Park is nicely organized. Sites clean and level. Good hiking trails and gas grill at patio site. Convenient to I-40, but the access road needs some work. Hosts were very helpful with questions and directions to area attractions.

Very nice campground. Well kept. Not close to much but then it wasn't crowded. Big site for our motor coach. Utilities were fine. Mostly green. Very little dust.

Overnight stay. Enjoyed the barnyard animals and swimming pool. Laundry room was good too. Staff was quite delightful. Near highway, but not horrible-did not see local food or gas options

A very beautiful KOA to stay in. Lots of trees and very nice sites. The staff is one of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Thank you so much for a great stay!

What a great hidden koa. Trees, birds and quite. We will be back longer next time. The diamond in the ruff. Golf is close. (Arrowhead GC.)

Neat and scenic. Only problem was the extremely weak wifi. Took half hour to get on line, then items would not open.

We had a pleasant stay. My only observation involves the showers. The water flow is barely more than a trickle.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time staying at this KOA, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I plan and staying there on my return trip.

We enjoyed the parks nice large sites and in the trees. The access road was deteriorating but that’s not on the park. Gravel sites, interior roads and grass were well maintained. Close to freeway but not overly noisy due to treed buffer. We would stop again if on the same route.

Nice park. There was some highway noise from I-40. Host very nice and courteous. Nice store, trails to lake, petting zoo. Would stay there again.

Bathrooms were somewhat clean when we got there but septic system started backing up when we were leaving. It was gurgling the night before in the showers so we knew something was up. The little river trail behind the campground could be really nice and a great area to walk to the lake, but it was in bad shape and ended on someone else’s property.

An incredible and beautiful park with very friendly service. We loved the large sites and the well appointed patios. We used the grill and enjoyed the relaxing chairs. The nature trail is fantastic and we appreciated being able to see the lake. We also used the grassy dog run and visited the animals. It is a large roomy park with lots of room to walk around. A real gem.

Staff were so very friendly. Hard to do anything about it in summer near a lake but the swarms of gnats in our c9ach had us up all night.

Great stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The campground was precious. The small zoo with its old western theme was unique. The walk to the lake was short but pleasant. The playground was shaded and was being enjoyed by children. The pool looked inviting. We were traveling with friends and requested campsites nearby. We were right next to each other. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Site not level, charged extra 20.00 because it was pouring rain and Sherri said just drive the rig to town and hangout for three hours because place was booked solid so we drove into sites to turn around and there were maybe five campers there. I just wonder if Sherri charged the other people who arrived at 1:00 the early check in fee. Right off the highway and could hear traffic.

We loved the campground! The petting zoo is so cute. We loved the short walk to the beautiful lake. Everyone at KOA was so friendly. We will definitely be back on our next trip west.

Another camper was in n our assigned space. It took almost 20 minutes to give us another space while we waited in the rain. Staff were very nice.

I was a little early for my check-in and they turned me away because I felt the $10 fee was ridiculous and wouldn't pay it. I'm a VIP KOA member & have never been turned away. They wouldn't even let me stay on property to wait 50 more minutes for the check-in. It was Memorial Day wkend and they could not get the pool "stabilized" for use the whole time. The lake was a joke, red/orange mud.

I appreciate how clean the campground is. Nate explained how they clean the barbecues so next time we will enjoy using the provided barbecues. The friendliness of the staff can’t be beat!

It was ok. Restrooms clean. Thx for the accessible restroom. Nice laundry but if it’s open 24 hours and I needed change?? And the office closed at 6 maybe? Front of campground has a lot of road noise from I40. Thx for the ability to do a late checkout. Access road to KOA was awful. We were there not passing through so the lake was not an attraction.

Nice park. Site was gravel and level. Didn’t unhook the 5 th wheel for our overnight stay. Dogs loved the lake trail and swimming in the lake. Bugs were bad at night, we were pre warned they had a very wet spring. Some road noise, but we have had worse. Don’t hesitate to stop.

We really enjoyed the convenience and the friendly people associated with the campground. The site was easy to get into and level with easy hookups. Will definitely stay here again.

Road to KOA full of potholes and not in a good state Campsite was good but internet/ WiFi very bad! Could not connect, very frustrating!! People in office very nice and friendly

Nice property, needs a break in the weather and storms to catch up on deferred maintenance projects. Friendly welcome and decent spaces, could use some leveling and fill in low spots, it overall good for an overnight. Unfortunately they apparently allow check in any time...awakened at 1am when neighbors pulled in and processed full hookup and disconnected from tow vehicle, wow!

Grounds were nice once and they have some cute features, but it appears to be in disrepair and the grounds were unkempt. Everything needed mowed, "gravel' sites were mostly dirt and weeds Why this was rated as a Holiday KOA is beyond me. Would never stay there again. But, the people were great!

We stopped here for a few days on our way to and through Texas. Well-run facility with some longer-stay RVers. This property has a pool - it is an older facility but seemed well-maintained. The pool is concrete but was clean and cool! The laundry facilities were 50% out of order, but I noted a new washer in the box being delivered the day we left. I will say the road leading into the facility was really rough, but again, we saw a municipal road crew re-paving the county road on our way out - evidences of the property attention and upkeep. About a 15 minute drive to the state park where we were able to kayak and hike. Biking and boating in the state park there as well as a marina where we had lunch on the lake. This campground is in a rural spot, but convenient to I-40 and lots of RVers coming in for a night or two then getting on the road. Small walking trail to the lake where you could sit and/or fish. Long walk for a kayak launch (for us). The staff were great and really friendly - helped us identify the state bird too :-). Would recommend as a good layover stop. We noted they have a few cabins on site for rent too.

Very cute campground, well maintained and clean. Little noisy being right off the 40 but it's tucked back and feels safe. (The road in is a little rough - go slow) The real highlight though is the staff. I had a major breakage on my trailer and the staff were super accommodating and empathetic in getting me extra time in my campsite to figure things out.

Nice little rv park. It has a trail down to the lake which was a nice walk. Easy on and off to I-40.
