We only stayed one night so there’s not much to share about our stay. I do know by staying just one night, the park needs to be cleaned up. It’s very run down. Also, the sites are not level. We have traveled from California to New Hampshire and back. Most of the RV parks we’ve stayed were KOA properties. This by far has been the worst.

I would rate a 5 but the road driving into KOA is terrible. It is time for major resurfacing or dig it up.

Only stayed overnight on our most recent trip. Is located right off the Interstate but secluded in the trees and very quiet. Arrived before 5:00pm, but no one around. Found our check-in paperwork and enjoyed our evening. Nothing special, just a place to spend the night.

Old run down campground, this campground needs some serious attention!! Picnic tables are shot, they don’t mow the grass, the utilities are antiquated, and the tree’s need to be trimmed so you don’t kill your camper.

Electric, water and dump were fine. Pretty unkempt. A Holiday?!? I think not. Ok for an overnight but not longer term.

Scheduled a year stay.Stayed less than three months and was forced out.Kristyn has anger issues & demonstrates irate behavior. Their children cook, handle money and do maintenance. They are seldom available. Other campers frequently asked how to get ahold of them, for bathroom codes etc. Dog park is disgusting and my dog got ill 3 weeks after arrival. Very disappointed in the laundry room. Very run down, only one cheap plastic chair, dirty. Old, old, washers/dryers that do NOT clean clothes well. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

For an overnight stay this was a good choice. Very helpful staff. Level site and everything worked. A number of one nighters around us. The campsite just needs some attention for grounds, picnic tables etc.

This campground is very convenient to I 40. We stayed overnight and it was perfect. Bathrooms and showers were all clean and the owners were very very nice. Would stay again.

This looks like a fading KOA. It has run down equipment and looks terribly neglected. KOA needs to take a look at this place and remove it from it’s catalog.

Sheri was wonderful on the phone when we made our reservation!! So helpful and polite. We had a nice chat. Jayson and his wife were incredible!! Jayson offered to help us set up and even made pizza when it was a minute or two after closing. Will definitely stay there again!!

DON'T GO! It certainly did not meet our expectations of a KOA! Rundown, grass/weeds not mowed, only a woman at check-in and a man on a couch watching the tv in the office. I did laundry (2 small loads and 2 of 6 machines out of order) and when I went back the floor drain had backed up. Either the drain was clogged or sewer backed up. Hubby didn't dump for fear it would spill. Find another place!

The office was closed which we found unexpected, but the instructions to find our map and site were clear and easy. We liked the campground. It was clean, looked great, and the utilities were as expected. We enjoyed seeing the Halloween decorations too.

Great location for an overnight stay when traveling on I-40. Friendly, clean and easy in/out. We arrived after hours without a reservation and the night check in process was extremely easy. Thanks for a great stay!

The managers were great . We had no internet, cable, antenna tv. For a KOA and paying the resort price is not good. I really doubt that this review will be shown.

Nice campground, easy to navigate to from I-40. Grounds maintained with a good walking trail to the lake, bathrooms and showers were maintained with great hot water. Easy to make reservations and the staff were personable. Would definitely stay at this campground again.

The front of park was nice . But the spaces were over grown and the trees needed trimmed very badly water faucets leaked so bad that it had drawn a lot of bugs. We could not spend any time outside. I had to wear long sleeve shirt and pants just to walk my dog. I would not recommend that camp ground to anybody.

We've stayed at this campground previously and it has gone so far downhill I can't stay here again! The place is a mess!! ALL amenities were closed! No staff to work other than the front check-in person. Everything is overgrown and full of weeds, most animals that were there during our previous visit aren't? Lake access was horrible! This place isn't even worth "Good Sam" status! ANTS EVERYWHERE!

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The restrooms are exceptionally clean and the host and other staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any issues that may arise.

They don’t tell you that’s from the east on 40 there’s no freeway exit or on ramp!!!! 30 miles out of your way to get back on going east! 10 miles back to park when going east! They need to inform you of that when booking stay!

We stopped here for a few days on our way to and through Texas. Well-run facility with some longer-stay RVers. This property has a pool - it is an older facility but seemed well-maintained. The pool is concrete but was clean and cool! The laundry facilities were 50% out of order, but I noted a new washer in the box being delivered the day we left. I will say the road leading into the facility was really rough, but again, we saw a municipal road crew re-paving the county road on our way out - evidences of the property attention and upkeep. About a 15 minute drive to the state park where we were able to kayak and hike. Biking and boating in the state park there as well as a marina where we had lunch on the lake. This campground is in a rural spot, but convenient to I-40 and lots of RVers coming in for a night or two then getting on the road. Small walking trail to the lake where you could sit and/or fish. Long walk for a kayak launch (for us). The staff were great and really friendly - helped us identify the state bird too :-). Would recommend as a good layover stop. We noted they have a few cabins on site for rent too.

Very cute campground, well maintained and clean. Little noisy being right off the 40 but it's tucked back and feels safe. (The road in is a little rough - go slow) The real highlight though is the staff. I had a major breakage on my trailer and the staff were super accommodating and empathetic in getting me extra time in my campsite to figure things out.

Nice little rv park. It has a trail down to the lake which was a nice walk. Easy on and off to I-40.
