Positive: The campground is clean. The staff was nice and we were greeted with smiles. Negatives: The sites are completely uneven. I have never been to a campground that was that uneven. The bathroom doesn't have ADA stalls for fhe shower or the toilet.

I enjoyed my stay. I ask to switch sites and sites were available but the staff would not accommodate me. Other than that I was pleased!

Easy access, friendly staff. The site was ok just no shade! Thanks to the male staff member who showed us our site and told us about departing around the back of PUBLIX rather attempting a left out of the CG.

Ok for overnight people where nice pool looked great, kinda hilly uneven gravel spots but we didn't unhook so didn't use our jacks.

Conveniently located near Publix, gas station and Restaurants. This campground is well maintained and has a great refreshing pool. Everyone was very nice.

We stay here whenever we come to visit our grandchildren. It is clean and we have always been happy with the employees. Our grandchildren love to visit us here. We plan on coming back often.

Friendly office staff and grounds staff. I especially appreciated the assistance and pleasant conversation with Carrington. The laundry room had more washers and dryers than any campground we had been to over the past 4 years. THE campsite was well maintained and the hookups were in very good order We are here family who live in Charlotte, and we will be back to this KOA.

Had to make an emergency trip to Charlotte, got our dates mixed up and arrived a day early, the staff was very accommodating and got us set up for the night and then they took care of us the next day. The campground is tucked away nicely just off I-77 Fort Mill SC. The park is clean and quiet but needs some updates. Overall a good stay, and great staff!

Good place if you are in between destinations for an overnight stay. Close to groceries, gas, and anything you might need. Would not recommend for any multi day vacation. Too much gravel, too much dirt and debris. Impossible to keep your rv clean. Pool and playground looked good. Bathrooms and showers were acceptable.

A 2 night stay in the worst site we experienced over an entire cross-country trip. The site was in the entrance of the campground with a plastic white fence. It was at the bottom of a hill so after a torrential rain a mud hole with very large chunks of gravel. 2nd night again a mud hole as the camper above us had a continuous water leak over night. $86/night a waste of money.

I called the day before to ask if we got there a little early (around 12:30 instead of 1:00 would we be able to get in. I was told check in was 3:00pm when it was stated in our reservations 1:00. Even when I mentioned what the reservation stated. The women insisted it was 3:pm and that it would cost us an extra $10. It’s not the $10., more the fact that on reservation it said 1pm. This was the best campground we've ever stayed at. Nice big, level sites. Very clean facilities and super friendly staff. Having an RV repair business on site. We'll definitely bee staying here if we come back to the area!

Staff were great at checkin - we were escorted to our site. Overall the place is cramped and our site was muddy (it had rained shortly before we arrived, but little gravel to prevent mud anyhow). Biggest issue was someone checking in next to us at 11:30 at night - which they said was OK'ed by the facility. Diesel engine running for 1/2 hour with slamming doors, despite quiet hour starting at 10pm.

stayed over night in site 103 our 27 ft c class does not level it self first dead level site we ever pulled in on, so if you could keep that available for next time we come through would be GREAT thank you !!!!

We’ve stayed there several times on our way home from Florida vacations. It has easy access on and off the freeway. The staff is very nice and helpful. Sites are level and nice size.

We have a big rig, and while the park is a little tight and sits right along a busy road, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The campground was clean, easy to access from the highway, and close to plenty of restaurants, stores, and other amenities, which made our stay very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Gravel spot was uneven and the turn to get out was really tight with a 30ft travel trailer. Clean and good bathrooms and showers

Very nice well taken care of campgrounds. Plenty activities fir littlest to do. Dog friendly. There is a food truck with amazing food across street as well as a Publix for convenience. Definitely stay again.

Lovely KOA that only deserves 5 stars. This is a city KOA, not out in the woods KOA. Great for site-seeing and convenience. Publix and a burger place right next door. I can't say enough wonderful things about the employees. Very clean place with a pool, mini golf, lawn games, etc. Thank you.

Amazing KOA Journey right in the Charlotte area. Staff was incredible when checking in and the lots were plenty big. Facilities were large and very clean including the giant laundry area.

Wonderful stop over spot! This campground was a simple, convenient spot for us for a couple of days, but a pleasant surprise showed up in the friendliness, accessibility and “go above and beyond” staff. They were very welcoming, especially “Ducky”, the bearded dragon! Very good find!
