Not bad, but with a little more work it could be much nicer. Insufficient gravel throughout the campground. Lots of weeds intermixed with the ground. The staff was nice.

Well maintained park, staff friendly and competent. Nice dog park, lots of birds chirping so you feel like you're getting back to nature. We will stay there again as we travel. More reasonably priced than most KOAs too!

Lots of room to walk the dog along with a large, very clean dog park. Sites are angled which makes the back up sites easy to access. Nice lake. Play area for the kids. We always stay here when we pass through this area.

I can't believe they charged $10 early check in fee for 1.5 hours. The campground was practically empty. Near the highway but the road in was full of potholes. Campsites were mostly overgrown weeds. Hookups were fine.

Great location in a long stretch of I-40. Good facilities but outside areas could use some TLC. Clean showers and baths in good condition.

No complaints, no issues, definitely an improving site. Only observation is blonde lady on the desk does not seem like a people person. All other staff very welcoming. Ice cream parlour is a nice touch.

Just stayed overnight so didn’t see much. Staff was super friendly. Camp site was easy to get in and out of. Would stay again.

The fact the tent spots are what are by the road baffled me. RVs have walls and can't hear the traffic. I was aware of this before we came so it wasn't that big of a deal but it is something that geographically doesn't make sense. Also the hours for help available was slim to none. We found ourselves waiting for someone to be in the office. However everyone was nice. Your facilities were clean.

The grounds are dark at night. Please install more lighting. Otherwise a great facility.

Stayed here in our 33’ 5th wheel. Went to Grand Canyon for the day and relaxed in our trailer before heading out on the third day.

I would love camp work here like living on my farm This is a cute little campground. The donkeys and cows goats chickens ducks etc. sweet and fun The lake is huge, they have. Canoes if you want to go out on the lake. Right off of hwy 40 and really loud! The laundry area is really bad, I didn't use. The store is really nice.

We stopped here for a quick overnight due to storms and needing to get of the highway. Staff had our registration ready to go when we arrived even though with the storms they had to close the office. Nice large sites, pulled in hooked up quickly and avoided any major issues. Following morning they also checked to make sure all was well. Hopefully next time we can stay and enjoy the lake �

We stopped here for a few days on our way to and through Texas. Well-run facility with some longer-stay RVers. This property has a pool - it is an older facility but seemed well-maintained. The pool is concrete but was clean and cool! The laundry facilities were 50% out of order, but I noted a new washer in the box being delivered the day we left. I will say the road leading into the facility was really rough, but again, we saw a municipal road crew re-paving the county road on our way out - evidences of the property attention and upkeep. About a 15 minute drive to the state park where we were able to kayak and hike. Biking and boating in the state park there as well as a marina where we had lunch on the lake. This campground is in a rural spot, but convenient to I-40 and lots of RVers coming in for a night or two then getting on the road. Small walking trail to the lake where you could sit and/or fish. Long walk for a kayak launch (for us). The staff were great and really friendly - helped us identify the state bird too :-). Would recommend as a good layover stop. We noted they have a few cabins on site for rent too.

Very cute campground, well maintained and clean. Little noisy being right off the 40 but it's tucked back and feels safe. (The road in is a little rough - go slow) The real highlight though is the staff. I had a major breakage on my trailer and the staff were super accommodating and empathetic in getting me extra time in my campsite to figure things out.

Nice little rv park. It has a trail down to the lake which was a nice walk. Easy on and off to I-40.
