Beautiful KOA. Easy access. It would be better with shower heads and shower wands.

Office/store was closed due to illness of employee, and no backup person was available to assist. Wi-Fi was not available either. Park has a rundown look and the long-term camper areas need to be cleaned up. Sewer pipe was broken and connection was difficult to make. Called customer service and they understood but no action was taken correct the problems. Would not recommend this KOA to anyone.

Arrived around 3:30 pm. No one around store/office was closed. Water pressure was very poor. Hard to shower, flush toilet, or anything else. Very scetchy.

Super easy on and off the highway. I was concerned about it being so close to the highway with all the road noise, but with the amount of trees, you really don’t hear too much. Will definitely use this campsite when traveling through the area.

The campground and facilities were clean, however they are very dated. Not up to the KOA standards I have experienced.

I enjoyed our stay although the only thing that is missing is internet. My husband is disabled and always watches TV to go to sleep. Other than that the grounds were nice and shaded. The young lady that checked us in is a great addition to this koa

We stopped for a one night stay heading back from out west. We arrived at 3:00pm and left the next day at 9:00am. We never saw anyone that worked there. The office and store were closed and the place was unkept. We will not be back there or recommend it.

Fire pit/ring was full of garbage. Food wrappers, cereal boxes, frozen food boxes and other junk. Grass was not mowed. Site behind us had a junk car and tires/wheels lying around. . I guess HQ only cares about franchise fees and doesn't inspect properties. I used to stop at KOA's as I knew they would be adequate and consistent. Not any more. Trashy places seems to be the norm now..

It’s an older KOA but it’s in good shape, nice people, nice pool, clean restrooms and showers Messy Long term campers across from us had garbage all over in which blew crap in our camp spot Beware of the free range cats, especially the black & white one, he ran out and attacked our cat while we were walking around

We have stayed at quite a few KOA’s over the years! This location is the worst I’ve ever seen. Advertised WIFI but there wasn’t any available. Store staff was non-existent. Went twice, no one there. Algae in the pool. Long term renters space was junky! Very disappointed, would never go again. Would love to talk to corporate about this…want a partial refund

Got there on a Thursday at 2:30pm, office and store closed. Set up trailer and proceeded to cook dinner on gas grill at campsite lite and it caught on fire, told staff next day, said they would replace it, never happened. Water pressure was terrible.

Everything was great, except we did not see anyone on duty, and the water pressure was 20psi. Not enough for a shower and barely enough to flush the toilet.

We stayed here 2 days, it was quiet and cozy. Staff was nice. We would stay again.

Even though this KOA is close to the highway, the road noise isn't really too bad. The pool looks a bit rundown, but it was very clean. We had full hook up and no reason to use the restrooms and showers, but still checked them out, and they were very clean. It was nice having Hunts Brothers Pizza on site. It was delicious. We would stay here again.

I stayed back in May and my review experience was not great. However, this time things were much better, the grounds were cut,, and clean, the pool was crystal clear and the broken boards on the picnic table had been replaced. As I said in my last review, it’s a pretty park full of hardwood trees and it’s on the lake. Very convenient to the interstate.

The campground is nicely laid out and, although close to the highway, the noise level was minimal. The check-in person was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was clean and so was the laundry room.

Pull through site was on a mountain. Had to make up some extra steps to get into the camper. Otherwise, place was quiet and clean.

We enjoyed our stay and happy we were able to extend our stay another night. The lake and kayaks were a happy surprise. I think the laundry room can do with some up grading but that's my only concern.

Amber was very nice for our arrival. The grounds definitely need some TLC. Lots of potholes and ruts. For a KOA Holiday, we were underwhelmed. There is potential, but needs some work.

POSITIVE-friendly staff and right off I40. NEGATIVE-rutted/washed out roads to site, site wasn't cleaned(cig butts in in raised fire pit,grillhad foil&grease,overflowing grease pan),no wifi,pool very cloudy,pool vac was in pool(should be used when pool is closed),grass needed mowed,sites w junk,stray cats wouldn't leave our site. Would not recommend. Stayed at many KOAs cheaper & cleaner

First KOA, of several we've stayed at, that had no wifi. And there was hardly a signal at the park. I had important Zoom appointments that I had to cancel and we had to leave the park extra early so I could work.

We had problems with reservations at a different campground and called here. We were treated well and were able to spend a peaceful night. Due to our late arrival we didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked good. The rates were also good.

Friendly staff. Good service and they deliver pizza to your door. The pizza is good!! Level sites and easy access to the freeway.

We appreciated the rate they charged. We had a patio with a gravel site that was level with 50 amp and it was cheaper than any other KOA we stayed at. Two of the other sites we stayed in were only 30 amp and two of the concrete 50 amp sites we stayed at ( the same KOA ) were not even level.

We have stayed here before but when making reservations this time the guy didn’t give us 2 sites beside even though I asked.i called back later they had plenty sites and moved one of us side by side He got billing mixed up too. When we got there we were sitting outside and they brought a piece of equipment dragging up and down the gravel roads throwing dust all over us. We couldn’t believe it

The 1 staff that I saw or spoke too the entire stay was friendly. However, I never saw anyone else working the entire weekend. The pool was more ran down, the grounds were not mowed or unkept at all (flower beds were overgrown), the pond was so small and the fish weren’t catchable, and there is no way to actually kayak in that pond. Just stayed one night (last minute). Restrooms were very clean, staff was kind and accommodating. Grounds were a little unkempt.

We arrived late and space circled on our checkin map was 24. When we got to the spot it already had someone in it. Space 25 was empty so we set up there. The next morning I went to the office to inform her and found out we actually were suppose to be in 21. She had just circled the wrong space. The person at the desk was very nice. Also, the KOA guide says WiFi, but this KOA did not have WiFi.

Our overall experience wasn’t poor: the staff seemed nice and the pool was refreshing, though a bit worn. However, advertised amenities like Wi-Fi and the Barnyard Zoo were unavailable, and the grounds need upkeep. Play areas were full of weeds and the grass badly needed mowing. Updated website info and better maintenance would help.

Late arrival, no packet and had to call for a site number. Person on the phone sounded annoyed that we were bothering her. Grass needs to be cut. Office closed with operating hours blanked out on the sign. No receipt for stay, etc. We have stayed here many times, never again.

The cabin was great! The stars were amazing! You can hear traffic on the interstate which doesn't bother me! The place could use a little upkeep on some facilities as I could tell it is an older Koa! Very friendly staff and would stay here again!

The staff here is what makes this KOA so awesome! They went above and beyond for our family with multiple campsites and a cabin rental to ensure we were all right there together and nearby the fishing pond. Not only did they accommodate us with our large group but they went above and beyond for the kiddos in our group by taking them for a barrel ride, printing off scavenger hunts, having the chickens for the kids to see and it's an easy walk to the lake that's very peaceful. They also have a great kids playground area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

My first KOA experience. We are in a Sprinter Isatta series camper van. Very easy to book online. Arrived at 4am. Pulled into our space withe ease. Showers were nice. Checkout was a breeze
