No muss, no fuss.

Staff made us feel like an inconvenience to them. Unfriendly & cold. Water was intermittent (been nice to know that before we rented a spot for a week). Electrical problem with our entire row of campers. 3 different camp spots (including ours) had pets get electrocuted. Had to move spots mid-week. Fenced pet area covered in dog poop. Extended stay process entirely to much paperwork. Charge guests?

It was our first time with a camper. Mark was extremely helpful and also taught us a lot about campers. Much appreciated!

Convenient to the highway, clean, well maintained. Nice pull through sites. Would stay again. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice for overnight stop lots of places to eat 2 of the4 times I’ve stayed there they upgraded my site free of charge

Good location and friendly staff. The roads on the grounds are an absolute mess. Would be better to just be gravel rather than pitted asphalt. Miserable for dog walking. Overall just not impressed with the property.

Easy to find. Lots of convenient shopping nearby. Staff was great. Park was very quiet at night.

Nice park, easy to locate but people were allowed to set off fireworks until 2 am... internet service was not good.... nice park but they need to enforce the quiet time posted for those that wish to sleep.

Nice place to stay for a few weeks. Bathrooms/showers were excellent. Laundry facility was good. Will be back next year.

Most spaces appear to be on a grade. I was upgraded at no charge but given a space that was too small for my trailer.

There was not a map or reservation in the box when we arrived about 8:00. The roads in this park are terrible and the speed bumps are horrible even at a crawl over them. The spot was nice once we found it. I had gotten a premium pull through site and it was pretty level and had good access. I had to call and see what spot we were in.

This was a very basic KOA. It had a place to park, decent laundry facility and trash pick. But the entire park was just drab. The camp host were also not friendly and offered minimal help when asked a question. Park very expensive for the accommodation you get. The only positive that it had a good location for visiting Charlotte. We would only return due to family being in the area.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Good amenities. Very clean bathhouse. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. I just can't rate it any higher since it's basically a parking lot with RV hookups. If you have ever stayed at a state or National Park you know what is like to camp in a natural outdoor environment with space between sites. This is not that.

Very clean and quiet campground. Level spots. Very close to the city, but feels like country with all the trees. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here in the spring when we come back!

We picked this location as it was convenient to attend football game downtown. The only issue we had was the bathhouses. When they clean one the other should be open and it was not. Also closed for cleaning in the morning when folks were trying to get in prior to leaving. They need to change the cleaning schedule!

Just a basic campground, no fire pits. Office staff unaware if heat in bathrooms and temperatures were going down to the 20s. Spoke to maintenance man next day and he indicated maintenance had not been informed though office was told. Maintenance got it fixed by later that day so they did good

We have stayed at the Fort Mill KOA 6 times and they have always been very kind and accommodating. Very nice campgrounds.

Unauthorized charge without any notification. Called during office hours but nobody answered the phone. Email sent but no reply. As a long time KOA VIP member, it's very disappointing to have gone through this after staying 11 nights for Thanksgiving holiday away from home. Instead of hospitality, we felt ignored and neglected. Still waiting for a reply in resolving this preventable issue.

Site was not what we expected, campers next door moving so there was a mess all around, tried to get another site but was told by the office person there were only premium sites available for over 100 dollars per night. Checked around and there were several unoccupied regular sites so I’m not sure why we could not get one.Propane service only owns at 10am so if you leave early your out of luck

Was a pleasant visit. The location was convenient for us because it was close to our kids and grandkids. Also a Publix grocery store was within walking distance. No complaints and we will return. �

This is a good stop over campground . The staff is friendly, the campground is clean and pet friendly . This is not a secluded campground , it is right off of a main road and houses back up to the property , so there is a little bit of traffic noise but not overwhelming . We stayed there in November.There is a supermarket and gas station within walking distance , fuel prices are low .

This is one of our favorite KOA’s! Very friendly employees and clean facilities. Centrally located near shops and just off the highway, and close to Charlotte. Thanks for the warm welcome, as usual!

The Ft. Mill KOA was convenient for us. Check in was easy. The campground and restrooms were clean. We were quite close to our neighbors. The surrounding area is fairly highly developed. Noise from traffic & airplanes was intrusive. The price was reasonable. Our water & electric hookup were conveniently located.

Solid campground convenient to that Ft mill / rock hill area. Not a large campground and can be busy and packed in. The street is too dangerous to walk dogs on long walks, so you walk the campground. WiFi was not bad this time. Verizon hot spot on phone was bad for working remote ended up buying Verizon jet pack and it worked great. WiFi would not cut it for that. Nice employee’s.

Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel
