Great place to stay, was there 4 night, Great staff, free shuttle to restaurant, had a problem with my RV they recommended a guy and he did a great job also. If we are in this area we will definitely stay here

We were put in the only tent site without shade and others were vacant the whole time. We also got splinters from the tables and benches. I noticed the sites for the big RVs have really nice tables. Thank you for treating me like a second class citizen. I feel like I live in the UK and we are moving to a class system

Great KOA! They have all the amenities and everything is well taken care of. Staff was great! And the views, no matter where you go it’s breathtaking!

The staff was very helpful and eager to assist. They delivered Ice to our campsite and also came and got our empty propane bottle; filled it and brought it back to our campsite.

The riverside patio sites are one of my absolute favorite sites we have ever had. Stunning views, fishing, clean bathrooms, empty dog park, and a warm pool were the perks for us.

Read their contract carefully no refunds if you leave early plus a good hour and a half from Glenwood Springs, I've been with KOA for many of years this is the first time that I've been very disappointed on these two topics, their just money hungry no longer will I contribute to KOA Other than that a very nice park

Are stay gave us everything we needed. We were greeted with a helpful, friendly staff and were provided with a clean, safe and beautiful cabin to spend the weekend.

We loved our stay at the Glenwood Springs KOA! It was clean and well-kept, and our kids loved the pool! The staff were so friendly. The only downsides were the proximity of the freeway (it was noisy at night) and the splash pad being out-of-order. We would definitely stay here again, though!

We love staying at this KOA Campground. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds and bathrooms are clean and the area is truly beautiful.

We had a great stay at the KOA in Glenwood Springs. The location was perfect, the sites were clean and my kids had a blast in the pool! Bonus points for a nice shower!

The dog park was wonderful! The host who showed us to our site was not at all friendly or welcoming The grounds are very well kept

Great RV Park. Check-in was great. Clean Park. Washrooms clean as well as the laundry room. A few to many bugs this time, wonder if they got a bit of rain before our arrival?

Staff was helpful in getting an addition last minute tent site for us. Facilities were very clean. Sites need attention, or picnic table was very warped and had been burnt.

Nice stop on journey east. Clean, friendly. Our spot was gravel and level enough for an overnight stay in our RV. Only a few sites had shade, ours didn’t and it was hot, but the shade of the RV and a nice breeze it was comfortable in 100 degree heat.

facility is great but it is time to start updating the picnic tables. would be a 5 star if the tables were updated. some are even not useable as the wood is bowed.

The grounds workers have no idea about the noise pollution they create riding around in their golf carts. I can see once an hour, but over 20 times in the day? It was really unpleasant, with the noisy campground stay already. I tried to go swimming 3 different times, the pool was closed due to filth. Management? I thought the KOA setup was great, if we could have received a better stay.

We only had a 1 night stay as we were traveling further up the state, but wish we had more time there. The staff was so nice and helpful, the grounds well maintained and there is plenty to do if you like beauty and nature. The free shuttle service to the Miners Restaurant was a fun added bonus. Highly recommend this campground.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I parked a little too close to a tree and a branch was rubbing my slide out. They trimmed it promptly and were happy to do it. I would recommend staying here.

Was great until they closed the pool our 2nd day there. I understood an intensive cleaning was needed after the day of 4th of july swimming I think this could have Been partially prevented by planning and after hours work on cleaning. By plan ning beforehand, heavy use predicted, ways to prevent some of this .Maybe they could of started cleaning that night instead of waiting till AM

There are some very nice spots in this campground - clean and neat. - I do understand "rate differences" between spots - and the old adage that "you get what you pay for".... But the "Back In" / "Van" spots leave a LOT to be desired and I would say are not a "good value" for what you receive. these spots should either be a bit less cost, or the organization should do more to improve them.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds staying right bedside the Colorado River in site #214. The staff is great and is close to Glenwood Springs.

I came in late with my rv with intentions of stayjng a few days to visit my grandchildren and i made an error while filling in my credit card number in the self check in envelope. The next morning I woke up to a loud knock on my door and 2 police officers who said I was trespassing and escorted me in their cop car to the front desk to pay for the spot. I then was asked to leave. I didn't get to do my laundry, take a shower or anything else I needed to do. Ii lived in the town of Silt for most of my treateand ran a business here for 35 years so I knew alot of people there and yet I was treated like a theif and escorted out by police and mot

We had a phenomenal stay at this KOA. The cabin and bathroom were spotless, and we had a great river view with a shady tree over the picnic table. The staff were super nice and professional. My kids loved going into the store to chat with them and pick ice cream at night. We highly recommend this KOA. We're already planning to go back!
