all around and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely book for next year. Thank you!

This KOA is closer to Rifle than to Glenwood Springs. We thought it was just west of Glenwood Springs, not two town away. No where near close enough to ride our bikes into Glenwood. Very disappointing. When we talked to the front desk about the name they just bushed us off saying no KOA has the name of the town they are in. Totally untrue. Only use this site if you are in the Rifle area.

Pool and splash pad were a huge hit. Clean and well maintained, close the freeway but quiet, beautifully situated with the mountains on all sides. Easy access to Glenwood and Rifle.

Location is terrible right on the highway. It’s very noisy with traffic and a train route passes right next to the site. It doesn’t get dark due to the highway street lights. Staff was fine, not super welcoming or helpful but not bad. The place was clean which added to my rating. Sprinklers blocked the path to the restroom and also came on in our campsite in the early morning with no warni

It is a nice park and well managed, clean and friendly staff. It is close to the hot springs, a nice bike bath, Rifle Falls, and their pool and hot tub was very clean. The only problem we see is the sound of the interstate! Maybe they could do a row of some evergreens to help.Hard to get a good nights sleep even with ear buds. We really appreciated your rule of no one under 16 in the hot tub!

We had the most amazing back-in site with a view of the river out our window . It was gorgeous! The campground is very well maintained and you can tell they take great pride in making everyone’s stay enjoyable .The staff was very helpful and friendly . It’s in the top five of any campground we’ve ever stayed at . Nestled at the foot of the mountains on the Colorado River - it was magical.

Beautiful campground. Well kept and plenty of room between sites. Staff was great. Fellas running around in the golf carts could improve by smiling at folks as they pass.

Spacious sites, nice laundry facilities, good cable TV channels, good wifi. Staff is very friendly. Highway noise is very minimal. River sites are pretty. Close to restaurants and outdoor activities. This is one of our favorite KOAs.

This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds I have stayed at. We were backed up to the Colorado RIver with a patio and fire pit that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the water and gazing into the fire, doesn't get much better than this. And the dog parks!! Green, clean, spacious! Excellent!

Great camp site! We enjoyed the view and clean restrooms! Our cabin was great and comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back here !
