Place was a mess!! No organization and what appeared to be permanent sites were poorly kept and “trashy” Facilities were not up to “KOA” standards.

Needed a large pull through on our way home to Pa. from Florida. They were very pleasant and accommodating during our "last minute" phone call. On arrival, the nice greeting and guide to our site was appreciated.

Fine but a working hot tub would have been very nice. Local good, Near a supermarket. Lots of traffic coming and going.

Great staff at campgrounds and only a stayed overnight. But we will plan to stay again for overnight next year.

We love the Fort Mill, KOA - quick easy access from the highway and wonderful, friendly staff. This time we were able to visit John's Place, a great neighboring bar with a food truck. Everyone there was welcoming and the food was great. Our only struggle here was the lack of wifi, completely out. We work from the road so had to drive to a Starbucks 4 miles away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites and bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of areas to walk and throw away dog bags. service We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

KOAs are ALWAYS the BEST! This place is no exception. We were welcomed with our 5 dogs. Staff was super friendly and helpful - even came around and gave treats to the dogs when we were walking around. There’s a gas station/store and bar with a food truck right across the street which was AWESOME to go and get a bite and a drink! We had a lot of fun at this KOA. We’ll be back!

We were in town for a wedding. It was a nice, quiet stay for us! The koa was well maintained, the staff all very kind and helpful! Especially Becky in the office :)

Had a nice quiet visit here for just over a week - the sites are nice and have tree cover. We enjoyed the grocery store being next door, and the pub across the road where we watched football playoffs! Nice staff and great washrooms/showers. Nice laundry room as well.

No internet, very weak signal. Checked in and asked if I could add a day, his response was “I don’t know, can you ? And stares at me, I guess an attempt at humor, wrong reply, needs a customer service class, Had the look of, this is not my real job. Got the extra day added. The park is close enough to I 95 but not so close you could hear it. It is clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night on our way to Florida, as we do every year. The location is close to stores and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The host escorted us to are spot and showed us ware to park. We got stuck, and when we finally got out and went to the office, he said well it is grass. Then even though the place was maybe 20% full, giving us another spot was a major ordeal. We agreed to pay 11 dollars more for another spot. They had a real attitude about the hole thing, will not be going back there ever!

Very well maintained RV park. We stayed three nights and could not have been more pleased. When we got there we opted to upgrade our site and there no problem at all. The office lady and the grounds keeper were very nice and welcoming. The bathhouse, restrooms were immaculate well heated. We'll come back.

Very nice and helpful staff. Free breakfast. Narrow lanes and spots. You have to dispose of your own trash, but that's not a big deal for us. Beautiful park. Nice pool, dog park, and mini-golf course. The camp store does sell alcohol. However, they apparently rarely pick up the phone.

Clean well run park. According to my Garmin fitness watch it is 600 steps tp the Publix. There is a bar, liquor store and gas station on site.

Over the phone check-in was super easy and our after hours map and pass was waiting when we got there. Bathroom and grounds where clean and maintained, The koa is convenient to grocery store and gas station. It's in town so expect to hear the hustle and bustle of city life in the background.

Small KOA, easy to access, spots were large. Check IN office has limited hours but you're able to arrive after hours.
