Charlotte / Fort Mill KOA

Check-in at our new registration building. Please be aware that the property adjacent to us has started building homes. This is out of our control and wanted you to be aware of some noise during the day.

Charlotte/Fort Mill KOA is 1/4 mile off I-77 (only 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte) in a relaxing wooded atmosphere, free from the noise and bustle of the city.

  • Propane service is now available - 12 noon to 7 p.m.
  • Effective March 1, 2018, we will place a refundable $100 on your credit card for your stay in the deluxe cabin. Refundable after inspection of the cabin.

This KOA has all the amenities, Wi-Fi, mini golf and a pool. A picnic pavilion is available for group use. Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy Hunt Brothers Pizza on-site. Relax next door at John's Place, a full-service lounge. This KOA offers an on-site RV sales/service center. Walk to Publix or drive to Walmart, just five minutes away. KOA is a short drive from most popular destinations, including Anne Springs Close Greenway, Carowinds theme park, shopping centers and first-class dining, theaters and museums. Lake Wylie offers fishing, boat rentals and water sports. And nothing can top the adrenaline rush of a racing event at Charlotte Motor Speedway or a visit to the NASCAR Hall of Fame in the heart of race country. Visit our new Facebook page for more adventures.

Our Pet Playground is a nice grass area on the upper side; close to the upper bathhouse.
Pool will reopen the weekend of Memorial day.
We do apologize and regret our cable service is no longer available. We have plenty of HD Antenna channels available.
