Very clean, incredibly staffed KOA, really wished their coffee bar stayed open at least till check out time. Loved the camp grounds but missed the coffee for the road.

Only stayed for one night but the camp was convenient to get to, conveniently located alongside a fuel stop/convenience store (within walking distance), was in great condition, and very well run.

The hosts are friendly, accommodating with my travel concerns and it’s one of my favorite KOA’s. The bathrooms and grounds are clean and well maintained. I camped on the river and it was spectacular.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. They moved us to a campsite that fit our needs. The sites were spacious, the grounds very well maintained. We loved the trails. Also, the bathrooms and showers were extremely clean, updated and had places to put our toiletries. Thank you for a memorable stay.

I liked the very spacious spaces, very clean and beautiful location next to the river. The office staff was very friendly and had great recommendations on restraunts and brew pubs. They also allowed me to change my arrival by one day which I appreciate very muck. Will stay here again if I’m traveling this area.

I splurged on one of the deluxe patio sites along the river. So relaxing! The staff at this KOA are superb. They enhance the location with their friendliness and helpfulness.

One of our favorite places to camp. This is a great spot, good fishing, fun things to do around the campground. The pool and splashpad were not open for the season yet, but we found plenty to do.

Very friendly staff. My only complaint is the gentleman in the site behind me which I believe was 123. His dog was off leash the entire time and in my site very often. I always have my dog on a leash and pick up after him. Can’t say the same for him. Not a good look at all and grateful I didn’t get bit!!

Early season stay as most campgrounds in Glenwood Springs and Carbondale are closed.

Standard site with services. No cable. No WiFi. Site sewer connection was about 10-12 inches above ground. Made dumping more difficult. Nice being by the river but right next to a truck stop and highway. Convenient but Noisy.

We made it our base camp as we visited the national parks in the area. The facilities are great, but the campsites are awfully close together, but I understand a lot of them are like that. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was one of the nicest KOAs we have stayed at. The space between the campsites was good and had grass and trees. The firepit and chairs nicely faced the river. The sidewalk and patio next to the camper space well built and thought out. The water spigot was heated and the camper space was relatively level for gravel. The check in/gift shop was nicely laid out and the people were friendly.

This KOA is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Excellent planning. Sites are lovely with a tree or two, some green grass, a very good picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were very very clean! Service was excellent with texts updating us on weather during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Second time staying here for quick overnight. Great campground and relatively quiet for being next to the interstate.

Very nice campground and setting. We stayed one night before the campground was fully open for the season so limited in our experience. Very friendly, helpful hosts. A bit noisy with the proximity to I-70 and train. (My wife noticed that more than me).

Well designed RV park with level sites. We enjoyed chatting with one of the management team members, Erin, who was very pleasant and informative. We also enjoyed walking with our dog across the little river, through the woods to secluded shores along the Colorado River. We are already planning coming back in the summer.

This was our second stay. We always are greeted with such a warm and happy welcome. The place is spotless and beautiful. Next time we are planning on staying much longer. We love the place.

We stayed at the Glenwood Springs West/Colorado River KOA on 10-23-25. The park is well-maintained and is located along the beautiful Colorado River with a wonderful view of the mountains nearby. Our site was clean and well-maintained with a patch of grass, sidewalk and fire-pit. The dog park was clean and centrally located. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We recommend this KOA.

I came in late with my rv with intentions of stayjng a few days to visit my grandchildren and i made an error while filling in my credit card number in the self check in envelope. The next morning I woke up to a loud knock on my door and 2 police officers who said I was trespassing and escorted me in their cop car to the front desk to pay for the spot. I then was asked to leave. I didn't get to do my laundry, take a shower or anything else I needed to do. Ii lived in the town of Silt for most of my treateand ran a business here for 35 years so I knew alot of people there and yet I was treated like a theif and escorted out by police and mot

We had a phenomenal stay at this KOA. The cabin and bathroom were spotless, and we had a great river view with a shady tree over the picnic table. The staff were super nice and professional. My kids loved going into the store to chat with them and pick ice cream at night. We highly recommend this KOA. We're already planning to go back!
