Awful campground. The camp map posted at registration had a different site numbering system that didn't include our assigned site. An in-ground sprinkler went off ON our site, complelty soaking our entire picnic table, clothes line, our bags and pairs of shoes. Not to mention this campsite is right behind a gas station with bright lights and a brightly lite billboard. We didn't feel safe!

They were very accommodating to my mobility issues and the bathroom was close. The bathrooms could use shower stools for handicapped people. Luckily I brought my own to sit to shower and sit to dress. Grab bars would be helpful. I drove to the dog park. Could use some shade and designated parking for ����

Air Conditioner in Cabin barely put out any cool air. Had to open the windows to get the cabin cooled down during the night.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff (though they drove too fast and kicked up dust) Amenities were great VERY dog friendly with beautiful, separate small & big dogs parks. Fantastic and exceptional children's recreational facilities.

Your grounds staff on the golf carts are great! The office staff (Erin) is not nice at all. We were there for a music concert for the town of Silt. I paid for 2 extra people to stay in our 5th wheel for 2 nights. I asked if on Friday the rest of our band could come to our 5th wheel for dinner before the concert. She charged them $6.00 each to just come and eat with us! Absolutely ridiculous.

We were in the cabins. Every time we went to use rest room/ showers there was an inch of water on the floors. Contacted maintenance They use a mop and bucket to remove water. Shower caused water problem? NEEDS UPDATED to correct.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to help us when my sister was injured from a bicycle fall. Very nice camp sites which were roomy, clean and comfortable. Everything was much better than the much more expensive "RV resort" we stayed at near Breckenridge before arriving here. I cannot think of anything negative to say! Will stay again if we are ever in the area!

Ok this time, could’ve been better. WiFi was unreliable- would connect and disconnect periodically. I suggested to one of the workers to reboot the WiFi tower. It worked better for a little bit but didnt last long.Doggy poop found around our campsite (201)-looked like had laid around for days/weeks. Dogs barking in dog run area at night, people with them did not try to stop the dogs from barking

Facilities are top notch. Try to get a back in site on the Colorado River. But T-mobile signal is unusable as is the KOA Wi-Fi. Bring your own drinking water because the water at the park doesn't taste very good even with triple filters in my motorhome.

One of the best KOAs we have stayed at. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Very clean campsite (with trees and grass) and lovely bathrooms. Private ones on the west side. Wonderful dog park and just all around one of our favorites! And prices are lower than the sub par RV park we left to stay here. I strongly recommend staying here when in the area. We sure will!

This is one of the best RV parks I’ve stayed in . Great views of the river and mountains on one side and more mountains on the other side. Easy drive to either Glenwood Springs to the east or the parks around Rifle to the west.

Excellent Accommodation with Minor Inconvenience I thoroughly enjoyed my stay—the location is exceptional, situated right beside the river, offering a serene and picturesque environment. The customer service was terrific. The ladies at check-in were the face of the park and were warm and welcoming to a weary traveler. Then we met Walter. He is by far our favorite. He went above and beyond to assist us. The park is clean, organized, well-run, and quiet. Patrons were friendly, and I bet it had something to do with the energy coming from the staff. We will be back!

We only stayed one night but the camp ground was super clean and even though it was busy on a Saturday it was still quiet. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We left there and booked another KOA site.

I came in late with my rv with intentions of stayjng a few days to visit my grandchildren and i made an error while filling in my credit card number in the self check in envelope. The next morning I woke up to a loud knock on my door and 2 police officers who said I was trespassing and escorted me in their cop car to the front desk to pay for the spot. I then was asked to leave. I didn't get to do my laundry, take a shower or anything else I needed to do. Ii lived in the town of Silt for most of my treateand ran a business here for 35 years so I knew alot of people there and yet I was treated like a theif and escorted out by police and mot

We had a phenomenal stay at this KOA. The cabin and bathroom were spotless, and we had a great river view with a shady tree over the picnic table. The staff were super nice and professional. My kids loved going into the store to chat with them and pick ice cream at night. We highly recommend this KOA. We're already planning to go back!
