We absolutely loved the campsite by the river. So nice to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the river. We will definitely be back!

This KOA was top notch!!! From the friendly escort who led us to our site, to the large dog park for larger dogs and a smaller one for small dogs and puppies and the view!!! The back in sites in the "W" section backed up to Big River and Colordo river. The sites had an amazing view, firepit, gazebo, and adirondack chairs--what a great way to enjoy morning coffee or a nice nightcap!

Loved the park. All employees were so nice and helpful. My dog loved all the grassy areas. So pretty. Next time we will stay in a river site. Loved the patio and the nice furniture on our site.

I feel this is very expensive for a camp ground and picking your spot by the river. Our Propane on the bbq, wouldn't work, we coulnd't get the bottle off to install one of our, and no one in the office to tell. Would be nice if the hot tub was available to use. Our cable would not work with the box? our friend's who were camping beside us also tried his cable and it still wouldn't work.

It was a very pleasant stay! The cabin was nice and accommodated us well. Having the river behind the cabin was extra nice. My only complaint would be the pull out sofa mattress was a little uncomfortable. But all together, I would defiantly stay again.

Loved site W2 with such a great waterview! I did not appreciate my neighbors barking dogs however. Yes, I have 1 dog who elected to not bark. On W1 was a Class A with 4 yappy dogs penned outside all day, barking non-stop. On the other side was a camper trailer with a Great Dane and 2 yappy dogs. They were left UNATTENDED during the daytime inside plus nightly 3 screaming kids + parents who yelled!

We camped along the river which was awesome, plus our site had a barbecue. Campfire ring, picnic table with a pergola. Our time there for 1 week was Great and we will return. All the folks at this KOA were very friendly. We are not used to that as we live in Denver. THIS KOA IS FANTASTIC!

We will be back someday. Easy access, level large sites without trees to obstruct satellite. . Nothing bad to say. Little high priced, but will still come.

The park is nice. New landscaping apparent & well cared for. Staff very helpful & pleasant. However, as older folks on the road for extended periods of time need decent access to internet for maintaining mail & taking care of bills. The internet at this park was the worst we have encountered in all our travels. For those that don’t need internet availability the park is very very nice.

We stayed at one of the premium sites by the river, and it was beautiful. Having the grass and concrete surrounding our camper instead of the usual gravel and dirt kept our camper so much cleaner!

Those river sites are absolutely beautiful. We stayed three nights and wish we had more time to stay longer. Very clean sites. Didn’t use any facilities, just our fifth wheel. Highly recommend. Very easy on/off I-70

I had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly. Great location next to the creek with convenient access to the freeway. The only minor negative is that there aren't any window blinds on the door of the creekside cabin, so there's no way to get full privacy at night. But otherwise everything was great!

Glenwood Springs West is a heck of a long ways from Glenwood Springs 18 miles to be exact. This should’ve been disclosed better online before we booked. We had to drive all the way to Aspen multiple days for activities. The campsite itself was fine except the highway and train noise. They asked me how my stay was and I said the main issue was the noise. They said cheap @$47 gets the noisy spot.

Very nice, clean, spacious campground in a lovely setting. Our site was level, long enough for our 45’ motorhome and F-150 crew cab truck with room to spare. Site had a nice patio with a table and chairs and a fire pit. Beautiful location right along the river with lovely views of the mountains. Easy on/off of I-70.

River front sites are exceptional. Gazebo, fire pit, gas grill, extensive concrete patio, table, chairs, and landscaping enhance the amazing experience on the Colorado River. Great staff and escorts to the site are a nice touch. Our only negative is the speed bumps and condition of the driveway around the main building. The speed bumps are simply way to severe. The dips and potholes need work..

Love this Koa we have stayed here often in the last few years! Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Nice pool, Clean restrooms! Sites on the river, very beautiful! Excellent wifi! Close to Glenwood hot springs!

The park was very nice and the space we had was fairly easy to navigate. The staff were fantastic! Always very friendly and helpful. The dog park was fantastic having a separate section for small dogs and the large dog section did have a gazebo for shade. The only thing they could use is water there for the dogs.

Got in late. Sunset late. Spots are well spaced and very leveled. Great views and just far enough away to keep interstate traffic to a low noise. Wife and I really wanted to walk around and explore the island. However they had pulled the bridge. So call ahead to see if the bridge is in if you want to do some exploring. Very nice place to stay.

We needed one night, they were closing but let us check in. I so appreciated this. The bathroom/ shower was very clean and great water pressure. I recommend staying at this great KOA

Great park! We had a site along the Colorado River and it was perfect - loved the covered patio area and fire ring; a private oasis ideal for enjoying the gorgeous views. Highly recommend.

The campground was very nice. The helpers were friendly and very helpful. It was clean and the bathroom/showers were fantastic. I’d come back and revemond it very highly.

This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds I have stayed at. We were backed up to the Colorado RIver with a patio and fire pit that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the water and gazing into the fire, doesn't get much better than this. And the dog parks!! Green, clean, spacious! Excellent!

Great camp site! We enjoyed the view and clean restrooms! Our cabin was great and comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back here !
